本发明涉及一种用于胶棒的低温型热熔胶,该热熔胶由以下重量份的组分组成:EVA树酯60‑88份、丁晴橡胶18‑22份、聚乙烯蜡12‑15份、抗氧剂5‑9份、茂金属乙烯‑辛烯共聚物4‑7份、乙烯‑丙烯酸乙酯共聚物2‑8份、松香1‑5份、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯2‑8份与增粘剂3‑5份。本发相比现有技术,得到的热熔胶制备原料少,制备成本低下,在低温环境下不会开裂,耐低温性能好。

技术领域
本发明涉及热熔胶,具体说是一种用于胶棒的低温型热熔胶。
背景技术
热熔胶是以热塑性树脂或弹性体为基料,添加增黏剂、增塑剂、抗氧化剂、阻燃剂及填料,经熔融混合而成的固体状粘合剂。与热固型、溶剂型和水基型胶粘剂相比具有很多优越性,所以从20世纪50年代至今,热熔胶已经在许多领域得到了快速发展,开始用于建筑、飞机、舰船和汽车内装饰等领域,尤其在印刷、包装等行业已用热熔胶取代钉装和线装,但是其中应用比较广泛的就是装订用热熔胶,现有大多数装订用热熔胶原料成分多,制备成本高,且装订用热熔胶在低温环境下容易开裂,耐低温性能差。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种用于胶棒的低温型热熔胶,制备原料少,制备成本低下,在低温环境下不会开裂,耐低温性能好。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种用于胶棒的低温型热熔胶,该热熔胶由以下重量份的组分组成:EVA树酯60-88份、丁晴橡胶18-22份、聚乙烯蜡12-15份、抗氧剂5-9份、茂金属乙烯-辛烯共聚物4-7份、乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物2-8份、松香1-5份、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯2-8份与增粘剂3-5份。
一种用于胶棒的低温型热熔胶,该热熔胶由以下最佳重量份的组分组成:EVA树酯69份、丁晴橡胶20份、聚乙烯蜡14份、抗氧剂7份、茂金属乙烯-辛烯共聚物5份、乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物6份、松香3份、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯5份与增粘剂4份。
本发明的有益效果是:相比现有技术,本发明得到的热熔胶制备原料少,制备成本低下,在低温环境下不会开裂,耐低温性能好。

实施例一:
一种用于胶棒的低温型热熔胶,该热熔胶由以下重量份的组分组成:EVA树酯60份、丁晴橡胶18份、聚乙烯蜡12份、抗氧剂5份、茂金属乙烯-辛烯共聚物4份、乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物2份、松香1份、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯2份与增粘剂3份。
实施例二:
一种用于胶棒的低温型热熔胶,该热熔胶由以下重量份的组分组成:VA树酯69份、丁晴橡胶20份、聚乙烯蜡14份、抗氧剂7份、茂金属乙烯-辛烯共聚物5份、乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物6份、松香3份、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯5份与增粘剂4份。
实施例三:
一种用于胶棒的低温型热熔胶,该热熔胶由以下重量份的组分组成:EVA树酯88份、丁晴橡胶22份、聚乙烯蜡15份、抗氧剂9份、茂金属乙烯-辛烯共聚物7份、乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物8份、松香5份、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯8份与增粘剂5份。
通过实施一、实施二和实施三各成分制备得到的热熔胶,相比现有技术中的普通热熔胶,制备原料少,制备成本低下,在低温环境下不会开裂,耐低温性能好。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于胶棒的低温型热熔胶,其特征在于:该热熔胶由以下最佳重量份的组分组成:EVA树酯69份、丁晴橡胶20份、聚乙烯蜡14份、抗氧剂7份、茂金属乙烯-辛烯共聚物5份、乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物6份、松香3份、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯5份与增粘剂4份。
