一种带有涂层的小型收割机切割刀具的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于农业工具技术领域,尤其涉及带有涂层的小型收割机切割刀具的制备方法。
背景技术
农作物生产过程中,由于各种原因成本、土地的限制,生产者使用农业机械较少,小型收割机成本小,突破了农村无法进入大型收割机收割的作业瓶颈,推进了收获作业的机械化,缩短了劳动周期,并让人们从繁重的体力劳动解放出来。广泛用于,收割小麦、水稻、青稞、麻类、豆类等农作物。但是现有的切割刀具存在好多问题,如放置时间较长后金属制品的特征容易生锈,需要使用者更换切割刀具,而达克罗涂层是由片状锌粉、铝粉、含铬的金属盐及粘合剂组成的涂液涂覆于零件表面,经烧结而形成的一种全新结构和性能的防护层,技术人员在此基础上进行了改进和完善。
发明内容
本发明旨在克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种带有涂层的小型收割机切割刀具的制备方法,具有无公害、隔离腐蚀介质性能好,质量稳定的特点。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种带有涂层的喷雾器切割刀具的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤,前处理,除去零部件切割刀具表面的油污、铁和氧化皮杂物后;涂覆是用达克罗溶液喷涂或浸渍零部件切割刀具,然后再采用离心甩干、自然垂流和/或刷除去多于的达克罗处理液;烘烤是将切割刀具基体上的达克罗处理液转变成膜层的过程,在网带式循环热风烘烤炉中进行;然后清洗、打磨切割刀具即可。
进一步,第一步中,前处理的工艺为有机溶剂、碱性清洗剂脱脂、抛丸、喷丸或喷砂一种或多种组合使用。
进一步,切割刀具为圆盘形结构,中心处设置有安装孔,切割刀具外侧边缘设置有锯齿。
进一步,切割刀具的锯齿为单边刃或双边刃。
与现有技术相比较,本发明具有如下的有益效果:
本发明的好处在于,该切割刀具涂层具有无公害、无氢脆、优良的耐蚀性、浸透性、耐热性等特点,避免了钢管漏镀,产品质量好,不易生锈。作为农业机械等行业中小零部件的防腐处理,已在世界范围内得到了广泛的应用。

实施例 如图1所示,一种带有涂层的喷雾器切割刀具的制备方法,包括如下步骤,前处理,除去零部件切割刀具表面的油污、铁和氧化皮杂物后;第一步中,前处理的工艺为有机溶剂、碱性清洗剂脱脂、抛丸、喷丸或喷砂一种或多种组合使用。涂覆是用达克罗溶液喷涂或浸渍零部件切割刀具,然后再采用离心甩干、自然垂流和/或刷除去多于的达克罗处理液;烘烤是将切割刀具基体上的达克罗处理液转变成膜层的过程,在网带式循环热风烘烤炉中进行;然后清洗、打磨切割刀具即可。上述切割刀具1为圆盘形结构,中心处设置有安装孔,切割刀具外侧边缘设置有锯齿2,切割刀具的锯齿为单边刃或双边刃。

1.一种带有涂层的喷雾器切割刀具的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤,前处理,除去零部件切割刀具表面的油污、铁和氧化皮杂物后;涂覆是用达克罗溶液喷涂或浸渍零部件切割刀具,然后再采用离心甩干、自然垂流和/或刷除去多于的达克罗处理液;烘烤是将切割刀具基体上的达克罗处理液转变成膜层的过程,在网带式循环热风烘烤炉中进行;然后清洗、打磨切割刀具即可。
