Description

矿用自卸车用重载齿轮油复合添加剂及其润滑油组合物
技术领域
本发明属于车辆齿轮油技术领域,尤其涉及一种矿用自卸车用的重载齿轮油固液复合添加剂,以及包含该复合添加剂的润滑油组合物。
背景技术
我国煤、铁、有色金属及稀土等矿产资源丰富且开发迅速,对矿山机械有着巨大的需求,而矿用载重车辆是露天开采的主力运输工具,全程在矿区的非公路路况运行,存在路况差、颠簸剧烈、载重量大、普遍超载、高扭矩、环境中污染物质多等极端恶劣的工况条件,矿车齿轮箱中齿轮存在接触压力大(2.5~4.0GPa)、圆周速度快(5~10m/s)、滑动速度高(2~10m/s)、油温高(65~180℃)等特点,其摩擦、磨损占全部功率的三分之一。
齿轮油是专供保护传输动力零件的专用润滑油。目前美国和日本大采用API GL-5的齿轮油标准,而西欧在GL-5的基础上,提高了对油品热氧化安定性的要求,而对于重载的车辆齿轮油,还必须重点考虑提高齿轮油的极压抗磨性能。我国重负荷车辆齿轮油标准为GB 13895-1992,与GL-5标准持平,近年来随着车辆齿轮工作环境的变化以及齿轮设计的改变,重载齿轮油逐渐向着低黏度、高性能和节能型方向发展。
目前市场上满足MIL-L-2105D规格的API GL-5油在实际使用过程中,出现了大量油泥、漆膜及积炭,导致密封泄漏,油品使用性能下降,齿轮齿面容易出现划痕、胶合、点蚀、折断、缺损等现象,而且市售高粘度齿轮油在高温(>100℃)、重负荷(2.5-4GPa)情况下会产生润滑失效,造成齿轮表面严重磨损,既造成经济损失,又会对车辆及人身安全造成巨大的威胁。
进一步提升齿轮油黏度可以改善润滑稳定性,加大硫磷等极压添加剂含量可以改善油品的极压抗磨性,但是黏度提升会导致能耗增加和冷却性能下降,过大的硫磷极压剂含量会导致齿轮非正常的化学损耗,也不利于环境保护。如何在现用齿轮油品的基础上提高其润滑稳定性和极压抗磨性就成为齿轮油研究的难点与热点之一。
发明内容
本发明创造为解决现有技术中的问题,提供了一种矿用自卸车用的重载齿轮油复合添加剂,将其添加于基础油后,能够有效提高组合物的润滑稳定性和极压抗磨性。
本发明创造提供的复合添加剂,包括9.9-14.99重量份的复配添加剂和0.01-0.1重量份的纳米颗粒;所述复配添加剂包括降凝剂、油性剂、分散剂、防锈剂、极压剂、抗氧剂,其各组分及质量比为,降凝剂:油性剂:分散剂:防锈剂:极压剂:抗氧剂=1:(2-3):(2.5-3):(0.2-0.5):(2.5-3):(1.5-3)。
其中,所述复配添加剂中:
所述降凝剂是聚甲基丙烯酸酯;
所述油性剂是棕榈酸异丙酯、油酸、硬脂酸丁酯,单独使用或两两复配;
所述分散剂是高分子量聚丁二酰亚胺和高分子量聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺的复合或单独使用,复合使用时,高分子量聚丁二酰亚胺和高分子量聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺的质量比优选为2:1;
所述防锈剂是十二烯基丁二酸半酯、烯烃基丁二酸单酯,单独使用或两两复配;
所述极压剂是烷氧基磷酸盐、硫化异丁烯、硫磷型含氮衍生物、无灰二硫代磷酸酯,单独使用或两两复配;
所述抗氧剂是2,6-二叔丁基对甲苯酚和高分子量酚酯型无灰抗氧剂的复合或单独使用,复合使用时,2,6-二叔丁基对甲苯酚和高分子量酚酯型无灰抗氧剂的质量比优选为1:1。
其中,所述纳米颗粒选自氮化硼纳米粉、石墨烯、纳米硫化物中的任意一种。进一步,所述纳米颗粒二维尺寸优选在1-300nm之间,厚度小于50nm。
本发明创造还提供了一种润滑油组合物,包含有效量成分的上述复合添加剂,还包括基础油;所述复合添加剂和所述基础油的优选质量比为1:(5.6-9)。
其中,所述基础油可以选自市售的基础油,也可以优选地使用本发明提供的自配基础油S,所述自配基础油S以质量计包括:
聚α烯烃8 56%
聚α烯烃40 29%
聚酯 15%。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、以纳米颗粒作为极压抗磨剂、能够部分取代对环境有危害的硫磷极压添加剂,同时配合以本案的复配添加剂,使车辆齿轮机构在较苛刻的条件下保证有足够的润滑膜,且符合当前倡导的低碳环保、可持续发展的社会要求;
2、本发明复合添加剂能够适用多种基础油的需要,降低齿面间的摩擦系数,提高传动效率;
3、本发明润滑油组合物高温极压抗磨性能好,在高温(65~180℃)、高压(2.5~4.0GPa)情况下摩擦系数稳定,能降低划痕体积、减小磨损量。

分别使用下述配方(各组分以质量计)进行复合添加剂和润滑油组合物的制备:

实施例1-5
将复配添加剂和纳米颗粒精确称量后混合,放入超声仪中超声3h,后加入基础油,分别配成10%试样,超声3h。经测试,各试样摩擦性能稳定,能在高温(65~180℃)高压(2.5~4.0GPa)条件下的摩擦磨损实验中达到良好的润滑抗磨效果,即在温度和压力较为苛刻的情况下保证摩擦副之间产生足够且强韧的润滑膜,降低并稳定接触区的摩擦系数,减少放热、提升能量效率,并有效的降低划痕体积、减少磨损量。其中,实施例1-3的摩擦学性能如图1-3所示,实施例1的划痕3D白光观测图如图13。

对比例1-3
将基础油放入超声仪中超声3h,直接对其进行测试,摩擦系数均在短时间内升高,润滑失效。对比例1-3的摩擦学性能如图4-6所示,由图可以看出,单纯的基础油均不能在高温高压下得到稳定的摩擦系数COF,仅跑50~150秒即产生润滑失效。

将纳米颗粒精确称量后加入基础油,分别配成0.1%试样,放入超声仪中超声3h。经测试,对比例4-6的摩擦学性能如图7-9所示,由图可以看出,单纯的在基础油中加入一定尺度的纳米颗粒,也无法通过高温高压条件下的SRV摩擦磨损实验,在100~200秒即产生润滑失效。

将复配添加剂精确称量后混合,放入超声仪中超声3h,后加入基础油,分别配成10%试样,放入超声仪中超声3h。经测试,对比例7-9的摩擦学性能如图10-12所示,由图可以看出,仅在基础油中加入复配添加剂的对比例8-9,无法通过高温高压条件下的SRV摩擦磨损实验,在100~200秒即产生润滑失效,而对比例7为特例,它可以跑完全程1800秒,但全程摩擦系数COF产生较剧烈的扰动。对比例7的划痕3D白光观测图(图14)显示划痕大、磨损量高。

1.一种复合添加剂,包括9.9-14.99重量份的复配添加剂和0.01-0.1重量份的纳米颗粒;所述复配添加剂包括降凝剂、油性剂、分散剂、防锈剂、极压剂、抗氧剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合添加剂,其特征在于,所述复配添加剂中各组分质量比为,降凝剂:油性剂:分散剂:防锈剂:极压剂:抗氧剂=1:(2-3):(2.5-3):(0.2-0.5):(2.5-3):(1.5-3)。

所述防锈剂是十二烯基丁二酸半酯、烯烃基丁二酸单酯,单独使用或两两复配;
所述极压剂是烷氧基磷酸盐、硫化异丁烯、硫磷型含氮衍生物、无灰二硫代磷酸酯,单独使用或两两复配;
所述抗氧剂是2,6-二叔丁基对甲苯酚和高分子量酚酯型无灰抗氧剂的复合或单独使用。
4.根据权利要求3所述的复合添加剂,其特征在于,所述分散剂是高分子量聚丁二酰亚胺和高分子量聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺的复合使用,高分子量聚丁二酰亚胺和高分子量聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺的质量比为2:1。
5.根据权利要求3所述的复合添加剂,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂是2,6-二叔丁基对甲苯酚和高分子量酚酯型无灰抗氧剂的复合使用,2,6-二叔丁基对甲苯酚和高分子量酚酯型无灰抗氧剂的质量比为1:1。
6.根据权利要求1所述的复合添加剂,其特征在于,所述纳米颗粒选自氮化硼纳米粉、石墨烯、纳米硫化物中的任意一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的复合添加剂,其特征在于,所述纳米颗粒二维尺寸在1-300nm之间,厚度小于50nm。
8.权利要求1-7任一项所述的复合添加剂在重载齿轮油中的应用。
9.一种润滑油组合物,包含权利要求1-7任一项所述的复合添加剂,还包括基础油;所述复合添加剂和所述基础油的质量比为1:(5.6-9)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,所述基础油以质量计包括:
聚α烯烃8 56%
聚α烯烃40 29%
聚酯 15%。
