Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于生产汽车地毯的辐射式加热炉,包括有箱体,所述箱体的顶端设置上气缸;所述箱体前端设置进料口,所述箱体后端设置出料口,所述箱体内的下部设置支撑板,所述支撑板的下端面设置下气缸,所述下气缸的气杆穿过所述支撑板设置下加热板。本发明采用这种加热方式可以迅速将汽车地毯进行初步成型,且加热更加均匀,因此使得提高了加热的效率,上部采用双加热,且能够移动的加热方式,可以均匀加热的同时带动一部分气流,因此使得加热效果更好,使得地毯加热后更加均匀美观。

一种用于生产汽车地毯的辐射式加热炉
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车地毯技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于生产汽车地毯的辐射式加热炉。
背景技术
现有的汽车地毯生产线适合同时采用无纺布、EVA片材及针刺地毯面料三种材料进行生产,且生产时需要进行机械上料,先将上述几种材质覆合,通过上料平台进行输送到加热箱内,进行粘合,最后成型,切割即可,现有的汽车地毯在加热时候,加热不够均匀,利用的时间较长,因此就降低了加热的效率,且同时使得地毯凸凹不平。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种用于生产汽车地毯的辐射式加热炉,提高了效率,使得加热更加均匀。
为了实现上述技术目的,本发明采取如下技术方案:一种用于生产汽车地毯的辐射式加热炉,包括有箱体,所述箱体的顶端设置上气缸;所述箱体前端设置进料口,所述箱体后端设置出料口,所述箱体内的下部设置支撑板,所述支撑板的下端面设置下气缸,所述下气缸的气杆穿过所述支撑板设置下加热板;所述箱体上位于所述进料口处设置进料上压辊和进料下压辊,所述箱体上位于所述出料口处设置出料上压辊和出料下压辊,所述箱体的顶端设置抽风罩,所述箱体底端一侧设置进风口。
进一步地,所述上气缸的气杆底端设置连杆,所述连杆的两端铰连接左、右拉杆,所述左、右拉杆底端分别铰连接左、右上加热板,所述左加热板左侧的箱体侧壁上设置左导筒,所述左加热板的左侧设置与所述左导筒相配合的左导杆,所述右侧加热板的箱体侧壁上设置右导筒,所述右加热板的右侧设置与所述右导筒相配合的右导杆。
进一步地,所述左、右上加热板为石英发热板,所述左拉杆的底端铰连接在左上加热板的上端面中部,所述右拉杆的底端铰连接在右上加热板的上端面中部。
进一步地,所述下加热板内设置电热铝板。
进一步地,所述进料下压辊和出料下压辊位于所述支撑板的上方。
本发明的技术特点和效果为:采用这种加热方式可以迅速将汽车地毯进行初步成型,且加热更加均匀,因此使得提高了加热的效率,上部采用双加热,且能够移动的加热方式,可以均匀加热的同时带动一部分气流,因此使得加热效果更好,使得地毯加热后更加均匀美观。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
请参照图1-2,本发明提供一种用于生产汽车地毯的辐射式加热炉,包括有箱体1,箱体1的顶端设置上气缸2;箱体1前端设置进料口3,箱体1后端设置出料口4,箱体1内的下部设置支撑板5,支撑板5的下端面设置下气缸6,下气缸6的气杆穿过支撑板5设置下加热板7;箱体1上位于进料口3处设置进料上压辊8和进料下压辊9,箱体1上位于进料口4处设置出料上压辊10和出料下压辊11,箱体1的顶端设置抽风罩12,箱体1底端一侧设置进风口13,采用这种方式有助于汽车地毯实现自动化生产的同时,使得汽车地毯在进入进入加热炉和出去的时候减小热量的流失,因此使得进料口和出料口的面积更小,提高加热的利用率。
请参照图1和图2,上气缸2的气杆底端设置连杆14,连杆14的两端铰连接左、右拉杆15、16,左、右拉杆15、16底端分别铰连接左、右上加热板17、18,左上加热17板左侧的箱体1侧壁上设置左导筒19,左上加热板17的左侧设置与左导筒19相配合的左导杆20,右上加热板18的箱体1侧壁上设置右导筒21,右上加热板18的右侧设置与右导筒21相配合的右导杆22,可以使得两个加热板来回移动带动一部分气流,使得加热更加均匀,且加热效率更高。
请参照图1,左、右上加热板17、18为石英发热板,左拉杆15的底端铰连接在左上加热板17的上端面中部,右拉杆16的底端铰连接在右上加热板18的上端面中部,加热更加均匀。
请参照图1,下加热板7内设置电热铝板。
请参照图1,进料下压辊9和出料下压辊11位于支撑板5的上方,使得上下同时进行加热,且加热更加均匀。

1.一种用于生产汽车地毯的辐射式加热炉,其特征在于:包括有箱体(1),所述箱体(1)的顶端设置上气缸(2);所述箱体(1)前端设置进料口(3),所述箱体(1)后端设置出料口(4),所述箱体(1)内的下部设置支撑板(5),所述支撑板(5)的下端面设置下气缸(6),所述下气缸(6)的气杆穿过所述支撑板(5)设置下加热板(7);所述箱体(1)上位于所述进料口(3)处设置进料上压辊(8)和进料下压辊(9),所述箱体(1)上位于所述进料口(4)处设置出料上压辊(10)和出料下压辊(11),所述箱体(1)的顶端设置抽风罩(12),所述箱体(1)底端一侧设置进风口(13)。
2.按权利要求1所述的一种用于生产汽车地毯的辐射式加热炉,其特征在于:所述上气缸(2)的气杆底端设置连杆(14),所述连杆(14)的两端铰连接左、右拉杆(15,16),所述左、右拉杆(15,16)底端分别铰连接左、右上加热板(17,18),所述左上加热(17)板左侧的箱体(1)侧壁上设置左导筒(19),所述左上加热板(17)的左侧设置与所述左导筒(19)相配合的左导杆(20),所述右上加热板(18)的箱体(1)侧壁上设置右导筒(21),所述右上加热板(18)的右侧设置与所述右导筒(21)相配合的右导杆(22)。
3.按权利要求2所述的一种用于生产汽车地毯的辐射式加热炉,其特征在于:所述左、右上加热板(17,18)为石英发热板,所述左拉杆(15)的底端铰连接在左上加热板(17)的上端面中部,所述右拉杆(16)的底端铰连接在右上加热板(18)的上端面中部。
4.按权利要求1所述的一种用于生产汽车地毯的辐射式加热炉,其特征在于:所述下加热板(7)内设置电热铝板。
5.按权利要求1所述的一种用于生产汽车地毯的辐射式加热炉,其特征在于:所述进料下压辊(9)和出料下压辊(11)位于所述支撑板(5)的上方。
