Abstract

一种电视机液晶显示器胶框的生产工艺,属于液晶显示器胶框技术领域,该液晶显示器胶框是由以下工艺步骤制成:(1)选择原材料,将聚丙烯、酚醛树脂、聚苯乙烯和添加剂混合均匀;(2)将原材料放入注塑模具中,然后进行保温,原材料呈熔融状态;(3)将熔融状态的原材料注射入模具型腔内,然后冷却;(4)开模取出成型的胶框。本发明的胶框耐腐蚀,使用寿命长;本发明强度高,不容易断裂,使用效果稳定;本发明成型周期短,生产效率高,且节约成本。

技术领域
本发明属于液晶显示器胶框技术领域,尤其涉及一种电视机液晶显示器胶框的生产工艺。
背景技术
液晶显示器的构造是在两片平行的玻璃基板当中放置液晶盒,下基板玻璃上设置薄膜晶体管,上基板玻璃上设置彩色滤光片,通过薄膜晶体管上的信号与电压改变来控制液晶分子的转动方向,从而达到控制每个像素点偏振光出射与否而达到显示目的。液晶显示器的胶框容易老化,断裂,影响液晶显示器的效果。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种电视机液晶显示器胶框的生产工艺。
为解决上述问题,本发明所述的一种电视机液晶显示器胶框的生产工艺,该液晶显示器胶框是由以下工艺步骤制成:
(1)选择原材料,将聚丙烯、酚醛树脂、聚苯乙烯和添加剂混合均匀,它们之间的比例为8:5:3:2~6:4:1:1;
(2)将原材料放入注塑模具中,模具内部温度为650~750℃,然后进行保温,保温温度为650~750℃,保温时间为10~15分钟,原材料呈熔融状态;
(3)将熔融状态的原材料注射入模具型腔内,压力为35~40MPa,然后冷却,冷却时间为5~8分钟;
(4)开模取出成型的胶框。
所述添加剂是由以下比例的成分制成:丁二烯、硝酸钠、甲基苯酚和氧化锌之间的比例为5:2:3:5:1~4:1:2:3。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:本发明的胶框耐腐蚀,使用寿命长;本发明强度高,不容易断裂,使用效果稳定;本发明成型周期短,生产效率高,且节约成本。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种电视机液晶显示器胶框的生产工艺,该液晶显示器胶框是由以下工艺步骤制成:
(1)选择原材料,将聚丙烯、酚醛树脂、聚苯乙烯和添加剂混合均匀,它们之间的比例为8:5:3:2;
(2)将原材料放入注塑模具中,模具内部温度为650℃,然后进行保温,保温温度为650℃,保温时间为10分钟,原材料呈熔融状态;
(3)将熔融状态的原材料注射入模具型腔内,压力为35MPa,然后冷却,冷却时间为5分钟;
(4)开模取出成型的胶框。
所述添加剂是由以下比例的成分制成:丁二烯、硝酸钠、甲基苯酚和氧化锌之间的比例为5:2:3:5:1。
实验证明,此参数下胶框耐腐蚀强,使用寿命长;胶框强度高,不容易断裂;胶框成型周期最短,生产效率高。
实施例2
一种电视机液晶显示器胶框的生产工艺,该液晶显示器胶框是由以下工艺步骤制成:

(2)将原材料放入注塑模具中,模具内部温度为700℃,然后进行保温,保温温度为700℃,保温时间为13分钟,原材料呈熔融状态;
(3)将熔融状态的原材料注射入模具型腔内,压力为37MPa,然后冷却,冷却时间为6分钟;
(4)开模取出成型的胶框。
所述添加剂是由以下比例的成分制成:丁二烯、硝酸钠、甲基苯酚和氧化锌之间的比例为4:2:3:4。
实验证明,此参数下胶框耐腐蚀最强,使用寿命最长;胶框强度最高,不容易断裂;胶框成型周期较短,生产效率高。
因此,本实施例为本发明最佳实施例。
实施例3
一种电视机液晶显示器胶框的生产工艺,该液晶显示器胶框是由以下工艺步骤制成:
(1)选择原材料,将聚丙烯、酚醛树脂、聚苯乙烯和添加剂混合均匀,它们之间的比例为6:4:1:1;
(2)将原材料放入注塑模具中,模具内部温度为750℃,然后进行保温,保温温度为750℃,保温时间为15分钟,原材料呈熔融状态;
(3)将熔融状态的原材料注射入模具型腔内,压力为40MPa,然后冷却,冷却时间为8分钟;
(4)开模取出成型的胶框。
所述添加剂是由以下比例的成分制成:丁二烯、硝酸钠、甲基苯酚和氧化锌之间的比例为4:1:2:3。
实验证明,此参数下胶框耐腐蚀较强,使用寿命较长;胶框强度高,不容易断裂;胶框成型周期短,生产效率高。

1.一种电视机液晶显示器胶框的生产工艺,其特征在于:该液晶显示器胶框是由以下工艺步骤制成:
(1)选择原材料,将聚丙烯、酚醛树脂、聚苯乙烯和添加剂混合均匀,它们之间的比例为8:5:3:2~6:4:1:1;
(2)将原材料放入注塑模具中,模具内部温度为650~750℃,然后进行保温,保温温度为650~750℃,保温时间为10~15分钟,原材料呈熔融状态;
(3)将熔融状态的原材料注射入模具型腔内,压力为35~40MPa,然后冷却,冷却时间为5~8分钟;
(4)开模取出成型的胶框。
