一种防滑自清洁双列球轴承,属于轴承零件技术领域,包括外圈、内圈、钢球、保持架和密封件;所述外圈外壁的中部设有一环内沟槽,所述内沟槽和外圈同轴设置;所述外圈外壁两侧设置有间隔且平行设置的侧排槽,所述内沟槽与侧排槽导通;所述内沟槽与侧排槽的交角为45°。本轴承在外壁设置内沟槽与侧排槽,提高了齿轮外壁的摩擦系数,并且,当齿轮和皮带之间窜入微粒杂质时,微粒杂质容易积聚在内沟槽中,并且在皮带的带引下,通过侧排槽外排,起到自清洁的效果。

技术领域
本发明属于轴承零件技术领域,具体涉及为一种防滑自清洁双列球轴承。
背景技术
根据汽车型号的不同,在汽车发动机惰轮上,有的选用双列深沟球轴承作为涨紧轮轴承,对于该轴承所能承受的径向负荷要求较大,一般可达到 1100N 左右,故对该轴承的设计,除了要选择优质原材料与工艺外,轴承的密封性是十分重要,现有技术中深沟球轴承的外圈的内壁端面附近设有密封槽,密封圈嵌设在所述的密封槽内,但是,这种结构的深沟球轴承,密封圈嵌入后密封效果差,极容易产生漏脂,润滑脂的使用寿命难以满足要求。
另外,在皮带传动、链条传动、钢丝传动等机械传动中,为了避免皮带、链条钢丝绳等传动元件的松动,往往需要在这些传动元件上支撑张紧轮,用以维持它们具有要求的张力来保证传动的正常进行。但是传统的轴承容易打滑,难以保证工件的稳定运行。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述提到的缺陷和不足,而提供一种防滑自清洁双列球轴承。
本发明实现其目的采用的技术方案如下。
一种防滑自清洁双列球轴承,包括外圈、内圈、钢球、保持架和密封件;所述外圈内表面、内圈外表面均设有双排环形沟道,在沟道内设有钢球,在钢球两侧设有保持架;所述保持架有两个,每个保持架背部设有开口的窗孔,且开口的窗孔具有自锁量;所述内圈内壁开设有嵌槽;所述嵌槽分设于双排环形沟道两侧;所述密封件外端固定于外圈内壁,内端嵌入嵌槽,并与嵌槽外壁间隙设置;所述外圈外壁的中部设有一环内沟槽,所述内沟槽和外圈同轴设置;所述外圈外壁两侧设置有间隔且平行设置的侧排槽,所述内沟槽与侧排槽导通;所述内沟槽与侧排槽的交角为45°。
所述密封件内端设置有第一凸起、第二凸起和第三凸起;所述第二凸起位于第一凸起和第三凸起中间;所述第一凸起与嵌槽外壁存在0.1~0.15mm的间隙;所述第二凸起与嵌槽外壁存在0.08~0.1mm的间隙;所述第三凸起与嵌槽外壁存在0.1~0.15mm的间隙。
本轴承在外壁设置内沟槽与侧排槽,提高了齿轮外壁的摩擦系数,并且,当齿轮和皮带之间窜入微粒杂质时,微粒杂质容易积聚在内沟槽中,并且在皮带的带引下,通过侧排槽外排,起到自清洁的效果。
本双列球轴承,采用分体开口式保持架,解决了由于内部空间限制,无法使用分体式保持架的瓶颈,并且大大提高了保持架的强度;并使得两列钢球之间始终保持相对均匀分布,提高了载荷的均衡,避免应力集中,保持两列钢球在合理的距离工作,从而大大提高了轴承可靠性和寿命。另外,本双列球轴承采用密封件,提高了轴承内圈、轴承外圈的密封程度和强度,确保了机械传动机构长时间有效的运行。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明作进一步详细说明。
一种防滑自清洁双列球轴承,,包括外圈1、内圈2、钢球3、保持架4和密封件5;所述外圈1内表面、内圈2外表面均设有双排环形沟道,在沟道内设有钢球3,在钢球3两侧设有保持架4;所述保持架4有两个,每个保持架4背部设有开口的窗孔,且开口的窗孔具有自锁量;所述内圈2内壁开设有嵌槽2a;所述嵌槽2a分设于双排环形沟道两侧;所述密封件5外端固定于外圈1内壁,内端嵌入嵌槽2a,并与嵌槽2a外壁间隙设置。
所述外圈1外壁的中部设有一环内沟槽1a,所述内沟槽1a和外圈1同轴设置;所述外圈1外壁两侧设置有间隔且平行设置的侧排槽1b,所述内沟槽1a与侧排槽1b导通;所述内沟槽1a与侧排槽1b的交角为45°。
本轴承在外壁设置内沟槽与侧排槽,提高了齿轮外壁的摩擦系数,避免打滑,保证工件的稳定运行;并且,当齿轮和皮带之间窜入微粒杂质时,微粒杂质容易积聚在内沟槽中,并且在皮带的带引下,通过侧排槽外排,起到自清洁的效果。

所述密封件5内端设置有第一凸起5a、第二凸起5b和第三凸起5c;所述第二凸起5b位于第一凸起5a和第三凸起5c中间;所述第一凸起5a与嵌槽2a外壁存在0.1~0.15mm的间隙;所述第二凸起5b与嵌槽2a外壁存在0.08~0.1mm的间隙;所述第三凸起5c与嵌槽2a外壁存在0.1~0.15mm的间隙。
第一凸起5a可以储存轴承内多余的油脂,阻碍油脂外溢;第二凸起5b起到密封作用;第三凸起5c防止外部灰尘侵入,由于形成较长的曲路密封通道,使轴承的密封效果达到最佳程度。
因此,本轴承具有良好密封性,密封件5对内圈2无摩擦损伤,便于安装拆卸。
本发明按照实施例进行了说明,在不脱离本原理的前提下,本装置还可以作出若干变形和改进。应当指出,凡采用等同替换或等效变换等方式所获得的技术方案,均落在本发明的保护范围内。

1.一种防滑自清洁双列球轴承,其特征在于,包括外圈(1)、内圈(2)、钢球(3)、保持架(4)和密封件(5);所述外圈(1)内表面、内圈(2)外表面均设有双排环形沟道,在沟道内设有钢球(3),在钢球(3)两侧设有保持架(4);所述保持架(4)有两个,每个保持架(4)背部设有开口的窗孔,且开口的窗孔具有自锁量;所述内圈(2)内壁开设有嵌槽(2a);所述嵌槽(2a)分设于双排环形沟道两侧;所述密封件(5)外端固定于外圈(1)内壁,内端嵌入嵌槽(2a),并与嵌槽(2a)外壁间隙设置;所述外圈(1)外壁的中部设有一环内沟槽(1a),所述内沟槽(1a)和外圈(1)同轴设置;所述外圈(1)外壁两侧设置有间隔且平行设置的侧排槽(1b),所述内沟槽(1a)与侧排槽(1b)导通;所述内沟槽(1a)与侧排槽(1b)的交角为45°。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种防滑自清洁双列球轴承,其特征在于,所述密封件(5)内端设置有第一凸起(5a)、第二凸起(5b)和第三凸起(5c);所述第二凸起(5b)位于第一凸起(5a)和第三凸起(5c)中间;所述第一凸起(5a)与嵌槽(2a)外壁存在0.1~0.15mm的间隙;所述第二凸起(5b)与嵌槽(2a)外壁存在0.08~0.1mm的间隙;所述第三凸起(5c)与嵌槽(2a)外壁存在0.1~0.15mm的间隙。
