Abstract
本发明涉及一种地板制备方法,具体为环保聚氯乙烯耐磨防水地板及其制造方法,由聚氯乙烯树脂、氯化聚乙烯、丙烯腈‑丁二烯‑苯乙烯共聚物、竹木粉、碳酸钙、润滑剂、热稳定剂、发泡剂、发泡调节剂、增塑剂、增塑改性剂、抗老化剂制成,原料混合后经过挤出成型制成聚氯乙烯地板基板;聚氯乙烯地板基板与PVC皮层进行粘合分切成小板,再铣出小板的边缘公母槽,制成环保聚氯乙烯耐磨防水地板。该环保聚氯乙烯耐磨防水地板,使用了聚氯乙烯树脂、碳酸钙、烯腈‑丁二烯‑苯乙烯共聚物和竹木粉为主要原料,经过高分子改性,用混配、高温挤出设备加工制成的一种复合地板材料,使用该材料制成的地板不发霉、抗老化、耐酸碱,并且具有很好的耐磨性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种地板制备方法,具体为环保聚氯乙烯耐磨防水地板及其制造方法。
背景技术
在装修领域中,室内地面铺装材料一般为各种木质地板或复合木地板。木质地板的触感比较舒适,但容易吸水膨胀或干燥变形,在使用过程中常出现收缩、膨胀变形、起翘、开裂等问题,并且需要耗费大量木材,生产周期较长,成本较高,并且大量使用会破坏森林,不可持续。复合地板主要是利用木屑和粘合剂及其它添加剂经混合挤压而形成的一种地板,其表面色彩丰富,成本低,但存在易吸水变形等问题,并且这种地板的主要问题是释放甲醛,严重危害人体健康、不环保。
聚氯乙烯地板是一种主要有聚氯乙烯树脂、碳酸钙、加工助剂,混合均匀后再经模具设备加热挤出成型而制成的高科技绿色环保材料,能替代实木地板和复合木地板的新型环保高科技材料。但是现有的技术生产的聚氯乙烯地板的耐磨性较差。
发明内容
针对上述的技术问题,本发明提供一种环保聚氯乙烯耐磨防水地板及其制造方法。
环保聚氯乙烯耐磨防水地板,由以下原料按照重量份数制备而成:聚氯乙烯树脂10-60份、氯化聚乙烯0.5-8份、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物5-12份、竹木粉3-10份、碳酸钙10-60份、润滑剂0.5-6份、热稳定剂1.5-4份、发泡剂0.3-3份、发泡调节剂3-10份、增塑剂0.1-2.5份、增塑改性剂0.5-1.5份、抗老化剂0.2-1份。
其中,所述的增塑剂为氧化聚乙烯蜡。
所述的润滑剂为聚乙烯蜡、PE蜡、硬脂酸、内润滑剂中的一种或者多种混合。
所述的增塑改性剂为丙烯酸酯共聚物。
所述的发泡剂为AC发泡剂和NC白发泡剂混合。具体的AC发泡剂为黄色粉末状类的发泡剂。
所述的碳酸钙的细度为1000目。
环保聚氯乙烯耐磨防水地板,制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)预混合,按照组份取聚氯乙烯树脂、氯化聚乙烯、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、竹木粉、热稳定剂、增塑剂、增塑改性剂,进行混合得到初级混合料;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的初级混合料与碳酸钙、润滑剂、发泡剂、发泡调节剂、抗老化剂进行混合得到聚氯乙烯混合物;
(3)挤出成型,聚氯乙烯混合物经双螺杆挤出机和定型模具定型成型、水冷、牵引、切割工序后,制成聚氯乙烯地板基板;
(4)地板成品加工:聚氯乙烯地板基板与PVC皮层进行粘合,再根据要求规格进行分切成小板,再铣出小板的边缘公母槽,制成环保聚氯乙烯耐磨防水地板。
步骤(1)和步骤(2)所述的混合,混合的温度为100-120℃,混料的转速为800 r/min,混合时间10min。
本发明提供的环保聚氯乙烯耐磨防水地板,使用了聚氯乙烯树脂、碳酸钙、烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物和竹木粉为主要原料,经过高分子改性,用混配、高温挤出设备加工制成的一种复合地板材料,使用该材料制成的地板不发霉、抗老化、耐酸碱,并且具有很好的耐磨性。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1
环保聚氯乙烯耐磨防水地板,由以下原料按照重量份数制备而成:聚氯乙烯树脂10份、氯化聚乙烯8份、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物7份、竹木粉10份、细度为1000目的碳酸钙40份、润滑剂聚乙烯蜡3份、热稳定剂3份、发泡剂2份、发泡调节剂7份、增塑剂氧化聚乙烯蜡0.1份、增塑改性剂丙烯酸酯共聚物1份、抗老化剂0.6份,其中黄色粉末状的AC发泡剂和NC白发泡剂按照1:1混合。
(1)预混合,按照组份取聚氯乙烯树脂、氯化聚乙烯、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、竹木粉、热稳定剂、增塑剂、增塑改性剂,进行混合得到初级混合料;混合的温度为100-120℃,混料的转速为800 r/min,混合时间10min;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的初级混合料与碳酸钙、润滑剂、发泡剂、发泡调节剂、抗老化剂进行混合得到聚氯乙烯混合物;混合的温度为100-120℃,混料的转速为800 r/min,混合时间10min;
(3)挤出成型,聚氯乙烯混合物经双螺杆挤出机和定型模具定型成型、水冷、牵引、切割工序后,制成聚氯乙烯地板基板;
(4)地板成品加工:聚氯乙烯地板基板与PVC皮层进行粘合,再根据要求规格进行分切成小板,再铣出小板的边缘公母槽,制成环保聚氯乙烯耐磨防水地板。
实施例2
环保聚氯乙烯耐磨防水地板,由以下原料按照重量份数制备而成:聚氯乙烯树脂40份、氯化聚乙烯0.5份、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物5份、竹木粉5份、细度为1000目的碳酸钙10份、润滑剂内润滑剂0.5份、热稳定剂1.5份、发泡剂3份、发泡调节剂3份、增塑剂氧化聚乙烯蜡2.5份、增塑改性剂丙烯酸酯共聚物0.5份、抗老化剂0.2份,其中黄色粉末状的AC发泡剂和NC白发泡剂按照1:1.2混合。
(1)预混合,按照组份取聚氯乙烯树脂、氯化聚乙烯、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、竹木粉、热稳定剂、增塑剂、增塑改性剂,进行混合得到初级混合料;混合的温度为100-120℃,混料的转速为800 r/min,混合时间10min;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的初级混合料与碳酸钙、润滑剂、发泡剂、发泡调节剂、抗老化剂进行混合得到聚氯乙烯混合物;混合的温度为100-120℃,混料的转速为800 r/min,混合时间10min;
(3)挤出成型,聚氯乙烯混合物经双螺杆挤出机和定型模具定型成型、水冷、牵引、切割工序后,制成聚氯乙烯地板基板;
(4)地板成品加工:聚氯乙烯地板基板与PVC皮层进行粘合,再根据要求规格进行分切成小板,再铣出小板的边缘公母槽,制成环保聚氯乙烯耐磨防水地板。
实施例3
环保聚氯乙烯耐磨防水地板,由以下原料按照重量份数制备而成:聚氯乙烯树脂60份、氯化聚乙烯4份、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物12份、竹木粉3份、细度为1000目的碳酸钙60份、润滑剂硬脂酸6份、热稳定剂4份、发泡剂AC发泡剂和NC白发泡剂0.3份、发泡调节剂10份、增塑剂氧化聚乙烯蜡1份、增塑改性剂丙烯酸酯共聚物1.5份、抗老化剂1份, 其中黄色粉末状的AC发泡剂和NC白发泡剂按照1.2:1混合。
(1)预混合,按照组份取聚氯乙烯树脂、氯化聚乙烯、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、竹木粉、热稳定剂、增塑剂、增塑改性剂,进行混合得到初级混合料;混合的温度为100-120℃,混料的转速为800 r/min,混合时间10min;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的初级混合料与碳酸钙、润滑剂、发泡剂、发泡调节剂、抗老化剂进行混合得到聚氯乙烯混合物;混合的温度为100-120℃,混料的转速为800 r/min,混合时间10min;
(3)挤出成型,聚氯乙烯混合物经双螺杆挤出机和定型模具定型成型、水冷、牵引、切割工序后,制成聚氯乙烯地板基板;
(4)地板成品加工:聚氯乙烯地板基板与PVC皮层进行粘合,再根据要求规格进行分切成小板,再铣出小板的边缘公母槽,制成环保聚氯乙烯耐磨防水地板。
Claims (8)
1.环保聚氯乙烯耐磨防水地板,其特征在于,由以下原料按照重量份数制备而成:聚氯乙烯树脂10-60份、氯化聚乙烯0.5-8份、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物5-12份、竹木粉3-10份、碳酸钙10-60份、润滑剂0.5-6份、热稳定剂1.5-4份、发泡剂0.3-3份、发泡调节剂3-10份、增塑剂0.1-2.5份、增塑改性剂0.5-1.5份、抗老化剂0.2-1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保聚氯乙烯耐磨防水地板,其特征在于,所述的增塑剂为氧化聚乙烯蜡。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保聚氯乙烯耐磨防水地板,其特征在于,所述的润滑剂为聚乙烯蜡、PE蜡、硬脂酸、内润滑剂中的一种或者多种混合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保聚氯乙烯耐磨防水地板,其特征在于,所述的增塑改性剂为丙烯酸酯共聚物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的环保聚氯乙烯耐磨防水地板,其特征在于,所述的发泡剂为AC发泡剂和NC白发泡剂混合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的环保聚氯乙烯耐磨防水地板,其特征在于,所述的碳酸钙的细度为1000目。
7.根据权利要求1到6所述的环保聚氯乙烯耐磨防水地板,其特征在于,制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)预混合,按照组份取聚氯乙烯树脂、氯化聚乙烯、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、竹木粉、热稳定剂、增塑剂、增塑改性剂,进行混合得到初级混合料;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的初级混合料与碳酸钙、润滑剂、发泡剂、发泡调节剂、抗老化剂进行混合得到聚氯乙烯混合物;
(3)挤出成型,聚氯乙烯混合物经双螺杆挤出机和定型模具定型成型、水冷、牵引、切割工序后,制成聚氯乙烯地板基板;
(4)地板成品加工:聚氯乙烯地板基板与PVC皮层进行粘合,再根据要求规格进行分切成小板,再铣出小板的边缘公母槽,制成环保聚氯乙烯耐磨防水地板。
8.根据权利要求7所述的环保聚氯乙烯耐磨防水地板,其特征在于,步骤(1)和步骤(2)所述的混合,混合的温度为100-120℃,混料的转速为800 r/min,混合时间10min。
