Abstract
本发明涉及一种旧包覆抽油杆的局部修复工艺方法。其技术方案是:包括以下步骤:第一、清洗旧包覆抽油杆;第二、切除旧包覆抽油杆的原包覆层中的破损部分;第三、在所述破损部分的两端打磨出厚度为0.3mm‑1mm,长度为5mm‑15mm的过渡包覆层,使其与修复包覆层形成重叠区,达到密封的目的;第四、旧包覆抽油杆需修复的破损部分放入注塑机的模具中,在抽油杆表面形成修复包覆层;最后对新旧包覆层的连接面进行处理。有益效果是:解决了原先包覆抽油杆包覆层无法修复,只能全部更换的难题,通过选用不同材料的包覆层,实现了与旧包覆杆包覆层的配套和结合,降低了旧包覆抽油杆的修复成本和能耗,提高了使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种抽油杆的局部修复工艺,特别涉及一种旧包覆抽油杆的局部修复工艺方法。
背景技术
目前,油田大量使用包覆抽油杆,使用后的包覆抽油杆,杆体包覆层大部分完好,局部有破损、变形、脱落等损坏现象,现有的处理方法是剥除整个包覆层后对抽油杆进行重新包覆处理,如中国专利文献公开号为CN102121359A,专利名称为《一种旧油管修复方法》,将抽油井使用过被抽油杆磨损的旧油管进行清洗试压,选出试压5MPa不渗不漏的旧油管,对其进行酸洗除绣、抛光、拉毛内表面,切除两端螺纹,重新加工新螺纹,螺纹加工合格后放入滚塑机上,以需要修复的旧油管为模具,对旧油管内表面进行滚塑,滚塑厚度为0.5-10.0mm,对滚塑后的旧油管试压,试验压力大于20MPa,5min压力不降,旧油管表面不渗不漏,将纳米级改性超高分子聚乙烯粉末滚塑到旧油管内壁,增强了旧油管的抗内压、防腐、耐磨、阻垢的性能,可以使旧油管再用于抽油井或注水井生产,减少新油管投入,具有显著的经济效益。其存在的问题是:对整个旧的抽油杆进行重新包覆处理,修复成本高、工艺复杂、耗能大。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术存在的上述缺陷,提供一种旧包覆抽油杆的局部修复工艺方法,本发明仅切除包覆杆破损部分,以注塑的方式,采用改性尼龙或高分子聚乙烯对包覆层进行局部修复,降低了生产成本,节约了能耗。
本发明提到的一种旧包覆抽油杆的局部修复工艺方法,其技术方案是:采用非金属材料以热熔注塑的方式,对旧包覆抽油杆的杆体包覆层破损部分进行修复,所述的局部修复工艺包括以下步骤:
第一、清洗旧包覆抽油杆,去除油污、泥表面污染物;
第二、切除旧包覆抽油杆的原包覆层中的破损部分;
第三、在所述破损部分的两端打磨出厚度为0.3 mm -1.0mm,长度为5 mm -20mm的过渡包覆层,使其与修复包覆层形成重叠区,达到密封的目的;
第四、旧包覆抽油杆需修复的破损部分放入注塑机的模具中,热熔的非金属材料,由注塑机高压注入到模具中,在抽油杆表面形成修复包覆层,修复包覆层的厚度2-3mm;最后对新旧包覆层的连接面进行处理,达到光滑、平缓过度,紧密结合的要求。
上述非金属材料采用改性尼龙材料或改性超高分子量聚乙烯。
其中,上述改性尼龙材料的配方由以下组分按质量比制成:
聚酰胺纤维82%;N,N,-二[2,6-二异丙基苯基]碳二亚胺1.05%;氨基甲酸酯12.3%;硫代双酚3.55%;马来酸酐接枝蜡1.1%。
其中,上述改性超高分子聚乙烯的配方由以下组分按质量比制成:
分子量为300-500万的超高分子量聚乙烯93份;石墨1-2份;石蜡1-3份;硬脂酸钙0.5-1份;二氧化硅1.1份;色粉0.01份。
上述改性尼龙热熔温度为200-260℃,注塑温度为60-100℃;改性超高分子量聚乙烯热熔注塑温度300-350℃。
本发明的有益效果是:旧包覆抽油杆局部修复工艺,解决了原先包覆抽油杆包覆层无法修复,只能全部更换的难题,通过选用不同材料的包覆层,实现了与现有旧包覆杆包覆层的配套和结合,降低了旧包覆抽油杆的修复成本和能耗,提高了使用寿命。

实施例1,参照附图1和2,对本发明作进一步的描述:

第一、清洗旧包覆抽油杆1,去除油污、泥表面污染物;
第二、切除旧包覆抽油杆的原包覆层2中的破损部分;
第三、在所述破损部分的两端打磨出厚度为0.3 mm -1.0mm,长度为5 mm -20mm的过渡包覆层4,使其与修复包覆层3形成重叠区,达到密封的目的;
第四、旧包覆抽油杆需修复的破损部分放入注塑机的模具中,热熔的非金属材料,由注塑机高压注入到模具中,在抽油杆表面形成修复包覆层3,修复包覆层3的厚度2-3mm,一次注塑修复的长度为20-50mm;最后对新旧包覆层的连接面进行处理,达到光滑、平缓过度,紧密结合的要求。
其中,上述改性尼龙材料的配方由以下组分按质量比制成:
聚酰胺纤维82%;N,N,-二[2,6-二异丙基苯基]碳二亚胺1.05%;氨基甲酸酯12.3%;硫代双酚3.55%;马来酸酐接枝蜡1.1%。
另外,改性尼龙配方的具体要求是:
第一按改性尼龙配方将原材料放入干燥机中,120℃干燥12小时;
第二按配方比例将原材料加入到注塑机中,200-260℃热熔;
第三在60-100℃进行注塑包覆。
实施例2,与实施例1不同的是,本发明提到的一种旧包覆抽油杆的局部修复工艺方法,采用改性超高分子聚乙烯以热熔注塑的方式,对旧包覆抽油杆的杆体包覆层破损部分进行修复。其中,改性超高分子聚乙烯的配方由以下组分按质量比制成:
分子量为300-500万的超高分子量聚乙烯93份;石墨1份;石蜡1份;硬脂酸钙0.5份;二氧化硅1.1份;色粉0.01份。
改性超高分子聚乙烯配方:
首先按改性超高分子聚乙烯配方将各原材料搅拌均匀,放入干燥机中, 20-30℃干燥,将含水率降至1%以下;
其次将干燥好的原材料加入到注塑机中,300-350℃热熔注塑。
实施例3,与实施例2不同的是,本发明提到的一种旧包覆抽油杆的局部修复工艺方法,采用改性超高分子聚乙烯以热熔注塑的方式,对旧包覆抽油杆的杆体包覆层破损部分进行修复。其中,改性超高分子聚乙烯的配方由以下组分按质量比制成:
分子量为300-500万的超高分子量聚乙烯93份;石墨2份;石蜡3份;硬脂酸钙1份;二氧化硅1.1份;色粉0.01份。

1.一种旧包覆抽油杆的局部修复工艺方法,其特征是:采用非金属材料以热熔注塑的方式,对旧包覆抽油杆的杆体包覆层破损部分进行修复,所述的局部修复工艺包括以下步骤:
第一、清洗旧包覆抽油杆(1),去除油污、泥等表面污染物;
第二、切除旧包覆抽油杆的原包覆层(2)中的破损部分;
第三、在所述破损部分的两端打磨出厚度为0.3 mm -1.0mm,长度为5 mm -20mm的过渡包覆层(4),使其与修复包覆层(3)形成重叠区,达到密封的目的;
第四、旧包覆抽油杆需修复的破损部分放入注塑机的模具中,热熔的非金属材料,由注塑机高压注入到模具中,在抽油杆表面形成修复包覆层(3),修复包覆层(3)的厚度2-3mm;最后对新旧包覆层的连接面进行处理,达到光滑、平缓过度,紧密结合的要求。
2.根据权利要求1所述的旧包覆抽油杆的局部修复工艺方法,其特征是:所述非金属材料采用改性尼龙材料或改性超高分子量聚乙烯。
3.根据权利要求2所述的旧包覆抽油杆的局部修复工艺方法,其特征是:所述改性尼龙热熔温度为200-260℃,注塑温度为60-100℃;改性超高分子量聚乙烯热熔注塑温度300-350℃。
