Abstract
本发明公开了太阳能电池背板,包括基层,所述的基层为塑料层,所述的基层两侧的表面分别通过粘合层连接有树脂层,所述的树脂层表面设有保护膜,所述的保护膜包括设置在所述树脂层表面的硅氧化物涂层,所述的硅氧化物涂层表面通过另一层粘合层连接有涂膜层,所述的塑料层采用聚对苯二甲酸二乙酯,所述的树脂层为聚偏氟乙烯树脂层,所述的粘合层为乙酸乙酯层,所述的涂膜层为聚酰亚胺薄膜层。本发明具有以下优点:1、太阳能背板拉伸强度好、水汽透过率高;2、热收缩率高,性能好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种太阳能电池背板。
背景技术
目前,传统的太阳能电池背板拉伸强度差,热收缩率较低,水汽透过率较差,产品性能有待提高,提高太阳能电池背板的水汽透过率是现有技术需要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术的不足,提供一种水汽透过率强的太阳能电池背板。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:太阳能电池背板,包括基层,所述的基层为塑料层,所述的基层两侧的表面分别通过粘合层连接有树脂层,所述的树脂层表面设有保护膜,所述的保护膜包括设置在所述树脂层表面的硅氧化物涂层,所述的硅氧化物涂层表面通过另一层粘合层连接有涂膜层,所述的塑料层采用聚对苯二甲酸二乙酯,所述的树脂层为聚偏氟乙烯树脂层,所述的粘合层为乙酸乙酯层,所述的涂膜层为聚酰亚胺薄膜层。
所述的硅氧化物涂层为氧化硅涂层或二氧化硅涂层。
本发明采用上述结构,具有以下优点:1、太阳能电池背板拉伸强度好、热收缩率高、性能好;2、水汽透过率高。

具体实施方式
如图1所示太阳能电池背板,包括基层1,基层1为塑料层,基层1两侧的表面分别通过粘合层2连接有树脂层3,树脂层3表面设有保护膜,保护膜包括设置在所述树脂层3表面的硅氧化物涂层4,硅氧化物涂层4表面通过另一层粘合层连接有涂膜层5,所述的塑料层采用聚对苯二甲酸二乙酯,树脂层3为聚偏氟乙烯树脂层,所述的粘合层2为乙酸乙酯层,粘合效果好。涂膜层5为聚酰亚胺薄膜层,硅氧化物涂层4为氧化硅涂层或二氧化硅涂层。
该结构的太阳能电池背板拉伸强度好、水汽透过率高、热收缩率高;性能好。

1.太阳能电池背板,其特征在于:包括基层(1),所述的基层(1)为塑料层,所述的基层(1)两侧的表面分别通过粘合层(2)连接有树脂层(3),所述的树脂层(3)表面设有保护膜,所述的保护膜包括设置在所述树脂层(3)表面的硅氧化物涂层(4),所述的硅氧化物涂层(4)表面通过另一层粘合层连接有涂膜层(5),所述的塑料层采用聚对苯二甲酸二乙酯,所述的树脂层(3)为聚偏氟乙烯树脂层,所述的粘合层(2)为乙酸乙酯层,所述的涂膜层(5)为聚酰亚胺薄膜层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能电池背板,其特征在于:所述的硅氧化物涂层(4)为氧化硅涂层或二氧化硅涂层。
