Abstract
本发明公开一种建筑结构用轻质组合式楼屋面板,包括压型钢板和轻质混凝土层,所述的压型钢板两侧折弯分别形成插口和承口,压型钢板中部均布冷轧有多个凸起;所述的凸起上焊接多个与凸起垂直的钢筋;位于插口和承口之间、以及凸起上浇筑有轻质混凝土层,轻质混凝土层两端开有固定槽口,固定槽口下表面设有两个贯通压型钢板的螺孔。本发明相对于现有技术中面板具有质量轻、强度高、刚性大、节能环保、产品形态好的特点,插口、承口以及固定槽口与螺孔的设置安装方便,缩短了建设安装的工期。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料技术领域,涉及一种楼屋面板,具体是一种建筑结构用轻质组合式楼屋面板。
背景技术
目前,在建筑施工浇筑混凝土中,常常由于工人站在已经绑扎好的钢筋网上作业,往往会造成建筑结构楼面板或屋面板的板面钢筋下沉,从而导致承载力不足而引起建筑结构楼面板或屋面板的板面开裂。
在现有技术中,针对这类开裂进行加固处理的一般做法是采用粘贴碳纤维复合材料的加固方法,现有的这种加固方法所存在的主要缺点是对施工技术要求较高、施工困难、费时费力,而且还存在着在某些环境下耐久性较差、甚至不能使用(如在潮湿环境中)的问题。因此现有的建筑结构楼面板或屋面板的加固方法还是不够理想。
轻质复合板组合房屋结构是根据用户的使用要求,设计整体房屋各房间的大小、数量、使用功能和房屋外观,并进行结构设计。在将房屋化整为零,分成高度相同、宽度相同、标准的墙板、楼板、屋面板、角柱板和T型柱。
现有技术中的楼屋面板重量较重,在强度和刚性方面不能满足需要,在产品形态方面不能满足外观需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术缺陷,提供一种建筑结构用轻质组合式楼屋面板。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种建筑结构用轻质组合式楼屋面板,包括压型钢板和轻质混凝土层,所述的压型钢板两侧折弯分别形成插口和承口,压型钢板中部均布冷轧有多个凸起;所述的凸起上焊接多个与凸起垂直的钢筋;位于插口和承口之间、以及凸起上浇筑有轻质混凝土层,轻质混凝土层两端开有固定槽口,固定槽口下表面设有两个贯通压型钢板的螺孔。
所述的轻质混凝土层由下述重量百分比的原料制成:水泥25-40%、粉煤灰5-14%、河砂30-45%、陶粒5-16%、聚苯颗粒0.5-1%、聚丙烯纤维0.1-0.2%、聚羧酸减水剂0.1-0.2%、有机硅防水剂0.1-0.3%。
所述的压型钢板厚度在0.6-1.0mm范围内,为镀锌薄钢板冷轧形成。
所述的压型钢板两侧竖直向上折弯,再向同侧水平折弯,最后向上折弯,折弯后,压型钢板两侧分别形成插口和承口,在插口和承口之间设有橡胶圈,插口和承口之间的缝隙填入密封料,其连接处上表面刷有热沥青层。
所述的凸起为等腰梯形或燕尾槽形。
本发明的有益效果:本发明相对于现有技术中面板具有质量轻、强度高、刚性大、节能环保、产品形态好的特点,插口、承口以及固定槽口与螺孔的设置安装方便,缩短了建设安装的工期。

具体实施方式
如图5,一种建筑结构用轻质组合式楼屋面板,包括压型钢板1和轻质混凝土层2。如图1所示,压型钢板1位于组合楼屋面板底层,钢板厚度在0.6-1.0mm范围内,为镀锌薄钢板冷轧形成,压型钢板1两侧竖直向上折弯,再向同侧水平折弯,最后向上折弯,折弯后,压型钢板1两侧分别形成插口3和承口4。如图2所示,相邻两个轻质组合楼屋面板之间通过相对的插口3和承口4配合安装,为了保证安装后的密封效果,在插口3和承口4之间设有橡胶圈6,插口3和承口4之间的缝隙填入密封料5,其连接处上表面刷有热沥青层7。
如图1所示,压型钢板1中部均布冷轧有多个凸起8,冷轧凸起8的方向与压型钢板1两侧折弯方向相同,凸起8相对的另一侧为凹槽。如图3和图4所示,凸起8为等腰梯形或燕尾槽形,图3中,等腰梯形的凸起上端下表面向下形成一个三角形突触9,以此保证压型钢板1与轻质混凝土层2的稳固性。
进一步地,如图6,在压型钢板1中部的凸起8上,焊接多个与凸起8垂直的钢筋10,相邻钢筋10之间距离为150-300mm,压型钢板1在浇筑混凝土前,焊接好钢筋10,进一步保证轻质组合楼屋面板结构的稳定性。
如图5和图7所示,压型钢板1两侧的插口3和承口4之间、以及凸起8上浇筑有轻质混凝土层2,轻质混凝土层2两端开有固定槽口11,固定槽口11下表面设有两个贯通压型钢板1的螺孔12。
轻质混凝土层配方为:水泥25-40%、粉煤灰5-14%、河砂30-45%、陶粒5-16%、聚苯颗粒0.5-1%、聚丙烯纤维0.1-0.2%、聚羧酸减水剂0.1-0.2%、有机硅防水剂0.1-0.3%,余量为水,上述原料百分比含量之和为100%。
本发明面板总厚度不小于90mm,压型钢板1的凸起8上表面距离面板上表面的高度不小于50mm。本发明相对于现有技术中面板具有质量轻、强度高、刚性大、节能环保、产品形态好的特点,插口、承口以及固定槽口与螺孔的设置安装方便,缩短了建设安装的工期。

1.一种建筑结构用轻质组合式楼屋面板,包括压型钢板(1)和轻质混凝土层(2),其特征在于,所述的压型钢板(1)两侧折弯分别形成插口(3)和承口(4),压型钢板(1)中部均布冷轧有多个凸起(8);所述的凸起(8)上焊接多个与凸起垂直的钢筋(10);位于插口(3)和承口(4)之间、以及凸起(8)上浇筑有轻质混凝土层(2),轻质混凝土层(2)两端开有固定槽口(11),固定槽口(11)下表面设有两个贯通压型钢板(1)的螺孔(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑结构用轻质组合式楼屋面板,其特征在于,所述的轻质混凝土层(2)由下述重量百分比的原料制成:水泥25-40%、粉煤灰5-14%、河砂30-45%、陶粒5-16%、聚苯颗粒0.5-1%、聚丙烯纤维0.1-0.2%、聚羧酸减水剂0.1-0.2%、有机硅防水剂0.1-0.3%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑结构用轻质组合式楼屋面板,其特征在于,所述的压型钢板(1)厚度在0.6-1.0mm范围内,为镀锌薄钢板冷轧形成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑结构用轻质组合式楼屋面板,其特征在于,所述的压型钢板(1)两侧竖直向上折弯,再向同侧水平折弯,最后向上折弯,折弯后,压型钢板(1)两侧分别形成插口(3)和承口(4),在插口(3)和承口(4)之间设有橡胶圈(6),插口(3)和承口(4)之间的缝隙填入密封料(5),其连接处上表面刷有热沥青层(7)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑结构用轻质组合式楼屋面板,其特征在于,所述的凸起(8)为等腰梯形或燕尾槽形。
