技术领域
本发明涉及一种靠背弹性支撑的轮椅支架,属于医疗器械领域。
背景技术
轮椅是康复的重要工具,它不仅是肢体伤残者和行动不便人士的代步工具,更重要的是使他们借助于轮椅进行身体锻炼和参与社会活动。轮椅作为医疗专用设备其功能设定服务对象为特定的人群,以满足他们代步的需要。随着技术进步、生活条件提高,对轮椅的功能要求也日益增加,必然要求其各部件不断改进,以适应不断提高的用户需求。为了提高舒适性,现在的轮椅装置越来越来复杂,不仅加装了动力设施,省去手工的劳累,也加强了结构设置,尽量使其使用方便并且多功能化。但是轮椅作为辅助器械,由于震动的原因会给乘坐着带来不适,并且由于震动的原因会使得轮椅连接处断裂,降低轮椅的使用寿命。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种靠背弹性支撑的轮椅支架,使用方便,乘坐舒适,牢固耐用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采取的技术方案是,一种靠背弹性支撑的轮椅支架,包括两组平行设置的侧部支撑组件,两组侧部支撑组件之间设置有交叉杆总成;所述侧部支撑组件包括推动杆,推动杆上连接有脚踏杆、上部支撑杆和下部支撑杆,上部支撑杆和下部支撑杆平行设置,上部支撑杆的前段和下部支撑杆的前段之间设置有纵支杆,纵支杆与上部支撑杆垂直设置,上部支撑杆和下部支撑杆的顶端之间通过脚踏杆连接,脚踏杆与上部支撑杆呈97.5度夹角,下部支撑杆尾端设置有延长段,上部支撑杆上连接有扶手;所述推动杆上设置有弧形段Ⅰ和弧形段Ⅱ,弧形段Ⅰ和弧形段Ⅱ之间设置有折弯段,弧形段Ⅰ和弧形段Ⅱ的弧形开口方向相反,折弯段的折弯开口方向与弧形段Ⅰ的弧形开口方向相同;所述弧形段Ⅰ的弧度为2.47,弧形段Ⅱ的弧度为2.65,折弯段的折弯角度为163度;所述交叉杆总成包括两根交叉转动设置的交叉杆,交叉杆的两端分别设置有上套管和下套管,上套管与上部支撑杆套接,下套管与下部支撑管套接。

本发明的优点在于它能克服现有技术的弊端,结构设计合理新颖。本申请的设计尽量降低了整车的重量,可以折叠收纳,方便出行使用。本申请的设计通过折弯段与弧形折弯Ⅰ和弧形折弯Ⅱ的配合使得靠背支撑具有弹性,使得乘坐者在乘坐轮椅时背部支撑良好,舒适度高。并且折弯段与弧形折弯Ⅰ和弧形折弯Ⅱ的配合吸收震动,折弯段与弧形折弯Ⅰ和弧形折弯Ⅱ在震动时发生弹性变形将震动的能量积蓄,并且在震动过后通过弹性恢复将震动能量释放,防止震动能量传递到乘坐者身体上,提高了轮椅的舒适性,并且在将震动能量吸收后,轮椅连接处受到的振动能量减少,防止连接处因震动而造成松动和断裂。经过数字建模计算得出,所述弧形段Ⅰ的弧度为2.47,弧形段Ⅱ的弧度为2.65,折弯段的折弯角度为163度,符合人体工程学原理,震动吸收效率高。
