Abstract
本发明涉及一种高效率太阳能背板结构,包括PET基材,所述PET基材的一侧通过粘结层连接耐候层,于所述耐候层的上表面设置反光层,在所述反光层的表面设置波形凹凸结构,在所述波形凹凸结构的表面还覆盖弥散层,于所述PET基材的另一端通过粘结层连接耐候粘结层;所述弥散层采用丙烯酸树后涂料、聚氨酯涂料、有机硅树脂涂料、二氧化硅涂料、硅酸盐涂料中的任意一种。本发明结构简单、使用方便,反光层及凹凸结构的布置可以提高本发明对光线的反射率,通过设置弥散层增加了光的散射,使可被太阳能背板吸收的光增多,从而提高了太阳能背板组件的能量转换效率。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能组件领域,尤其涉及一种高效率太阳能背板结构。
背景技术
太阳能作为一种绿色环保、取之不尽的能源,无疑是取代传统火力发电的最佳选择,由于太阳能电池需要长期暴露在室外实用,所以光伏组件中的电池片需要加以保护,来防止大气中的水汽、氧气、紫外线等环境因素的影响和俯视。太阳能背板是整个太阳能电池的配件之一,主要起力学支撑和保护电池片免受环境因素渗透的作用,目前常规的太阳能背板虽然能提升光利用率,但是仍有大多数光仍被折射、反射等光学行为消耗在介质中或物体表面,转换成热能,大大提高了背板的温度,降低了太阳能背板的转换效率。
发明内容
本申请人针对上述现有问题,进行了研究改进,提供一种高效率太阳能背板结构,其有效提高了太阳能背板的能耗转换率。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种高效率太阳能背板结构,包括PET基材,所述PET基材的一侧通过粘结层连接耐候层,于所述耐候层的上表面设置反光层,在所述反光层的表面设置波形凹凸结构,在所述波形凹凸结构的表面还覆盖弥散层,于所述PET基材的另一端通过粘结层连接耐候粘结层;所述弥散层采用丙烯酸树后涂料、聚氨酯涂料、有机硅树脂涂料、二氧化硅涂料、硅酸盐涂料中的任意一种。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明结构简单、使用方便,反光层及凹凸结构的布置可以提高本发明对光线的反射率,通过设置弥散层增加了光的散射,使可被太阳能背板吸收的光增多,从而提高了太阳能背板组件的能量转换效率。

具体实施方式
下面说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1所示,一种高效率太阳能背板结构包括PET基材3,PET基材3的一侧通过粘结层2连接耐候层1,于耐候层1的上表面设置反光层5,在反光层5的表面设置波形凹凸结构6,在波形凹凸结构6的表面还覆盖弥散层7,于PET基材3的另一端通过粘结层2连接耐候粘结层4;弥散层采用丙烯酸树后涂料、聚氨酯涂料、有机硅树脂涂料、二氧化硅涂料、硅酸盐涂料中的任意一种。
本发明结构简单、使用方便,反光层及凹凸结构的布置可以提高本发明对光线的反射率,通过设置弥散层增加了光的散射,使可被太阳能背板吸收的光增多,从而提高了太阳能背板组件的能量转换效率。

1.一种高效率太阳能背板结构,其特征在于:包括PET基材(3),所述PET基材(3)的一侧通过粘结层(2)连接耐候层(1),于所述耐候层(1)的上表面设置反光层(5),在所述反光层(5)的表面设置波形凹凸结构(6),在所述波形凹凸结构(6)的表面还覆盖弥散层(7),于所述PET基材(3)的另一端通过粘结层(2)连接耐候粘结层(4);所述弥散层采用丙烯酸树后涂料、聚氨酯涂料、有机硅树脂涂料、二氧化硅涂料、硅酸盐涂料中的任意一种。
