Abstract
本发明公开了一种熏蒸库房翻转式密封门,包括门框,与所述的门框对应铰接的双外开门体,可向外翻转地铰接在门体下部的门板,所述的门体、门框及门板的两两接触面上分别设置有密封橡胶。本发明的密封门,采用上下两部分结构,利用可上翻的门板实现了与进出轨道的配合,提高了密封效果,而且门体和门板间利用下锁杆与上锁管的配合实现锁紧,保证密封门的整体性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及植物产品加工技术领域,特别是涉及一种熏蒸库房翻转式密封门。
背景技术
国际贸易中,植物产品,如原木最常用的检疫除害处理方式为溴甲烷熏蒸,传统熏蒸房是刚体结构,体积是建造时固定的,使用过程中不可能改变体积,而且为控制体积和建造成本,而且库房的门大小都有严格的控制,为便于货运车进出库房,一般都通过轨道进出。
由于原木在库房熏蒸时的气体溴甲烷是有毒气体,因此原木熏蒸库房是不能泄露气体的,包括库房大门,同时原木在熏蒸时应保证气体的浓度,这就要求库房的大门必须密闭,以免气体的泄露造对人员的伤害。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中存在的技术缺陷,而提供一种熏蒸库房翻转式密封门。
为实现本发明的目的所采用的技术方案是:
一种熏蒸库房翻转式密封门,包括门框,与所述的门框对应铰接的双外开门体,可向外翻转地铰接在门体下部的门板,所述的门体、门框及门板的两两接触面上分别设置有密封橡胶。
所述的密封门的锁紧机构包括竖直地设置在门体上的上锁管,与所述的上锁管上端的锁头对应设置在门框上的锁座,上端插入所述的上锁管下端并可上下移动的下锁杆,以及与所述的下锁杆下端对应地设置在门板上的锁耳,所述的上锁杆和下锁杆分别与所述的门体间形成有锁紧机构。
门板的高度为200-300mm,在所述的门板上设置有把手。
所述的门体和门板分别为箱式结构,其包括方钢管构成的骨架,焊接在骨架内外两侧的钢板,以及填充其间的岩棉。
所述的密封胶条包括与门体或门板侧边固定连接的连接基条,一体形成在所述的连接基条上且间隔设置的多层密封翅边。
所述的固定连接为通过与所述的门体或门板铆接的压紧条压紧定位。
所述的密封翅边的厚度由内向外逐步增大。
所述的密封翅边的宽度由内向外逐步增大。
还包括与所述的连接基条一体形成并将接触缝隙外部遮护的外挡边。
还包括翻转装置,其包括设置在门体下部的翻转座,上端与所述的翻转座固定连接的双连杆,所述的双连杆下端与门板下端铰接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的密封门,采用上下两部分结构,利用可上翻的门板实现了与进出轨道的配合,提高了密封效果,而且门体和门板间利用下锁杆与上锁管的配合实现锁紧,保证密封门的整体性。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1-5所示,本发明的熏蒸库房翻转式密封门包括门框1与所述的门框通过合页3对应铰接的双外开门体2,可向外翻转地铰接在门体下部的门板5,所述的门体、门框及门板的两两接触面上分别设置有密封橡胶6。其中,所述的门板5的高度为200-300mm,在所述的门板上设置有把手以便开启。本发明的密封门为钢质,双外开,箱型结构双重密封。门框用槽钢和方钢管制作,门框与库房的预埋件焊接固定与门板的连接参照集装箱门的合页形式,每块门板设4个合页,以防门板在开关时有下垂现象,影响门板的开启,门框的下平面与库房地面齐平,一般库房的轨道11稍高位于门框底面,本发明的门板的下部还形成有与所述的轨道对应的缺口,采用门板上翻式结构,能减少其干涉,而且,减少缺口大小,避免泄露。
其中,所述的密封门的锁紧机构包括竖直地设置在门体上的上锁管4,与所述的上锁管上端的锁头对应设置在门框上的锁座,上端插入所述的上锁管下端并可上下移动的下锁杆7,以及与所述的下锁杆下端对应地设置在门板上的锁耳8,所述的上锁杆和下锁杆分别与所述的门体间形成有锁紧机构,该上锁管和门框间的机与集装箱大门型锁紧装置类似,采用密封门上部的锁紧机构将门体与门框锁紧,同时,利用可上下移动的下锁杆与上锁管构成套管式机构,同时将下锁杆与门板利用带有穿孔的锁耳穿插式锁定,保证密封门的整体性。
本发明的密封门,采用上下两部分结构,利用可上翻的门板实现了与进出轨道的配合,提高了密封效果,而且门体和门板间利用下锁杆与上锁管的配合实现锁紧,保证密封门的整体性。
具体来说,所述的门体和门板分别为箱式结构,其包括方钢管21构成的骨架,焊接在骨架内外两侧的钢板22,以及填充其间的岩棉。采用箱式结构,保证整体强度的同时,减少整体重量,而且利用岩棉有效提高防火效果。
优选地,所述的密封胶条6包括与门体或门板侧边固定连接的连接基条61,一体形成在所述的连接基条上且间隔设置的多层密封翅边62,还包括与所述的连接基条一体形成并将接触缝隙外部遮护的外挡边63。其中所述的固定连接为通过与所述的门体或门板铆接的压紧条压紧定位。为进一步提高密封效果,减少开启和关闭力矩,所述的密封翅边的厚度由内向外逐步增大,所述的密封翅边的宽度由内向外逐步增大。
本发明的密封胶条,采用多密封翅边使结构,形成多道密封,密封效果强,有效防止烟气泄露,提高环保性,而且,利用外挡边的外层遮护,将关闭后的缝隙完全遮蔽,构成迂回式密封机构,进一步提升密封效果。
同时,为提高门板的开启的便利性,还包括翻转装置,其包括设置在门体下部的翻转座20,上端与所述的翻转座固定连接的双连杆21,所述的双连杆下端与门板下端铰接。采用翻转座,如棘轮式机构的翻转座,当其旋转时带动双连杆转动并将门板上翻且定位,便于密封门的整体开启且不与轨道发生干涉。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出的是,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种熏蒸库房翻转式密封门,其特征在于,包括门框,与所述的门框对应铰接的双外开门体,可向外翻转地铰接在门体下部的门板,所述的门体、门框及门板的两两接触面上分别设置有密封橡胶,所述的密封门的锁紧机构包括竖直地设置在门体上的上锁管,与所述的上锁管上端的锁头对应设置在门框上的锁座,上端插入所述的上锁管下端并可上下移动的下锁杆,以及与所述的下锁杆下端对应地设置在门板上的锁耳,所述的上锁杆和下锁杆分别与所述的门体间形成有锁紧机构,所述的门体和门板分别为箱式结构,其包括方钢管构成的骨架,焊接在骨架内外两侧的钢板,以及填充其间的岩棉。
2.如权利要求1所述的熏蒸库房翻转式密封门,其特征在于,门板的高度为200-300mm,在所述的门板上设置有把手。
3.如权利要求1所述的熏蒸库房翻转式密封门,其特征在于,所述的密封胶条包括与门体或门板侧边固定连接的连接基条,一体形成在所述的连接基条上且间隔设置的多层密封翅边。
4.如权利要求3所述的熏蒸库房翻转式密封门,其特征在于,所述的固定连接为通过与所述的门体或门板铆接的压紧条压紧定位。
5.如权利要求3所述的熏蒸库房翻转式密封门,其特征在于,所述的密封翅边的厚度由内向外逐步增大。
6.如权利要求3所述的熏蒸库房翻转式密封门,其特征在于,所述的密封翅边的宽度由内向外逐步增大。
7.如权利要求3所述的熏蒸库房翻转式密封门,其特征在于,还包括与所述的连接基条一体形成并将接触缝隙外部遮护的外挡边。
