本发明公开了一种高性能复合钛白颜料的加工方法,包括以下步骤:S1、将硅藻土和碳酸钙放入研磨机中,充分研磨,加入云母粉搅拌均匀,得细粉A;S2、将聚丙烯酸酯共聚乳液、填充剂、薰衣草油、树脂混合在一起,搅拌,得混合物B;S3、将细粉A和混合物B加入水中,边搅拌边加入钛白粉和分散剂VBL,待混合均匀,得混合物C;S4、将混合物C加热至水分蒸干;S5、将混合物C放入研磨机中充分研磨,即得。本发明操作简单,过程环保无毒,原料易得,生产成本低,可广泛应用于涂料、塑料、橡胶、油墨、化纤、造纸等行业。

Description

一种高性能复合钛白颜料的加工方法
技术领域
本发明涉及颜料领域,尤其涉及一种高性能复合钛白颜料的加工方法。
背景技术
颜料就是能使物体染上颜色的物质,主要应用于涂料、油墨、印染、塑料制品、造纸、橡胶制品和陶瓷等行业,随着下游行业的快速发展,对颜料的需求不断扩大,对颜料的性能要求也越来越高。高性能颜料本身具有多项优良的物化性能,如耐晒性,耐候性,耐热性,耐有机溶剂性等,而且色光鲜艳、着色力强。高性能颜料在应用介质中有优良的分散性,在流体介质中有优良的流变性和储存稳定性等。我国是有机颜料的生产大国,有机颜料产量占全球产量50-55%,但高性能的有机颜料的比例较低,仅为4-5%,我国高性能颜料的自产量远远供不上市场需求。于是本发明提出了一种高性能复合钛白颜料的加工方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种高性能复合钛白颜料的加工方法。
一种高性能复合钛白颜料的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将硅藻土和碳酸钙放入研磨机中,充分研磨,加入云母粉搅拌均匀,得细粉A;
S2、将聚丙烯酸酯共聚乳液、填充剂、薰衣草油、树脂混合在一起,搅拌,得混合物B;
S3、将细粉A和混合物B加入水中,边搅拌边加入钛白粉和分散剂VBL,待混合均匀,得混合物C;
S4、将混合物C加热至水分蒸干;
S5、将混合物C放入研磨机中充分研磨,即得。
优选地,所述S2中搅拌时间为25-40分钟。
优选地,所述S4中加热温度为250-320℃。
优选的,所述S3中钛白粉为金红石型。
优选的,所述S2中填充剂为白色颜料或小麦淀粉。
本发明操作简单,过程环保无毒,原料易得,生产成本低,可广泛应用于涂料、塑料、橡胶、油墨、化纤、造纸等行业。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步解说。
实施例一
本发明提出的一种高性能复合钛白颜料的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将硅藻土和碳酸钙放入研磨机中,充分研磨,加入云母粉搅拌均匀,得细粉A;
S2、将聚丙烯酸酯共聚乳液、白色颜料、薰衣草油、树脂混合在一起,搅拌,得混合物B;
S3、将细粉A和混合物B加入水中,边搅拌边加入金红石型钛白粉和分散剂VBL,待混合均匀,得混合物C;
S4、将混合物C加热至水分蒸干;
S5、将混合物C放入研磨机中充分研磨,即得。
实施例二
本发明提出的一种高性能复合钛白颜料的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将硅藻土和碳酸钙放入研磨机中,充分研磨,加入云母粉搅拌均匀,得细粉A;
S2、将聚丙烯酸酯共聚乳液、白色颜料、薰衣草油、树脂混合在一起,搅拌,得混合物B;
S3、将细粉A和混合物B加入水中,边搅拌边加入金红石型钛白粉和分散剂VBL,待混合均匀,得混合物C;
S4、将混合物C加热至水分蒸干;
S5、将混合物C放入研磨机中充分研磨,即得。

S5、将混合物C放入研磨机中充分研磨,即得。

S1、将硅藻土和碳酸钙放入研磨机中,充分研磨,加入云母粉搅拌均匀,得细粉A;
S2、将聚丙烯酸酯共聚乳液、填充剂、薰衣草油、树脂混合在一起,搅拌,得混合物B;
S3、将细粉A和混合物B加入水中,边搅拌边加入钛白粉和分散剂VBL,待混合均匀,得混合物C;
S4、将混合物C加热至水分蒸干;
S5、将混合物C放入研磨机中充分研磨,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能复合钛白颜料的加工方法,其特征在于,所述S2中搅拌时间为25-40分钟。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能复合钛白颜料的加工方法,其特征在于,所述S4中加热温度为250-320℃。
