本发明提供了一种复合纱线及其制造方法,所述复合纱线是将100D的粘胶长丝与20D的PBT通过并线机进行合股后制成白坯纱线,再经复捻、染色而制成,所述粘胶长丝和PBT的重量比为83:17。本复合纱线相比PBT纱线,弹性性能提高20%‑30%,而且不容易变形,织成的衣物挺括、柔软、光滑。

技术领域
本发明属于纱线制造技术领域,涉及一种复合纱线及其制造方法。
背景技术
阳离子改性涤纶丝,缩写PBT,化学名叫聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯,阳离子改性涤纶丝是用在聚酯切片中引入了带有极性基SO3Na的间苯二甲酸二甲酯而纺制的一种新型涤纶产品,其外观与普通涤纶长丝无区别,但是由于采用了离子改性,不仅大大改善了纤维的吸色性能,而且降低了结晶度而使染料分子易于渗透,使得纤维容易染色,吸色率提高,吸湿性也有改善这种纤维既保证阳离子易染,同时又可增加纤维的微孔,提高纤维上染率、透气性、吸湿性,从而进一步适应聚酯纤维的仿真丝化通过仿真丝化可使织物柔软透气、舒适、抗静电、常温常压可染通过阳离子改性多功能仿毛,可使织物具有手感柔软、抗静电、抗起毛起球、常温常压与毛共染。用阳离子改性纤维织成的织物,在用阳离子染料进行染色时,具有下列特性:1.色调鲜明,深染性好;2.吸尽率高;3.耐日光坚牢度和烟退色牢度好;4.拼色染色时,染料相容性好;5.在高温染浴中,稳定生好;6.对包括普通聚酯纤维在内的其它纤维的沾污性小;7.向纤维内部的扩散速率快,无环染现象;8.染浴中pH值变化时,染料稳定性高。
织物在穿着舒适性、染色鲜艳性等方面可与天然织物媲美,在价格上低于天然真丝,可产生高附加价值。阳离子对金属染料有特别强的吸附力,从而可做到常温染色。例如:真丝、涤纶产品,为了使产品中涤纶丝有几根有颜色,则必须染色,但涤纶的高温染色性能又会破坏真丝的品质,故可用阳离子丝代替,在常温中染色,保证品质。
法国NYLSTAR公司所生产的PBT,其商品名为ELITE,其有媲美拉架之弹性,染色鲜艳,抗紫外线,常温常压染色,高延伸率、高强力,织物回复性强,手感柔软,色牢度好。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种弹性好,色牢度好的复合纱线。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种复合纱线,其特征在于,所述复合纱线是将100D的粘胶长丝与20D的PBT通过并线机进行合股后制成白坯纱线,再经复捻、染色而制成,所述粘胶长丝和PBT的重量比为83:17。
本复合纱线相比PBT纱线,弹性性能提高20%-30%,而且不容易变形,织成的衣物挺括、柔软、光滑。
所述PBT为法国NYLSTAR公司所生产的PBT,其商品名为ELITE。
一种复合纱线的制造方法,其特征在于:是通过下述步骤实现的:
A.并线合股:将一股100D的粘胶长丝与一股20D的PBT在并线机上进行合并,制成白坯纱线;
B.重新卷绕:将白坯纱线通过落丝机卷绕在圆锥形筒子上,做好加捻前准备;
C.复捻:将两根白坯纱线在倍捻机上一起进行加捻,加捻成一根,绕在纱筒上形成筒子纱;
D.绞纱:将筒子纱通过成绞机,以50cm-80cm的长度摇成绞纱,做好染色前准备;
E.染色:将绞纱放入染色机中进行常温染色,染色温度为80℃-90℃;
F.倒筒:将染好色的绞纱通过倒筒机转移到纱筒上。
在上述的步骤E中,染色分两步:首先进行第一次染色,此次染色主要针对粘胶长丝,将步骤D所得绞纱浸在常温软水中,并按白坯纱线中粘胶长丝纤维的重量加入活性染料0.5-3%,再按软水体积加入平平加0.1-0.3g/L、硫酸钠20-60g/L、纯碱5-20g/L,然后将混合液升温至55-60℃,保温30-50分钟后,取样分析色度。
在上述的步骤E中,第二次染色是针对PBT进行染色,将前述步骤D所得绞纱浸在常温软水中,并按白坯纱线中的PBT重量加入分散染料1-3%,再按软水体积加入醋酸0.3-0.5g/L、导染剂3-5g/L,然后将混合液升温至65-75℃后,保温5-10分钟,再将混合液升温至95-100℃,保温60-90分钟,取样分析色度。
在所述步骤E之后,染好色的纱线用常温清水清洗一次,再用70-80℃热水清洗一次,充分洗出纱线上残留的染料和助剂。
活性染料是指纺织化纤工业中常规采用的不同色彩的活性染料,分散染料是指纺织化纤工业中常规采用的不同色彩的分散染料,导染剂为纺织化纤工业低温染色工艺中应用分散染料时添加的不含甲醛的处理剂,平平加是指用于纺织化纤工业中的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚类乳化剂。
与现有技术相比,本复合纱线具有以下优点:
1.具有较好的弹性,优于锦纶;
2.织成的衣物挺括,不容易变形;
3.手感柔软,色牢度好。
具体实施方式
实施例一
一种复合纱线,复合纱线是将100D的粘胶长丝与20D的PBT通过并线机进行合股后制成白坯纱线,再经复捻、染色而制成,所述粘胶长丝和PBT的重量比为83:17。PBT选用法国NYLSTAR公司所生产的PBT,其商品名为ELITE。
一种复合纱线的制造方法,是通过下述步骤实现的:
A.并线合股:将一股100D的粘胶长丝与一股20D的PBT在并线机上进行合并,制成白坯纱线;
B.重新卷绕:将白坯纱线通过落丝机卷绕在圆锥形筒子上,做好加捻前准备;

F.倒筒:将染好色的绞纱通过倒筒机转移到纱筒上。
在上述的步骤E中,染色分两步:首先进行第一次染色,此次染色主要针对粘胶长丝,将步骤D所得绞纱浸在常温软水中,并按白坯纱线中粘胶长丝纤维的重量加入活性染料0.5%,再按软水体积加入平平加0.1g/L、硫酸钠20g/L、纯碱5g/L,然后将混合液升温至55℃,保温30分钟后,取样分析色度。
在上述的步骤E中,第二次染色是针对PBT进行染色,将前述步骤D所得绞纱浸在常温软水中,并按白坯纱线中的PBT重量加入分散染料1%,再按软水体积加入醋酸0.3g/L、导染剂3-5g/L,然后将混合液升温至65℃后,保温5分钟,再将混合液升温至95℃,保温60分钟,取样分析色度。
在所述步骤E之后,染好色的纱线用常温清水清洗一次,再用70℃热水清洗一次,充分洗出纱线上残留的染料和助剂。

E.染色:将绞纱放入染色机中进行常温染色,染色温度为80℃-90℃;
F.倒筒:将染好色的绞纱通过倒筒机转移到纱筒上。
在上述的步骤E中,染色分两步:首先进行第一次染色,此次染色主要针对粘胶长丝,将步骤D所得绞纱浸在常温软水中,并按白坯纱线中粘胶长丝纤维的重量加入活性染料0.5-3%,再按软水体积加入平平加0.3g/L、硫酸钠60g/L、纯碱20g/L,然后将混合液升温至60℃,保温50分钟后,取样分析色度。
在上述的步骤E中,第二次染色是针对PBT进行染色,将前述步骤D所得绞纱浸在常温软水中,并按白坯纱线中的PBT重量加入分散染料3%,再按软水体积加入醋酸0.5g/L、导染剂5g/L,然后将混合液升温至75℃后,保温10分钟,再将混合液升温至100℃,保温90分钟,取样分析色度。
在所述步骤E之后,染好色的纱线用常温清水清洗一次,再用80℃热水清洗一次,充分洗出纱线上残留的染料和助剂。

Claims (1)

1.一种复合纱线的制造方法,其特征在于:是通过下述步骤实现的:
A.并线合股:将一股100D的粘胶长丝与一股20D的PBT在并线机上进行合并,制成白坯纱线;
B.重新卷绕:将白坯纱线通过落丝机卷绕在圆锥形筒子上,做好加捻前准备;
C.复捻:将两根白坯纱线在倍捻机上一起进行加捻,加捻成一根,绕在纱筒上形成筒子纱;
D.绞纱:将筒子纱通过成绞机,以50cm-80cm的长度摇成绞纱,做好染色前准备;
E.染色:将绞纱放入染色机中进行常温染色,染色温度为80℃-90℃,染色分两步:首先进行第一次染色,此次染色主要针对粘胶长丝,将步骤D所得绞纱浸在常温软水中,并按白坯纱线中粘胶长丝纤维的重量加入活性染料0.5-3%,再按软水体积加入平平加0.1-0.3g/L、硫酸钠20-60g/L、纯碱5-20g/L,然后将混合液升温至55-60℃,保温30-50分钟后,取样分析色度,第二次染色是针对PBT进行染色,将前述步骤D所得绞纱浸在常温软水中,并按白坯纱线中的PBT重量加入分散染料1-3%,再按软水体积加入醋酸0.3-0.5g/L、导染剂3-5g/L,然后将混合液升温至65-75℃后,保温5-10分钟,再将混合液升温至95-100℃,保温60-90分钟,取样分析色度;
F.倒筒:染好色的纱线用常温清水清洗一次,再用70-80℃热水清洗一次,充分洗出纱线上残留的染料和助剂,将染好色的绞纱通过倒筒机转移到纱筒上。
