Abstract
本发明涉及一种多层式太阳能背板,包括PET基材,所述PET基材的一侧通过粘结层连接耐候层,于所述耐候层的上表面设置银色高反射层,于所述PET基材的另一端通过粘结层连接耐候粘结层;所述银色高反射层包括含有高反射添加剂的聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚烯烃或聚氨酯树脂中的一种,所述高反射添加剂包括氧化锌、氧化铝、氧化锆、钛白粉或荧光增白剂中的一种。本发明结构简单、使用方便,其具有良好的反射性和散热性,降低了光伏组件的老化速度,进一步提高了太阳能光伏组件的发电效率及使用寿命,其光转换效能优秀,适用范围广。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能组件领域,尤其涉及多层式太阳能背板。
背景技术
太阳能作为一种绿色环保、取之不尽的能源,无疑是取代传统火力发电的最佳选择,由于太阳能电池需要长期暴露在室外实用,所以光伏组件中的电池片需要加以保护,来防止大气中的水汽、氧气、紫外线等环境因素的影响和俯视。太阳能背板是整个太阳能电池的配件之一,主要起力学支撑和保护电池片免受环境因素渗透的作用,目前现有太阳能背板若反射性能较差易吸收太阳光,这就导致太阳能组件温度升高,大大降低了太阳能组件的光转化效率。
发明内容
本申请人针对上述现有问题,进行了研究改进,提供多层式太阳能背板,其具有良好的散热性和反射性,降低了光伏组件的老化速度,进一步提高了太阳能光伏组件的发电效率和寿命。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种多层式太阳能背板,包括PET基材,所述PET基材的一侧通过粘结层连接耐候层,于所述耐候层的上表面设置银色高反射层,于所述PET基材的另一端通过粘结层连接耐候粘结层;所述银色高反射层包括含有高反射添加剂的聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚烯烃或聚氨酯树脂中的一种,所述高反射添加剂包括氧化锌、氧化铝、氧化锆、钛白粉或荧光增白剂中的一种。
其进一步技术方案在于:
所述粘结层由聚烯烃材料制成,所述聚烯烃材料的厚度不大于60微米。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明结构简单、使用方便,其具有良好的反射性和散热性,降低了光伏组件的老化速度,进一步提高了太阳能光伏组件的发电效率及使用寿命,其光转换效能优秀,适用范围广。

下面结合附图,说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1所示,本发明所述的多层式太阳能背板包括PET基材3,PET基材3的一侧通过粘结层2连接耐候层1,于耐候层的上表面设置银色高反射层5,于PET基材3的另一端通过粘结层2连接耐候粘结层4;银色高反射层包括含有高反射添加剂的聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚烯烃或聚氨酯树脂中的一种,高反射添加剂包括氧化锌、氧化铝、氧化锆、钛白粉或荧光增白剂中的一种,上述粘结层2由聚烯烃材料制成,聚烯烃材料的厚度不大于60微米。
本发明结构简单、使用方便,其具有良好的反射性和散热性,降低了光伏组件的老化速度,进一步提高了太阳能光伏组件的发电效率及使用寿命,其光转换效能优秀,适用范围广。

1.一种多层式太阳能背板,其特征在于:包括PET基材(3),所述PET基材(3)的一侧通过粘结层(2)连接耐候层(1),于所述耐候层的上表面设置银色高反射层(5),于所述PET基材(3)的另一端通过粘结层(2)连接耐候粘结层(4);所述银色高反射层包括含有高反射添加剂的聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚烯烃或聚氨酯树脂中的一种,所述高反射添加剂包括氧化锌、氧化铝、氧化锆、钛白粉或荧光增白剂中的一种。
2.如权利要求1所述的多层式太阳能背板,其特征在于:所述粘结层(2)由聚烯烃材料制成,所述聚烯烃材料的厚度不大于60微米。
