一种耐冲击的PP复合材料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐冲击的PP复合材料。
背景技术
PP是一种半结晶性材料,它比PE要更坚硬并且有更高的熔点。由于均聚物型的PP温度高于OC以上时非常脆,许多商业的PP材料是加入1-4%乙烯的无规共聚物或更高比率乙烯含量的嵌段共聚物。共聚物型的PP材料有较低的热变形温度(1000C)、低透明度、低光泽度、低刚性,但是有更强的抗冲击强度,PP的冲击强度随着乙烯含量的增加而增大。PP的维卡软化温度为150摄氏度。由于结晶度较高,这种材料的表面刚度和抗划痕特性很好。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐冲击的PP复合材料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种耐冲击的PP复合材料,其特征在于,包括下列重量份数的物质:PP35-45份,滑石粉5-6份,树脂基体PPH10-20份,颜料10-25份,松香基树脂酸10-19份,高级脂肪酸盐14-24份,纳米硫酸钙14-21份,钛酸酯偶联剂8-16份,纳米银0.5份,马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯1-3份,水性消泡剂1-2份,磷酸三氯丙酯10-15份。
本发明的PP复合材料具有耐冲击、超高韧性、耐高温和高流动性的效果。
