Abstract
本发明涉及一种具有高阻燃性的太阳能电池背板,包括PET基材,于所述PET基材的一侧顺序通过氟膜层、粘结层粘接耐候层,所述PET基材的另一侧也顺序通过氟膜层、粘结层粘接耐候粘结层,所述氟膜层由尼龙层、第一胶黏剂、铝箔、第二胶黏剂层及热封膜组成。本发明太阳能电池背板的耐候层材料为含氟耐候层,其具有成本低,环保性能好,其力学性能、粘结强度也比传统背板好,背板结构更为稳定,对整个太阳能支撑保护作用更加突出,本发明具有优秀的阻燃性、力学性能、阻隔性能,其能有效避免太阳能背板表面过量吸热导致背板膜燃烧的现象,其适用于高温环境下使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能电池背板领域,尤其是一种具有高阻燃性的太阳能电池背板。
背景技术
太阳能作为一种绿色环保、取之不尽的能源,无疑是取代传统火力发电的最佳选择,由于太阳能电池需要长期暴露在室外实用,所以光伏组件中的电池片需要加以保护,来防止大气中的水汽、氧气、紫外线等环境因素的影响和俯视。太阳能背板是整个太阳能电池的配件之一,主要起力学支撑和保护电池片免受环境因素渗透的作用,目前现有结构的太阳能背板性能不稳定,反射率、抗老化性能、阻水性能差,结构复杂导致加工复杂、使生产成本增加,另外现有太阳能背板的阻燃性能有待提高,长期在高温环境下实用易导致一些有机材料燃烧。
发明内容
本申请人针对上述现有问题,进行了研究改进,提供一种具有高阻燃性的太阳能电池背板,其具有较好的阻燃性、绝缘性、耐热性和良好的隔阻性能。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种具有高阻燃性的太阳能电池背板,包括PET基材,于所述PET基材的一侧顺序通过氟膜层、粘结层粘接耐候层,所述PET基材的另一侧也顺序通过氟膜层、粘结层粘接耐候粘结层,所述氟膜层由尼龙层、第一胶黏剂、铝箔、第二胶黏剂层及热封膜组成。
其进一步技术方案在于:
所述氟膜层的厚度为4~60μm;
所述热封膜由聚烯烃膜、氟膜和热封聚丙烯膜由外向内顺序层叠而成;
所述耐候层的厚度为10~50微米;
所述耐候粘结层的厚度为40~60微米。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明太阳能电池背板的耐候层材料为含氟耐候层,其具有成本低,环保性能好,其力学性能、粘结强度也比传统背板好,背板结构更为稳定,对整个太阳能支撑保护作用更加突出,本发明提供的太阳能电池背板明显优于现有背板,聚酯薄膜的设置提高了电气绝缘性、水气阻隔性,其耐湿热耐老化性能高,其具有寿命长,耐候性高、高反射率及出色的抗老化性能,本发明具有优秀的阻燃性、力学性能、阻隔性能,其能有效避免太阳能背板表面过量吸热导致背板膜燃烧的现象,其适用于高温环境下使用。

下面结合附图,说明本发明的具体实施方式。
一种具有高阻燃性的太阳能电池背板包括PET基材3,于PET基材3的一侧顺序通过氟膜层5、粘结层2粘接耐候层1,PET基材3的另一侧也顺序通过氟膜层5、粘结层2粘接耐候粘结层4,氟膜层由尼龙层、第一胶黏剂、铝箔、第二胶黏剂层及热封膜组成,氟膜层的厚度为4~60μm,上述热封膜由聚烯烃膜、氟膜和热封聚丙烯膜由外向内顺序层叠而成,耐候层1的厚度为10~50微米,耐候粘结层4的厚度为40~60微米。

1.一种具有高阻燃性的太阳能电池背板,其特征在于:包括PET基材(3),于所述PET基材(3)的一侧顺序通过氟膜层(5)、粘结层(2)粘接耐候层(1),所述PET基材(3)的另一侧也顺序通过氟膜层(5)、粘结层(2)粘接耐候粘结层(4),所述氟膜层由尼龙层、第一胶黏剂、铝箔、第二胶黏剂层及热封膜组成。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种具有高阻燃性的太阳能电池背板,其特征在于:所述氟膜层的厚度为4~60μm。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种具有高阻燃性的太阳能电池背板,其特征在于:所述热封膜由聚烯烃膜、氟膜和热封聚丙烯膜由外向内顺序层叠而成。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种具有高阻燃性的太阳能电池背板,其特征在于:所述耐候层(1)的厚度为10~50微米。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种具有高阻燃性的太阳能电池背板,其特征在于:所述耐候粘结层(4)的厚度为40~60微米。
