A、将上述原料中药拣去杂质和粉尘后，按照质量份比分别粉碎成粗粒状包煎；

薄荷，性味：味辛、性凉，具有散风热、清头目、利咽喉、透疹、解郁之功效，用于风热表证、头痛目赤、咽喉肿痛、麻疹不透、陷疹瘙痒、肝郁胁痛，治外感风热、头痛、目赤、咽喉肿痛、食滞气胀、口疮、牙痛、疮疥、瘾疹；
茯苓，性味：甘淡、平，具有渗湿利水、益脾和胃、宁心安神之功效，用于治疗小便不利、水肿胀满、痰饮咳逆、呕哕、泄泻、遗精、淋浊、惊悸、健忘等症；
柴胡，性味：苦、凉，具有和解表里、疏肝、升阳之功效，用于治疗寒热往来、胸满胁痛、口苦耳聋、头痛目眩、疟疾、下利脱肛、月经不调、子宫下垂等症；
厚朴，性味：苦辛、温，具有温中、下气、燥湿、消痰之功效，用于治疗胸腹痞满胀痛、反胃、呕吐、宿食不消、痰饮喘咳、寒湿泻痢等症；

蒲黄，性味：味甘、微辛、性平，具有止血、祛瘀、利尿之功效，用于治疗吐血、咯血、衄血、备痢、便血、崩漏，外伤出血、心腹疼痛、经闭腹痛、产后瘀痛、痛经、跌扑肿痛、血淋涩痛、带下、重舌、口疮、聤耳、阴下湿痒等症；
枸杞子，性味：味甘、性平，具有养肝、滋肾、润肺之功效，用于治疗肝肾亏虚、头晕目眩、目视一清、腰膝酸软、阳痿贵精、虚劳咳嗽、消渴引饮等症；
黄精，性味：甘、平，具有补中益气、润心肺、强筋骨之功效，用于治疗虚损寒热、肺痨咳血、病后体虚食少、筋骨软弱、风湿疼痛、风癞癣疾；
独一味，性味：味甘、苦、性平，具有活血化瘀、消肿止痛之功效，用于治疗跌打、筋骨疼痛、关节肿痛、痛经、崩漏等症；
淫羊藿，性味：味辛、甘、性温，具有补肾壮阳、祛风除湿、强筋键骨之功效，用于治疗阳痿遗精、虚冷不育、尿频失楚、肾虚喘咳、腰膝酸软、风湿痹痛、半身不遂、四肢不仁；
红花，性味：味辛、性温，具有活血能经、祛瘀止痛之功效，用于治疗经闭、痛经、产后瘀阻腹痛、胞痹心痛症瘕积聚、跌打损伤、关节疼痛、中风偏竣、斑疹等症；
桔梗，性味：苦辛、平，具有开宣肺气、祛痰排脓之功效，用于治疗外感咳嗽、咽喉肿痛、肺痈吐脓、胸满胁痛、痢疾腹痛等症；
蒲公英，性味：苦、甘、寒，具有清热解毒、消肿散结、利尿通淋之功效，用于治疗疔疮肿毒、乳痈、瘰疠、目赤、咽痛、肺痈、肠痈、湿热黄疸、热淋涩痛等症；
甘草，性味：甘、平，具有益气补中、缓急止痛、润肺止咳、泻火解毒、调和诸药之功效，用于治疗倦怠食少、肌瘦面黄、心悸气短、腹痛便溏、四肢挛急疼痛、脏躁、咳嗽气喘、咽喉肿痛、痈疮肿痛、小儿胎毒及药物、食物中毒等症。
本发明药物是基于中医治疗颈椎病的辨病与辨证相结合的原则，，从药理作用及作用机制认为：就颈椎病，本发明所提供的药物中的各原料中药药效共奏，对上述疾病有很好的治疗效果。

连翘20g、独活13g、川芎10g、葛根13g、薄荷8g、茯苓20g、柴胡8g、厚朴12g、伸筋草13g、骨碎补17g、秦艽13g、蒲黄30g、枸杞子15g、黄精20g、独一味6g、淫羊藿10g、红花8g、桔梗8g、蒲公英35g、甘草8g。
实施例2：
一种可有效治疗颈椎病的汤剂药物，其特征在于，所述药物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
连翘22g、独活14g、川芎11g、葛根14g、薄荷9g、茯苓22g、柴胡9g、厚朴13g、伸筋草14g、骨碎补20g、秦艽14g、蒲黄35g、枸杞子17g、黄精22g、独一味7g、淫羊藿11g、红花9g、桔梗9g、蒲公英40g、甘草9g。
实施例3：
一种可有效治疗颈椎病的汤剂药物，其特征在于，所述药物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
连翘25g、独活16g、川芎12g、葛根16g、薄荷10g、茯苓25g、柴胡10g、厚朴15g、伸筋草16g、骨碎补22g、秦艽16g、蒲黄40g、枸杞子20g、黄精25g、独一味8g、淫羊藿12g、红花10g、桔梗10g、蒲公英45g、甘草10g。
典型病例：
经临床诊断治疗颈椎病患者共185例，年龄为49岁以上的130例，只有55例为49岁以下。185例患者中痊愈的170例，显效的15例，总有效率达100%。经治疗后，症状逐渐减轻或痊愈。

连翘15～25g、独活5～16g、川芎5～12g、葛根8～16g、薄荷4～10g、茯苓15～25g、柴胡4～10g、厚朴5～15g、伸筋草9～16g、骨碎补10～22g、秦艽8～16g、蒲黄8～40g、枸杞子10～20g、黄精15～25g、独一味3～8g、淫羊藿3～12g、红花5～10g、桔梗5～10g、蒲公英15～45g、甘草2～10g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可有效治疗颈椎病的汤剂药物，其特征在于，所述药物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
连翘18～22g、独活10～14g、川芎8～11g、葛根10～14g、薄荷7～9g、茯苓18～22g、柴胡7～9g、厚朴10～13g、伸筋草10～14g、骨碎补15～20g、秦艽10～14g、蒲黄20～35g、枸杞子12～17g、黄精18～22g、独一味5～7g、淫羊藿8～11g、红花7～9g、桔梗7～9g、蒲公英20～40g、甘草7～9g。
