本发明公开了一种水龙头的环保陶瓷涂层材料,由以下质量百分比的原料配方组分组成:80‑100份氟碳树脂、8‑10份有机硅油、3‑5份石脑油、6‑8份聚二甲基硅氧烷、10‑12份无水乙醇、5‑8份烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、6‑8份蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、30‑35份丙烯酸树脂乳液、6‑8份纳米氧化石墨烯溶液、10‑12份全氟聚醚、5‑6份氯化钠、6‑8份磷酸氢二钠、5‑6份氧化铝、6‑10份玻璃纤维粉、5‑8份锌粉、6‑8份铜粉、8‑10份碳纤维粉、8‑10份聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、6‑8份硬脂酸钙、5‑8份硬脂酸锌、7‑9份甲基硅酸钠、3‑5份异丁酸异丁酯、6‑8份乙烯基双硬脂酰胺、8‑10份二乙二醇丁醚。该水龙头的环保陶瓷涂层材料具有耐腐蚀、耐磨损,附着力强,外观光洁,涂层组织紧密。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂层材料的技术领域,尤其涉及一种水龙头的环保陶瓷涂层材料。
背景技术
现有水龙头壳体表面处理采用的都是应用电镀层处理方法,而电镀的酸洗、碱洗等废水、废渣、废电镀液排放是污染土地、水资源环境的最大根源,且酸碱洗的废水、废渣、废电镀液排放经过的土地需要40~60年才能恢复播种农作物,酸和碱:这些物质会改变水的pH值,影响水的性能,氰化物:有剧毒,会毒杀各种水生物,金属离子:镍、铬和汞的离子为贝克类生物和植物吸收,并会积聚其体内,一旦人们误食了这些被污染的食物后便会中毒;废水排放如:镀铬废水每镀10 3 m 2 工件产生的废水中含六价铬37kg,氰化物废水中排除氰化物用量的90﹪,废电镀液六价铬对人体有致癌、皮疹、溃疡、糜烂以及废液排放引起其它脊髓、脑、肺癌、心脏等疾病,在欧盟和美国等很多国家都对六价铬和含有铬产品做了严格的限制,电镀铬甚至达克罗公司都已改革成无铬的替代产品;而水龙头行业都是电镀铬产品,在这些水龙头生产电镀区周边的水塘、小溪、水池都看不到生物及鱼类;其次家装厨房的酸、碱、盐、雾和厕所胺气对水龙头最容易造成腐蚀,特别是农村烧煤时厨房中含硫的煤烟,其电镀水龙头使用不到3-6个月,则表面电镀层氧化生锈,让人满眼锈渍又令厨房、卫生间有碍观瞻,且严重影响产品的使用寿命等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述现有技术的缺点,提供一种水龙头的环保陶瓷涂层材料,该水龙头的环保陶瓷涂层材料具有耐腐蚀、耐磨损,附着力强,外观光洁,涂层组织紧密,工艺可靠,原材料来源广泛丰富,成本低,环保,节能,无环境污染,便于工业化和普及推广。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种水龙头的环保陶瓷涂层材料,由以下质量百分比的原料配方组分组成: 80-100份氟碳树脂、8-10份有机硅油、3-5份石脑油、6-8份聚二甲基硅氧烷、10-12份无水乙醇、5-8份烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、6-8份蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、30-35份丙烯酸树脂乳液、6-8份纳米氧化石墨烯溶液、10-12份全氟聚醚、5-6份氯化钠、6-8份磷酸氢二钠、5-6份氧化铝、6-10份玻璃纤维粉、5-8份锌粉、6-8份铜粉、8-10份碳纤维粉、8-10份聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、6-8份硬脂酸钙、5-8份硬脂酸锌、7-9份甲基硅酸钠、3-5份异丁酸异丁酯、6-8份乙烯基双硬脂酰胺、8-10份二乙二醇丁醚。
进一步的,由以下质量百分比的原料配方组分组成: 80份氟碳树脂、8份有机硅油、3份石脑油、6份聚二甲基硅氧烷、10份无水乙醇、5份烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、6份蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、30份丙烯酸树脂乳液、6份纳米氧化石墨烯溶液、10份全氟聚醚、5份氯化钠、6份磷酸氢二钠、5份氧化铝、6份玻璃纤维粉、5-8份锌粉、6份铜粉、8份碳纤维粉、8份聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、6份硬脂酸钙、5份硬脂酸锌、7份甲基硅酸钠、3份异丁酸异丁酯、6份乙烯基双硬脂酰胺、8份二乙二醇丁醚。
或者是,由以下质量百分比的原料配方组分组成: 100份氟碳树脂、10份有机硅油、5份石脑油、8份聚二甲基硅氧烷、12份无水乙醇、8份烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、8份蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、35份丙烯酸树脂乳液、8份纳米氧化石墨烯溶液、12份全氟聚醚、6份氯化钠、8份磷酸氢二钠、6份氧化铝、10份玻璃纤维粉、8份锌粉、8份铜粉、10份碳纤维粉、10份聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、8份硬脂酸钙、8份硬脂酸锌、9份甲基硅酸钠、5份异丁酸异丁酯、8份乙烯基双硬脂酰胺、10份二乙二醇丁醚。
综上所述,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的水龙头的环保陶瓷涂层材料具有耐腐蚀、耐磨损,附着力强,外观光洁,涂层组织紧密,工艺可靠,原材料来源广泛丰富,成本低,环保,节能,无环境污染,便于工业化和普及推广。

本实施例2所描述的一种水龙头的环保陶瓷涂层材料,由以下质量百分比的原料配方组分组成: 100份氟碳树脂、10份有机硅油、5份石脑油、8份聚二甲基硅氧烷、12份无水乙醇、8份烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、8份蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、35份丙烯酸树脂乳液、8份纳米氧化石墨烯溶液、12份全氟聚醚、6份氯化钠、8份磷酸氢二钠、6份氧化铝、10份玻璃纤维粉、8份锌粉、8份铜粉、10份碳纤维粉、10份聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、8份硬脂酸钙、8份硬脂酸锌、9份甲基硅酸钠、5份异丁酸异丁酯、8份乙烯基双硬脂酰胺、10份二乙二醇丁醚。
