[0002]白癜风是一种局限性黑色素流失的皮肤病,患者一般没有任何自觉症状,只在皮肤上出现大小形状不一、数目不定、境界清楚的白斑,白斑可发生在任何部位,若发生在头皮、眉毛、睫毛等处,还可使该处的毛发变白。白癜风发展缓慢,发展到一定阶段时可静止不变,患处白肤的知觉、分泌或排泄功能都正常,但对紫外线照射的耐受性较正常皮肤差。目前,白癜风的病因还不十分清楚,一般认为是由于表皮色素细胞缺乏酪氨酸酶影响了皮肤色素代谢,使表皮色素细胞不能产生黑色素所致。中医认为白癜风是由于风湿郁于皮毛、气血失和、肤失濡养所致,中医临床上采取活血、祛风、利湿等方法治疗取得了显著的效果。

柴胡,性味:味苦、辛、性微寒,具有解表退热、疏肝解郁、升举阳气之功效,用于治疗外感发热、寒热往来、疟疾、肝郁胁痛乳胀、头痛头眩、月经不调、气虚下陷之脱肛、子宫脱垂、胃下垂等症。

丹参120g、当归90g、红花75g、白术120g、川芎75g、三七75g、乌梅60g、白芷80g、女贞子120g、熟地230g、补骨脂120g、密陀僧lg、黑芝麻120g、肉苁蓉120g、九香虫75g。

丹参140g、当归105g、红花85g、白术140g、川芎85g、三七85g、乌梅70g、白芷90g、女贞子140g、熟地260g、补骨脂140g、密陀僧1.2g、黑芝麻140g、肉苁蓉140g、九香虫85g。

一种治疗白癜风的内服中药丸,其特征在于,所述中药丸的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示:
丹参160g、当归120g、红花100g、白术160g、川;100g、三七100g、乌梅80g、白芷100g、女贞子160g、熟地300g、补骨脂160g、密陀僧1.5g、黑芝麻160g、肉苁蓉160g、九香虫100g。

经临床诊断治疗白癜风患者共650例,年龄为45岁以上的350例,只有300例为45岁以下。650例患者中痊愈的579例,显效的71例,总有效率达100%。

1.一种治疗白癜风的内服中药丸,其特征在于,所述中药丸的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示: 丹参80〜160g、当归60〜120g、红花30〜100g、白术30〜160g、川芎50〜100g、三七30〜100g、乌梅40〜80g、白芷30〜100g、女贞子60〜160g、熟地100〜300g、补骨脂80〜160g、密陀僧0.5〜1.5g、黑芝麻90〜160g、肉苁蓉100〜160g、九香虫30〜100g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗白癜风的内服中药丸,其特征在于,所述中药丸的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示: 丹参100〜140g、当归70〜105g、红花40〜85g、白术40〜140g、川芎60〜85g、三七40〜85g、乌梅50〜70g、白芷40〜90g、女贞子70〜140g、熟地115〜260g、补骨脂90〜140g、密陀僧0.8〜1.2g、黑芝麻100〜140g、肉苁蓉115〜140g、九香虫40〜85g。
3.根据权利要求1至2所述的治疗白癜风的内服中药丸,其特征在于,所述中药丸的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示: 丹参120g、当归90g、红花75g、白术120g、川芎75g、三七75g、乌梅60g、白芷80g、女贞子120g、熟地230g、补骨脂120g、密陀僧lg、黑芝麻120g、肉苁蓉120g、九香虫75g。
