技术领域
本发明涉及道路、桥梁、广场和住宅小区等建筑材料领域,尤其涉及一种水性多彩仿石混凝土制品的制备方法。
背景技术
普通的混凝土制品为简单混凝土结构,其外表颜色呈灰暗色调,且形状较为单一。随着社会的进步和人们生活水平的提高,城市发展和美化的要求也随之提高,对路缘石、路障球、栏杆柱和栏杆板等建筑材料的外观要求随之提高。现有的大理石、花岗岩等材料的路缘石制品也随之问世,但纯花岗岩的路缘石制品造价太高,导致在城市建设中大量使用时成本太高,且不易于加工,大量开采和加工不符合节能环保及可持续发展要求。
考虑到整体使用彩色水泥制造彩色路缘石制品的成本太高,现有技术中已有采用油漆涂刷路缘石露在外面的两个侧面,以达到彩化路缘石的效果。但是由于人为或天气的影响,油漆在露天状况的色彩不能长久维持,需要经常进行补刷,且油漆施工对环境污染的问题已引起人们的普遍关注,油漆中的有机挥发物是造成大气污染的主要原因,特别是施工现场在油漆施工中产生的废气、废水、废料渣的处理问题更是成为环保部门的重点防护对象,这样需要耗费大量的人力、物力和财力,不适合现代社会节能环保形势。目前,常用的仿石混凝土制品成本高、仿真度低、外观色彩持久性差、防水效果不理想、粘结强度和动态抗裂性能不高,影响了仿石混凝土制品耐用度,缩短了寿命。
发明内容
为克服上述问题,本发明提供了一种水性多彩仿石混凝土制品的制备方法,使用该方法制备的水性多彩仿石混凝土制品外观色彩持久性好、防水效果理想、粘结强度和动态抗裂性能高,而且可以使用该方法对陈旧的混凝土建筑进行翻新。
为达到上述技术效果,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种水性多彩仿石混凝土制品的制备方法,该水性多彩仿石混凝土制品包括混凝土材质的基体和仿石面层,且该多彩仿石复合混凝土制品至少两个面为仿石,其特征在于采用以下步骤制备:
(1)根据所需制造仿石复合混凝土制品的结构及仿石面层数,对混凝土基体表面进行预处理;
(2)步骤(1)预处理后的基体表面滚涂界面剂;
(3)待步骤(2)滚涂界面剂干燥后涂刷含6wt%羟丙基甲基纤维素醚和海菜粉的界面剂;其中羟丙基甲基纤维素醚和海菜粉的质量比为1:2-3;
(4)待步骤(3)涂刷的含改性剂的界面剂干燥后,喷涂涂膜主体色;
(5)待步骤(4)喷涂的主体色干燥后,喷涂水性多彩涂料;
(6)待步骤(5)喷涂水性多彩涂料大于24小时后,先涂刷一遍罩面漆,待晾干后涂刷含2-3wt%UGD-3540改性剂的罩面漆。
步骤(1)所述的预处理方法为:(1)对混凝土基体表面进行平整度检查,标记出凹凸点;
(2)用砂浆、腻子对步骤(1)标记出的凹点进行补平;
(3)对步骤(1)标记出的凸点进行砂磨、除尘、清理后得预处理后的混凝土基体。
优选地,步骤(2)所述的滚涂方法为交叉滚涂;步骤(3)所述的涂刷方法为平面喷涂;步骤(4)所述的喷涂的方法为:先使用喷压枪在出料压力为0.05MPa喷涂一遍,再采用十字交叉喷涂一遍。
优选地,步骤(2)和(3)所述的界面剂均包括以下质量份的组份:水性环氧树脂50-58份、聚乙烯醇20-25份、苯丙乳液10-15份。
优选地,步骤(3)所述的涂膜主体色包括如下质量份的组份:蒸馏水550份、消泡剂3份、特种助剂A-4 4份、金红石钛白粉10份、超细煅烧高岭土170份、树脂Q-25 28份、AMP-95多功能助剂1份、丙乳酸200份;其中超细煅烧高岭土的粒度为4000目;其中所述的消泡剂为HT-606、HT-610和NXZ中的一种或多种。
优选地,步骤(5)所述的水性多彩涂料包括如下含量比例的成分:彩石粒10-120目50-70份、聚醋酸乙烯乳液25-40份、二辛基酞酸盐2-3份、木质纤维素5-8份、醋-丙乳液40-48份、乙二醇丁醚8-12份、色浆20-25份、苯并米唑酯类1-3份、偏磷酸钠2-3份、二甲苯15-30份、硬脂酸锌2-6份、环烷酸钴0.5-1.5份。
优选地,步骤(6)所述的罩面漆包括如下含量比例的成分:蒸馏水25-30份、硅烷偶联剂0.3-0.4份、氟表面活性剂0.1-0.4份、异噻唑啉酮衍生物 0.05-0.1份、三聚磷酸钠1.5-1.7份、硅丙乳液TD661 56-70份、有机胺多功能助剂1.2-1.5份、聚氨酯流平增稠剂0.5-0.8份、有机硅氧烷BS1306 1.5-1.8份。
本发明创造的在界面剂中加入一定比例的羟丙基甲基纤维素醚和海菜粉混合物,大大增强了界面剂粘稠性,赋予界面砂浆良好的滚涂性能,提高砂浆强度,增强仿石混凝土制品的耐水性、耐候性和耐脱落性。按照本发明提供的水性多彩仿石混凝土制品的制备方法,施工后涂膜厚实,不流挂,因此仿真效果突出,同时经过独特的涂料配方和所述的制备方法,制备的水性多彩仿石混凝土制品具有外观色彩好、防水效果理想、粘结强度高和动态抗裂性强。
有益效果

(2)本发明提供的制备方法应用范围广,可应用于任何不规则建筑墙面,可装饰任何弯曲、细边等部分,本发明安全放心,涂层自重占石材的比重小,从根本上解除了石材干挂荷载超重,年久腐蚀老化严重危及生命财产的担忧。而且使用该方法可以对陈旧的混凝土建筑进行翻新处理,极大的节约了资源和美化了环境。

实施例1
(1)根据所需制造仿石复合混凝土制品的结构及仿石面层数,对的混凝土基体表面进行平整度检查,标记出凹凸点,用砂浆、腻子对步骤(1)标记出的凹点进行补平,对标记出的凸点进行砂磨、除尘、清理后得预处理后的混凝土基体;

本实施例中界面剂包括以下质量份的组份:水性环氧树脂50份、聚乙烯醇25份、苯丙乳液10份。
涂膜主体色包括如下质量份的组份:蒸馏水550份、HT-606(南通市晗泰化工生产)3份、特种助剂A-4(上海毅有实业) 4份、金红石钛白粉10份、超细煅烧高岭土170份、树脂Q-25 28份、AMP-95多功能助剂1份、丙乳酸200份;其中超细煅烧高岭土的粒度为4000目。
水性多彩涂料包括如下含量比例的成分:彩石粒10-120目50份、聚醋酸乙烯乳液40份、二辛基酞酸盐2份、木质纤维素5份、醋-丙乳液48份、乙二醇丁醚8份、色浆25份、苯并米唑酯类1份、偏磷酸钠3份、二甲苯15份、硬脂酸锌6份、环烷酸钴0.5份。
罩面漆包括如下含量比例的成分:蒸馏水25份、硅烷偶联剂0.4份、氟表面活性剂0.1份、异噻唑啉酮衍生物0.1、三聚磷酸钠1.5份、硅丙乳液TD661 70份、有机胺多功能助剂1.2、聚氨酯流平增稠剂0.8份、有机硅氧烷BS1306(德国瓦克化学品公司生产)1.5份。
实施例2
(1)根据所需制造仿石复合混凝土制品的结构及仿石面层数,对混凝土基体表面进行平整度检查,标记出凹凸点,用砂浆、腻子对步骤(1)标记出的凹点进行补平,对标记出的凸点进行砂磨、除尘、清理后得预处理后的混凝土基体;
(2)步骤(1)预处理后的基体表面滚涂界面剂,滚涂时自上而下进行,采用交叉滚涂方法,涂膜均匀无遗漏;
(3)待步骤(2)滚涂界面剂干燥后涂刷含6wt%羟丙基甲基纤维素醚和海菜粉的界面剂;其中羟丙基甲基纤维素醚和海菜粉的质量比为1:2;
(4)待步骤(3)涂刷的含改性剂的界面剂干燥后,喷涂涂膜主体色,喷涂自上而下进行,采用平面喷涂法,保证涂层均匀、色泽一致;
(5)待步骤(4)喷涂的主体色干燥后,喷涂水性多彩涂料,调节出料气压0.05MPa,与枪压一致,先薄喷一遍,二遍十字交叉喷涂,喷涂时枪与基面要垂直,不可以斜喷;
(6)待步骤(5)喷涂水性多彩涂料40小时后,先涂刷一遍罩面漆,待晾干后涂刷含3wt%UGD-3540的罩面漆改性剂的罩面漆。
本实施例中界面剂包括以下质量份的组份:水性环氧树脂58份、聚乙烯醇20份、苯丙乳液15份。

罩面漆包括如下含量比例的成分:蒸馏水30份、硅烷偶联剂0.3份、氟表面活性剂0.4份、异噻唑啉酮衍生物0.05、三聚磷酸钠1.7份、硅丙乳液TD661 56份、有机胺多功能助剂1.5、聚氨酯流平增稠剂0.5份、有机硅氧烷BS1306(德国瓦克化学品公司生产)1.8份。
实施例3
(1)根据所需制造仿石复合混凝土制品的结构及仿石面层数,对脱模后的混凝土基体表面进行平整度检查,标记出凹凸点,用砂浆、腻子对步骤(1)标记出的凹点进行补平,对标记出的凸点进行砂磨、除尘、清理后得预处理后的混凝土基体;
(2)步骤(1)预处理后的基体表面滚涂界面剂,滚涂时自上而下进行,采用交叉滚涂方法,涂膜均匀无遗漏;
(3)待步骤(2)滚涂界面剂干燥后涂刷含6wt%羟丙基甲基纤维素醚和海菜粉的界面剂;其中羟丙基甲基纤维素醚和海菜粉的质量比为1:2;
(4)待步骤(3)涂刷的含改性剂的界面剂干燥后,喷涂涂膜主体色,喷涂自上而下进行,采用平面喷涂法,保证涂层均匀、色泽一致;
(5)待步骤(4)喷涂的主体色干燥后,喷涂水性多彩涂料,调节出料气压0.05MPa,与枪压一致,先薄喷一遍,二遍十字交叉喷涂,喷涂时枪与基面要垂直,不可以斜喷;
(6)待步骤(5)喷涂水性多彩涂料42小时后,先涂刷一遍罩面漆,待晾干后涂刷含2wt%UGD-3540的罩面漆;

水性多彩涂料包括如下含量比例的成分:彩石粒10-120目60份、聚醋酸乙烯乳液35份、二辛基酞酸盐2份、木质纤维素6份、醋-丙乳液40份、乙二醇丁醚10份、色浆22份、苯并米唑酯类2份、偏磷酸钠2.5份、二甲苯25份、硬脂酸锌5份、环烷酸钴1.0份。
罩面漆包括如下含量比例的成分:蒸馏水28份、硅烷偶联剂0.3份、氟表面活性剂0.3份、异噻唑啉酮衍生物0.08、三聚磷酸钠1.6份、硅丙乳液TD661 62份、有机胺多功能助剂1.4、聚氨酯流平增稠剂0.6份、有机硅氧烷BS1306(德国瓦克化学品公司生产)1.6份。
Claims (8)
1.一种水性多彩仿石混凝土制品的制备方法,该水性多彩仿石混凝土制品包括混凝土材质的基体和仿石面层,且该多彩仿石复合混凝土制品至少两个面为仿石,其特征在于采用以下步骤制备:
(1)根据所需制造仿石复合混凝土制品的结构及仿石面层数,对混凝土基体表面进行预处理;
(2)步骤(1)预处理后的基体表面滚涂界面剂;
(3)待步骤(2)滚涂界面剂干燥后涂刷含6wt%羟丙基甲基纤维素醚和海菜粉的界面剂;其中羟丙基甲基纤维素醚和海菜粉的质量比为1:2-3;
(4)待步骤(3)涂刷的含改性剂的界面剂干燥后,喷涂涂膜主体色;
(5)待步骤(4)喷涂的主体色干燥后,喷涂水性多彩涂料;
(6)待步骤(5)喷涂水性多彩涂料大于24小时后,先涂刷一遍罩面漆,待晾干后涂刷含2-3wt%UGD-3540改性剂的罩面漆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性多彩仿石混凝土制品的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)所述的预处理方法为:
(1)对混凝土基体表面进行平整度检查,标记出凹凸点;
(2)用砂浆、腻子对步骤(1)标记出的凹点进行补平;
(3)对步骤(1)标记出的凸点进行砂磨、除尘、清理后得预处理后的混凝土基体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性多彩仿石混凝土制品的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述的滚涂方法为交叉滚涂;步骤(3)所述的涂刷方法为平面喷涂;步骤(4)所述的喷涂的方法为:先使用喷压枪在出料压力为0.05MPa喷涂一遍,再采用十字交叉喷涂一遍。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性多彩仿石混凝土制品的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)和(3)所述的界面剂均包括以下质量份的组份:水性环氧树脂50-58份、聚乙烯醇20-25份、苯丙乳液10-15份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性多彩仿石混凝土制品的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)所述的涂膜主体色包括如下质量份的组份:蒸馏水550份、消泡剂3份、特种助剂A-4 4份、金红石钛白粉10份、超细煅烧高岭土170份、树脂Q-25 28份、AMP-95多功能助剂1份、丙乳酸200份;其中超细煅烧高岭土的粒度为4000目。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种水性多彩仿石混凝土制品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的消泡剂为HT-606、HT-610和NXZ中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性多彩仿石混凝土制品的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(5)所述的水性多彩涂料包括如下含量比例的成分:彩石粒10-120目50-70份、聚醋酸乙烯乳液25-40份、二辛基酞酸盐2-3份、木质纤维素5-8份、醋-丙乳液40-48份、乙二醇丁醚8-12份、色浆20-25份、苯并米唑酯类1-3份、偏磷酸钠2-3份、二甲苯15-30份、硬脂酸锌2-6份、环烷酸钴0.5-1.5份。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性多彩仿石混凝土制品的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(6)所述的罩面漆包括如下含量比例的成分:蒸馏水25-30份、硅烷偶联剂0.3-0.4份、氟表面活性剂0.1-0.4份、异噻唑啉酮衍生物 0.05-0.1份、三聚磷酸钠1.5-1.7份、硅丙乳液TD661 56-70份、有机胺多功能助剂1.2-1.5份、聚氨酯流平增稠剂0.5-0.8份、有机硅氧烷BS1306 1.5-1.8份。
