Abstract

本发明公开了一种环氧树脂反光涂料,由以下组份按照一定重量份配制而成:环氧树脂20‑100份;反光玻璃微珠10‑20份;钛白粉1‑3份;重钙粉2‑3份;流平剂0.8‑1.5份;增塑剂1.2‑1.9份;石英砂0.6‑1.8份;助剂0.9‑1.9份。本发明采用脂环族类环氧树脂替代传统的丙烯酸树脂,脂环族类环氧树脂具有稳定性高、密实性好、强度高等特点,同时具有附着力强、常温操作、施工简便等良好的工艺性,抗磨损能力大于丙烯酸树脂;而且,本配方中在反光玻璃微珠的基础上加入了着色剂与反光剂,加大着色与反光效果;本配方无毒无污染,方便生产,满足现代化快速高效的生产需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,具体涉及一种环氧树脂反光涂料。
背景技术
反光漆反光原理是把照射的光线通过反光微珠反射回人的视线中,形成反光效果,夜间反光效果更加明显。具有反光率高,能防止紫外线光波照射,防止颜色淡化剥离,能抗极强的盐雾、抗酸碱性能。
市场上现有多数的反光剂主要以丙烯酸树脂为基料,与一定比例的定向反光材料混合在溶剂中配制而成,该反光剂一般用于道路的路面上,具有能防止紫外线光波照射,防止颜色淡化剥离,能抗极强的盐雾、抗酸碱性能等特点。但由于在道路上特殊环境,现有的聚丙烯酸树脂难以满足耐磨问题,道路经常由于车辆通行而导致磨损,严重影响交通运行。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术不足,本发明公开一种具备高稳定性,耐磨损的环氧树脂反光涂料。
一种环氧树脂反光涂料,其特征在于,由以下组份按照一定重量份配制而成:
环氧树脂 20-100份
反光玻璃微珠 10-20份
钛白粉 1-3份
重钙粉 2-3份
流平剂 0.8-1.5份
增塑剂 1.2-1.9份
石英砂 0.6-1.8份
助剂 0.9-1.9份。
作为优选的技术方案之一,其特征在于,所述的环氧树脂为脂环族类环氧树脂。
作为优选的技术方案之一,其特征在于,所述的流平剂为聚丙烯酸酯类流平剂。
作为优选的技术方案之一,其特征在于,所述的助剂包括着色剂、成型剂及反光剂的一种或多种。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用脂环族类环氧树脂替代传统的丙烯酸树脂,脂环族类环氧树脂具有稳定性高、密实性好、强度高等特点,同时具有附着力强、常温操作、施工简便等良好的工艺性,抗磨损能力大于丙烯酸树脂;而且,本配方中在反光玻璃微珠的基础上加入了着色剂与反光剂,加大着色与反光效果;本配方无毒无污染,方便生产,满足现代化快速高效的生产需求。

实施例2:一种环氧树脂反光涂料,由以下组份按照一定重量份配制而成:脂环族类环氧树脂30份;反光玻璃微珠10份;钛白粉2份;重钙粉2份;流平剂0.8份;增塑剂1.2份;石英砂0.6份;助剂0.9份。
实施例3:一种环氧树脂反光涂料,由以下组份按照一定重量份配制而成:环氧树脂50份;反光玻璃微珠10份;钛白粉2份;重钙粉3份;聚丙烯酸酯类流平剂0.8份;增塑剂1.3份;石英砂0.7份;助剂1.9份。

1.一种环氧树脂反光涂料,其特征在于,由以下组份按照一定重量份配制而成:
环氧树脂 20-100份
反光玻璃微珠 10-20份
钛白粉 1-3份
重钙粉 2-3份
流平剂 0.8-1.5份
增塑剂 1.2-1.9份
石英砂 0.6-1.8份
助剂 0.9-1.9份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环氧树脂反光涂料,其特征在于,所述的环氧树脂为脂环族类环氧树脂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环氧树脂反光涂料,其特征在于,所述的流平剂为聚丙烯酸酯类流平剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环氧树脂反光涂料,其特征在于,所述的助剂包括着色剂、成型剂及反光剂的一种或多种。
