本发明涉及一种具有高水汽透过率的太阳能背板,包括PET基材,所述PET基材的一侧通过粘结层连接硅氧化物涂层,于所述硅氧化物涂层的另一侧连接耐候层,于所述PET基材的另一端通过粘结层连接耐候粘结层;所述硅氧化物涂层为氧化硅涂层或二氧化硅涂层中的任意一种。本发明结构简单,通过在PET基材一侧粘接硅氧化物涂层,其能使太阳能背板拉伸强度好,热收缩率及水汽透过率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能组件领域,尤其涉及一种具有高水汽透过率的太阳能背板。
背景技术
太阳能作为一种绿色环保、取之不尽的能源,无疑是取代传统火力发电的最佳选择,由于太阳能电池需要长期暴露在室外实用,所以光伏组件中的电池片需要加以保护,来防止大气中的水汽、氧气、紫外线等环境因素的影响和俯视。太阳能背板是整个太阳能电池的配件之一,主要起力学支撑和保护电池片免受环境因素渗透的作用,目前传统的太阳能背板拉伸强度差,热伸缩率较低,水汽透过率较差,产品性能有待提高。
发明内容
本申请人针对上述现有问题,进行了研究改进,提供一种具有高水汽透过率的太阳能背板。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种具有高水汽透过率的太阳能背板,包括PET基材,所述PET基材的一侧通过粘结层连接硅氧化物涂层,于所述硅氧化物涂层的另一侧连接耐候层,于所述PET基材的另一端通过粘结层连接耐候粘结层;所述硅氧化物涂层为氧化硅涂层或二氧化硅涂层中的任意一种。
其进一步技术方案在于:
所述PET基材的厚度为26~60微米;
所述粘结层由聚烯烃材料制成,所述聚烯烃材料的厚度不大于60微米。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明结构简单,通过在PET基材一侧粘接硅氧化物涂层,其能使太阳能背板拉伸强度好,热收缩率及水汽透过率高。

下面结合附图,说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1所示,一种具有高水汽透过率的太阳能背板包括PET基材3,PET基材3的一侧通过粘结层2连接硅氧化物涂层5,于硅氧化物涂层5的另一侧连接耐候层1,于PET基材3的另一端通过粘结层2连接耐候粘结层4;硅氧化物涂层5为氧化硅涂层或二氧化硅涂层中的任意本实施例的。上述PET基材3的厚度为26~60微米,上述粘结层2由聚烯烃材料制成,聚烯烃材料的厚度不大于60微米。

1.一种具有高水汽透过率的太阳能背板,其特征在于:包括PET基材(3),所述PET基材(3)的一侧通过粘结层(2)连接硅氧化物涂层(5),于所述硅氧化物涂层(5)的另一侧连接耐候层(1),于所述PET基材(3)的另一端通过粘结层(2)连接耐候粘结层(4);所述硅氧化物涂层(5)为氧化硅涂层或二氧化硅涂层中的任意一种。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种具有高水汽透过率的太阳能背板,其特征在于:所述PET基材(3)的厚度为26~60微米。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种具有高水汽透过率的太阳能背板,其特征在于:所述粘结层(2)由聚烯烃材料制成,所述聚烯烃材料的厚度不大于60微米。
