本发明涉及纤维及其制备方法,具体涉及一种不锈钢管用抗静电涂层的制备方法,由包含以下质量份的组分制成:环氧丙烯酸树脂45‑50份、丁二醇31‑44份、催化剂0.5‑1份、改性石墨烯8‑12份、载银介孔二氧化硅微球5‑8份、纳米金属化合物3‑8份、抗氧剂1010 0.1‑0.5份、稳定剂0.3‑0.8份。本发明制备的涂层具有高效持久的抗静电和抗菌效果,功能组分添加量多、分散好、高温加工稳定;本发明制备方法简单,易操作,易控制,成本低,环保,适合批量化化生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料及其制备方法,具体涉及一种不锈钢管用抗静电涂料的制备方法。
背景技术
不锈钢钢板广泛用于化工、机械等领域,以其不锈性能和耐腐蚀性能为军工、民爆行业所应用。在军工和民爆设备中,不锈钢钢板常用来制备各种炸弹、导弹和雷管产品,在炸弹、导弹和雷管等产品的生产过程中必然会涉及各种炸药的加装,炸药的粉料是高绝缘介质,具有高电阻和比表面积大的特点,在加装过程中极易因摩擦产生并积累大量静电,当静电产生或者积累到一定程度时,就会以电火花放电的形式释放,进而发生爆炸,因此造成炸弹、导弹和雷管的生产安全威胁大。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种不锈钢管用抗静电涂料的制备方法。
解决技术问题的方案为:一种不锈钢管用抗静电涂料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将改性石墨烯、纳米金属化合物、载银介孔SiO2微球、丁二醇加入到反应釜中,在温度为50-60℃下搅拌0.5-1h;
(2)将环氧丙烯酸树脂、催化剂加入到步骤(1)的反应釜中,升高体系温度至200-220℃,反应2-3h;
(3)加入抗氧剂1010、稳定剂,然后抽真空,快速3-5h,得抗静电抑菌复合功能不锈钢管涂料;
其中各组分以下质量份计,其组成如下:
环氧丙烯酸树脂45-50份、丁二醇31-44份、催化剂0.5-1份、改性石墨烯8-12份、载银介孔二氧化硅微球5-8份、纳米金属化合物3-8份、抗氧剂1010 0.1-0.5份、稳定剂0.3-0.8份。
具体地,所述的催化剂为钛酸四乙酯、钛酸四正丙酯、钛酸四正丁酯中的一种或几种。
具体地,所述的改性石墨烯的按如下方法制备:1)石墨烯硫化:将石墨烯浸入浓硫酸中,在温度为140-150℃下加热10-12h,取出用蒸馏水过滤洗涤3-6次得硫化石墨烯;(2)将硫化石墨烯溶于无水乙醇溶剂中,硫化石墨烯无水乙醇中的浓度为3~5%,乙醇溶剂pH控制为8.5~9,然后加入硅烷偶联剂KH550,在温度为35-45℃下进行反应3-5h;(3)反应完成后进行离心分离,对固体进行真空干燥制备改性石墨烯。
具体地,所述的载银介孔二氧化硅微球按如下方法制备:(1)取十六烷基三甲基溴化铵分散于质量分数为30-35%的乙醇水溶液中,质量分数为1-3%,再向其中加入氨水,调节pH值为9-10.5,在磁力搅拌的条件下于25℃搅拌30min;(2)称取质量比为1:1的正硅酸乙酯和硝酸银加入到步骤(1)反应液中,质量分数为1-2%,反应2-3h;(3)将沉淀物离心、洗涤,并置于85-90℃鼓风干燥箱中烘干,得到白色的粉末;(4)将上述白色粉末放入马弗炉中,以1℃/min的速度升温到550-600℃,然后保温4-5h,降温后得到载银介孔SiO2微球。
具体地,所述的载银介孔SiO2微球粒径为200-300nm,介孔为2-4nm。
具体地,所述的纳米金属氧化物为氧化锌和氧化锆按质量比(1-3):1组成,粒径为50-100nm。
具体地,所述的稳定剂为亚磷酸三苯酯、亚磷酸三甲酯、亚磷酸三癸酯中的一种或几种。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明添加的改性石墨烯具有优良的导电性,能够有效降低涂料表面的电阻率,与金属化合物中氧化锌的电子屏蔽效应具有较好的协同作用,使得不锈钢涂料的抗静电性高效,持久;并且石墨烯的加入还可以改善涂料的力学强度。
(2)本发明添加的介孔二氧化硅微球具有较大的比表面积,能负载较多的银离子,大大提高抗菌效果;利用二氧化硅微球特殊的结构,可以起到缓释效果,提高抗菌的持久性。
(3)本发明添加的改性石墨烯表面具有硅烷偶联剂,可以提高载银介孔二氧化硅微球和金属化合物在涂料中的分散性,实现抗静电和抗菌的协同作用。
(4)本发明制备方法简单,易操作,易控制,成本低,环保,适合批量化化生产。
具体实施方式
现在结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
实施例1
一种不锈钢管用抗静电涂料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将改性石墨烯、纳米金属化合物、载银介孔SiO2微球、丁二醇加入到反应釜中,在温度为50-60℃下搅拌0.5-1h;
(2)将环氧丙烯酸树脂、催化剂加入到步骤(1)的反应釜中,升高体系温度至200-220℃,反应2-3h;
(3)加入抗氧剂1010、稳定剂,然后抽真空,快速3-5h,得抗静电抑菌复合功能不锈钢管涂料;
其中各组分以下质量份计,其组成如下:
环氧丙烯酸树脂40份、丁二醇43.1份、钛酸四乙酯0.5份、改性石墨烯8份、载银介孔二氧化硅微球5份、粒径为50-100nm的氧化锌和氧化锆按质量比1:1组成的纳米金属化合物3份、抗氧剂1010 0.1份、亚磷酸三苯酯0.3份。
其中,改性石墨烯的按如下方法制备:1)石墨烯硫化:将石墨烯浸入浓硫酸中,在温度为140-150℃下加热10-12h,取出用蒸馏水过滤洗涤3-6次得硫化石墨烯;(2)将硫化石墨烯溶于无水乙醇溶剂中,硫化石墨烯无水乙醇中的浓度为3%,乙醇溶剂pH控制为8.5,然后加入硅烷偶联剂KH550,在温度为35-45℃下进行反应3-5h;(3)反应完成后进行离心分离,对固体进行真空干燥制备改性石墨烯。
其中,载银介孔二氧化硅微球按如下方法制备:(1)取十六烷基三甲基溴化铵分散于质量分数为30-35%的乙醇水溶液中,质量分数为1%,再向其中加入氨水,调节pH值为9-10.5,在磁力搅拌的条件下于25℃搅拌30min;(2)称取质量比为1:1的正硅酸乙酯和硝酸银加入到步骤(1)反应液中,质量分数为2%,反应2-3h;(3)将沉淀物离心、洗涤,并置于85-90℃鼓风干燥箱中烘干,得到白色的粉末;(4)将上述白色粉末放入马弗炉中,以1℃/min的速度升温到550-600℃,然后保温4-5h,降温后得到载银介孔SiO2微球,微球粒径为200-300nm,介孔为2-4nm。

Claims (4)

1.一种不锈钢管用抗静电涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)将改性石墨烯、纳米金属化合物、载银介孔SiO2微球、丁二醇加入到反应釜中,在温度为50-60℃下搅拌0.5-1h;
(2)将环氧丙烯酸树脂、催化剂加入到步骤(1)的反应釜中,升高体系温度至200-220℃,反应2-3h;
(3)加入抗氧剂1010、稳定剂,然后抽真空,快速3-5h,得抗静电抑菌复合功能不锈钢管涂料;
其中各组分以下质量份计,其组成如下:
环氧丙烯酸树脂 45-50份、丁二醇 31-44份、催化剂 0.5-1份、改性石墨烯8-12份、载银介孔二氧化硅微球5-8份、纳米金属化合物3-8份、抗氧剂1010 0.1-0.5份、稳定剂0.3-0.8份;
所述的改性石墨烯的按如下方法制备:1)石墨烯硫化:将石墨烯浸入浓硫酸中,在温度为140-150℃下加热 10-12h,取出用蒸馏水过滤洗涤 3-6次得硫化石墨烯;(2)将硫化石墨烯溶于无水乙醇溶剂中,硫化石墨烯无水乙醇中的浓度为3~5%,乙醇溶剂pH 控制为8.5~9,然后加入硅烷偶联剂KH550,在温度为35-45℃下进行反应3-5h;(3)反应完成后进行离心分离,对固体进行真空干燥制备改性石墨烯;
所述的载银介孔二氧化硅微球按如下方法制备:(1)取十六烷基三甲基溴化铵分散于质量分数为30-35%的乙醇水溶液中,质量分数为1-3%,再向其中加入氨水,调节pH值为9-10.5,在磁力搅拌的条件下于25 ℃搅拌30 min;(2)称取质量比为1:1的正硅酸乙酯和硝酸银加入到步骤(1)反应液中,质量分数为1-2%,反应2-3 h;(3)将沉淀物离心、洗涤,并置于85-90 ℃鼓风干燥箱中烘干,得到白色的粉末;(4)将上述白色粉末放入马弗炉中,以1 ℃/min的速度升温到550-600 ℃,然后保温4-5h,降温后得到载银介孔SiO2微球;
所述的纳米金属氧化物为氧化锌和氧化锆按质量比(1-3):1组成,粒径为50-100nm。
2.由权利要求1所述的一种不锈钢管用抗静电涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的催化剂为钛酸四乙酯、钛酸四正丙酯、钛酸四正丁酯中的一种或几种。
3.由权利要求1所述的一种不锈钢管用抗静电涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的载银介孔SiO2微球粒径为200-300nm,介孔为2-4nm。
4.由权利要求1所述的一种不锈钢管用抗静电涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的稳定剂为亚磷酸三苯酯、亚磷酸三甲酯、亚磷酸三癸酯中的一种或几种。
