Abstract
本发明涉及一种耐侯太阳能电池背板,包括聚酯薄膜,于所述聚酯薄膜的一侧通过粘结层粘接耐候层,所述聚酯薄膜的另一侧也通过粘结层连接粘接耐候粘结层;所述聚酯薄膜由PET聚酯树脂与丙烯酸型聚酯树脂共混后经过单向拉伸制得的聚酯薄膜,于所述聚酯薄膜的外表面蒸镀厚度为20nm~100nm的氧化物。本发明太阳能电池背板的耐候层材料为含氟耐候层,其具有成本低,环保性能好,其力学性能、粘结强度也比传统背板好,背板结构更为稳定,对整个太阳能支撑保护作用更加突出,本发明中聚酯薄膜与丙烯酸型聚酯树脂共混而进行了改性,大大降低了分子间的规整度,延长了聚酯薄膜的使用寿命,通过在聚酯薄膜表面涂覆氧化层,大大提高了薄膜阻水性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能电池背板领域,尤其涉及一种耐侯太阳能电池背板。
背景技术
太阳能作为一种绿色环保、取之不尽的能源,无疑是取代传统火力发电的最佳选择,由于太阳能电池需要长期暴露在室外实用,所以光伏组件中的电池片需要加以保护,来防止大气中的水汽、氧气、紫外线等环境因素的影响和俯视。太阳能背板是整个太阳能电池的配件之一,主要起力学支撑和保护电池片免受环境因素渗透的作用,目前现有结构的太阳能背板性能不稳定,反射率、抗老化性能、阻水性能差,结构复杂导致加工复杂、使生产成本增加。
发明内容
本申请人针对上述现有问题,进行了研究改进,提供一种耐侯太阳能电池背板,通过将不同的聚酯树脂共混进行了改性,大大降低了分子间的规整度,抗紫外性能、反射率、抗老化性能及阻水性能好。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种耐侯太阳能电池背板,包括聚酯薄膜,于所述聚酯薄膜的一侧通过粘结层粘接耐候层,所述聚酯薄膜的另一侧也通过粘结层连接粘接耐候粘结层;所述聚酯薄膜由PET聚酯树脂与丙烯酸型聚酯树脂共混后经过单向拉伸制得的聚酯薄膜,于所述聚酯薄膜的外表面蒸镀厚度为20nm~100nm的氧化物。
其进一步技术方案在于:
所述聚酯薄膜的厚度为50~350微米;
所述耐候层的厚度为10~50微米;
所述耐候粘结层的厚度为40~60微米。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明太阳能电池背板的耐候层材料为含氟耐候层,其具有成本低,环保性能好,其力学性能、粘结强度也比传统背板好,背板结构更为稳定,对整个太阳能支撑保护作用更加突出,本发明提供的太阳能电池背板明显优于现有背板,聚酯薄膜的设置提高了电气绝缘性、水气阻隔性,其耐湿热耐老化性能高,其具有寿命长,耐候性高、高反射率及出色的抗老化性能,本发明中聚酯薄膜与丙烯酸型聚酯树脂共混而进行了改性,大大降低了分子间的规整度,延长了聚酯薄膜的使用寿命,通过在聚酯薄膜表面涂覆氧化层,大大提高了薄膜阻水性能,其水汽透过率为1.0g/m2~5.0g/m2,氧化层还能提高了聚酯薄膜的耐紫外性能。

下面结合附图,说明本发明的具体实施方式。
一种耐侯太阳能电池背板包括聚酯薄膜3,于聚酯薄膜3的一侧通过粘结层2粘接耐候层1,聚酯薄膜3的另一侧也通过粘结层2连接粘接耐候粘结层4;聚酯薄膜3由PET聚酯树脂与丙烯酸型聚酯树脂共混后经过单向拉伸制得的聚酯薄膜,于聚酯薄膜3的外表面蒸镀厚度为20nm~100nm的氧化物。聚酯薄膜3的厚度为50~350微米。耐候层1的厚度为10~50微米。耐候粘结层4的厚度为40~60微米。

1.一种耐侯太阳能电池背板,其特征在于:包括聚酯薄膜(3),于所述聚酯薄膜(3)的一侧通过粘结层(2)粘接耐候层(1),所述聚酯薄膜(3)的另一侧也通过粘结层(2)粘接耐候粘结层(4);所述聚酯薄膜(3)由PET聚酯树脂与丙烯酸型聚酯树脂共混后经过单向拉伸制得的聚酯薄膜,于所述聚酯薄膜(3)的外表面蒸镀厚度为20nm~100nm的氧化物。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种耐侯太阳能电池背板,其特征在于:所述聚酯薄膜(3)的厚度为50~350微米。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种耐侯太阳能电池背板,其特征在于:所述耐候层(1)的厚度为10~50微米。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种耐侯太阳能电池背板,其特征在于:所述耐候粘结层(4)的厚度为40~60微米。
