本发明涉及一种全新的隔焰烧成间歇式窑炉结构,属于窑炉领域,包括窑体,窑体内设有气氛室,气氛室由隔焰墙围成侧壁,气氛室由窑顶形成气氛室的顶,窑体顶部设有排烟孔,气氛室底部设有窑车底座,窑车底座上装有窑车,窑车底座底部设有升降装置,窑体上设有煅烧嘴,可以减少拆装气氛室的工作量,操作更加方便。

本发明涉及一种全新的隔焰烧成间歇式窑炉结构,属于窑炉领域。
背景技术
原来耐火材料行业的特殊气氛保护高温烧成(如氮化炉等),主要采用耐火材料做成气氛室隔焰烧成,原耐火材料气氛室往往砌筑在窑车上,窑炉出货时,将窑车移出后,要将窑车上的气氛室拆除,装完货后要重新砌筑气氛室,并密封气氛室,气氛室的砌筑和拆除一方面存在操作工人的工作量大,技术要求高。
发明内容
本发明提供一种全新的隔焰烧成间歇式窑炉结构,可以减少拆装气氛室的工作量,操作更加方便。
本发明所述的全新的隔焰烧成间歇式窑炉结构,包括窑体,窑体内设有气氛室,气氛室由隔焰墙围成侧壁,气氛室由窑顶形成气氛室的顶,窑体顶部设有排烟孔,气氛室底部设有窑车底座,窑车底座上装有窑车,窑车底座底部设有升降装置,窑体上设有煅烧嘴。
所述的全新的隔焰烧成间歇式窑炉结构,窑车底部设有氮气进气通道,排气通道、测压通道和测温通道,进气通道设有线性调节阀,测压通道内设有压力传感器,排气通道上安装有电磁阀,窑体外设有控制装置,压力传感器连接到控制装置的信号接收端,控制装置的信号输出端连接到线性调节阀和电磁阀的控制端,控制装置通过压力传感器的压力信号控制线性调节阀和电磁阀的开闭。
所述的全新的隔焰烧成间歇式窑炉结构,隔焰墙上设有排烟孔,隔焰墙与窑体外壳之间设有侧壁烟道,窑顶内部设有顶部烟道,侧壁烟道与顶部烟道之间设有通孔,排烟孔与顶壁烟道连通。
所述的全新的隔焰烧成间歇式窑炉结构,窑车上设有辅助加热系统,辅助加热系统为窑车提供辅助加热。
所述的全新的隔焰烧成间歇式窑炉结构,升降装置包括液压缸和提供液压的液压缸泵站,液压缸的活塞杆连接到窑车底座,液压缸的腔室连接到液压缸泵站。
所述的全新的隔焰烧成间歇式窑炉结构,气氛室内设有热电偶,热电偶位于煅烧嘴对面,热电偶的信号输出端连接到控制装置的信号接收端,控制装置的信号输出端连接到煅烧嘴的控制端。
本发明与现有技术相比所具有的有益效果是:
本发明提供一种全新的隔焰烧成间歇式窑炉结构,此发明采用独立内胆设计,设置了独立的气氛室,即原耐火材料气氛室不是砌筑在窑车上,而是直接同窑体结合在一起。气氛室不用反复拆装,免除了操作工人每次装卸货时砌筑、拆除气氛室的工作量,且区别于现有的窑车的进出窑方式,使窑车的卸料操作更加方便。另一方面,原耐火材料气氛室同窑体结合在一起,操作工人装卸货空间大,操作更加方便,气氛室的密封性更加有保证。

下面结合附图对本发明的实施例做进一步描述:
如图1、图2、图3和图4所示,本发明所述的全新的隔焰烧成间歇式窑炉结构,包括窑体1,窑体1内衬为耐火材料5,该材料具有足够高的荷软温度和较好的热稳定性,能够满足该窑炉内衬选材的要求,窑体1外壳为型钢结构6外蒙钢板7,结构稳固,密封性好,窑体1内设有气氛室2,气氛室2由隔焰墙3围成侧壁,气氛室2由窑顶形成气氛室2的顶,窑体1顶部设有排烟孔10,排烟孔10处设有排烟风机,气氛室2底部设有窑车底座8,窑车底座8上装有窑车,要彻底做底部设有升降装置,窑体1上设有煅烧嘴15。将气氛室2与窑体1设计为一体,为保证密封,将原有的水平出车,改为上下出车,使每次烧制不需要重新的破坏并堆砌气氛室2,大大的提高了生产效率,且气氛室2设置于窑体1内,所以其容积不会仅限于窑车的齿轮,使窑车可携带更多原料并一次性烧成更多产品,再次提高了生产效率。
所述的全新的隔焰烧成间歇式窑炉结构,窑车底部设有氮气进气通道,排气通道、测压通道和测温通道,测温通道设有温度传感器13,进气通道设有线性调节阀16,测压通道内设有压力传感器12,排气通道上安装有电磁阀17,窑体1外设有控制装置14,压力传感器12和温度传感器13连接到控制装置14的信号接收端,控制装置14的信号输出端连接到线性调节阀16和电磁阀17的控制端,控制装置14通过压力传感器12的压力信号控制线性调节阀16和电磁阀17的开闭。因通气管路经受窑炉的高温,所以窑车预埋管路采用抗高温材料。进气管路安装流量计以便观察氮气流量,窑车下端管路与窑体1外管路采用金属软管联接,窑车进出运动时可实现快速拆接。每个密封氮化窑池设测压管路,外接压力传感器12,通过线性调节阀16自动调节进氮气流量,以维持密封氮化窑池内氮气压力稳定。控制装置14根据压力传感器12反馈的窑池内的压力变化,控制电磁阀17的开闭,具体控制方法为,当窑池内氮气压力过高时电磁阀17自动打开放散(+20Pa以上);当用氮气置换氮化窑池内空气时,电动执行阀根据预先设定的置换程序自动反复打开排空。
所述的全新的隔焰烧成间歇式窑炉结构,为保证氮化窑池良好的密封性能,窑车的窑池材料采用重质凸凹槽异形砖,窑池侧墙设1个可拆砌的装卸料口,以方便装料及卸料。密封氮化窑池顶部用重质盖板密封。窑车耐火材料5用耐火胶泥砌筑。
所述的全新的隔焰烧成间歇式窑炉结构,隔焰墙3上设有排烟孔10,隔焰墙3与窑体1外壳之间设有侧壁烟道4,窑顶内部设有顶部烟道9,侧壁烟道4与顶部烟道9之间设有通孔11,排烟孔10与顶壁烟道连通。形成的烟尘经侧壁烟道4后汇集于顶部烟道,并由排烟风机抽出。
所述的全新的隔焰烧成间歇式窑炉结构,窑车上设有辅助加热系统,辅助加热系统为窑车提供辅助加热。
所述的全新的隔焰烧成间歇式窑炉结构,升降装置包括液压缸和提供液压的液压缸泵站,液压缸的活塞杆连接到窑车底座8,液压缸的腔室连接到液压缸泵站。液压缸在设备安装上采用倾斜放置法,有效地避免了安装引起的设备晃动。液压站为集成泵站,选用精磨专用液压油缸,它将平台所用的单向阀、溢流阀、电磁阀17集成为一体,在保证使用性能的前提下使其结构更加紧凑,有效地减少泄露;另外它配备的截止阀可使在意外停电的情况下仍能将窑车底座8落下来。
所述的全新的隔焰烧成间歇式窑炉结构,气氛室2内设有热电偶,热电偶位于煅烧嘴15对面,热电偶的信号输出端连接到控制装置14的信号接收端,控制装置14的信号输出端连接到煅烧嘴15的控制端。

1.一种全新的隔焰烧成间歇式窑炉结构,包括窑体(1),其特征在于,窑体(1)内设有气氛室(2),气氛室(2)由隔焰墙(3)围成侧壁,气氛室(2)由窑顶形成气氛室(2)的顶,窑体(1)顶部设有排烟孔(10),气氛室(2)底部设有窑车底座(8),窑车底座(8)上装有窑车,窑车底座底部设有升降装置,窑体(1)上设有煅烧嘴(15)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的全新的隔焰烧成间歇式窑炉结构,其特征在于,窑车底部设有氮气进气通道,排气通道、测压通道和测温通道,进气通道设有线性调节阀(16),测压通道内设有压力传感器(12),排气通道上安装有电磁阀(17),窑体(1)外设有控制装置(14),压力传感器(12)连接到控制装置(14)的信号接收端,控制装置(14)的信号输出端连接到线性调节阀(16)和电磁阀(17)的控制端,控制装置(14)通过压力传感器(12)的压力信号控制线性调节阀(16)和电磁阀(17)的开闭。
3.根据权利要求2所述的全新的隔焰烧成间歇式窑炉结构,其特征在于,隔焰墙(3)上设有排烟孔(10),隔焰墙(3)与窑体(1)外壳之间设有侧壁烟道(4),窑顶内部设有顶部烟道(9),侧壁烟道(4)与顶部烟道(9)之间设有通孔(11),排烟孔(10)与顶壁烟道连通。
4.根据权利要求3所述的全新的隔焰烧成间歇式窑炉结构,其特征在于,窑车上设有辅助加热系统,辅助加热系统为窑车提供辅助加热。
5.根据权利要求4所述的全新的隔焰烧成间歇式窑炉结构,其特征在于,升降装置包括液压缸和提供液压的液压缸泵站,液压缸的活塞杆连接到窑车底座(8),液压缸的腔室连接到液压缸泵站。
6.根据权利要求5所述的全新的隔焰烧成间歇式窑炉结构,其特征在于,气氛室(2)内设有热电偶,热电偶位于煅烧嘴(15)对面,热电偶的信号输出端连接到控制装置(14)的信号接收端,控制装置(14)的信号输出端连接到煅烧嘴(15)的控制端。
