Abstract
一种胰岛素纱布的制备方法,将医用纱布放入胰岛素溶液中,浸泡后放入包装袋经真空包装机真空包装密封即成;所述胰岛素溶液中各组份的组配体积百分比为,浓度为0.9%的盐水66.5%~66.9%,80万的庆大霉素26.5%~26.9%,胰岛素注射液6.3%~7%,以上各组份按体积配比之和为100%;解决了糖尿病患者在伤口的早期进行治疗的技术难题,将有胰岛素的纱布覆盖于伤口处,有效减轻伤口周围的高糖环境,而纱布中所含有的盐水以及庆大霉素都有杀菌的作用,用胰岛素纱布覆盖伤口,可以使伤口处的葡萄糖有效地转换为蛋白质及其他物质,使组织的再生能力提高,促进伤口的愈合。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及胰岛素混合溶液的配制技术,尤其是一种胰岛素纱布的制备方法。
背景技术
对于患有糖尿病的病患,有时糖尿病会发生病变,由于伤口不易生成,容易引发伤口坏死,对于这种情况,现有的方法是采用单一的清创治疗,在伤口早期,没有更好的方法对伤口进行预防,只能任期发展,在伤口发展到一定的程度再进行一些处理,但这时对伤口再进行处理已经太晚,伤口不易愈合,如果能够在伤口的早期进行治疗就能够更有利于伤口恢复,但怎样在伤口的早期进行治疗成为长期以来难以解决的技术难题。
鉴于上述原因,现研发出一种胰岛素纱布的制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种胰岛素纱布的制备方法,解决了糖尿病患者在伤口的早期进行治疗的技术难题,将有胰岛素的纱布覆盖于伤口处,有效减轻伤口周围的高糖环境,而纱布中所含有的盐水以及庆大霉素都有杀菌的作用,用胰岛素纱布覆盖伤口,可以使伤口处的葡萄糖有效地转换为蛋白质及其他物质,使组织的再生能力提高,促进伤口的愈合。
本发明为了实现上述目的,采用如下技术方案:一种胰岛素纱布的制备方法,将医用纱布放入胰岛素溶液中,浸泡后放入包装袋经真空包装机真空包装密封即成;
所述胰岛素溶液中各组份的组配体积百分比为,浓度为0.9%的盐水66.5%~66.9%,80万的庆大霉素26.5%~26.9%,胰岛素注射液6.3%~7%,以上各组份按体积配比之和为100%。

本发明的有益效果是:使用时,将真空包装的胰岛素纱布拆开后,取出纱布放置在糖尿病患者的伤口,使伤口易于恢复,存放时放在阴凉处,避免阳光晒。纱布封入包装袋后,在包装袋上印上生产日期和有效使用期限,有效使用期限以纱布的有效期限为准,即从生产日期起一年内有效,胰岛素注射液的体积百分比可以根据病人的血糖情况调整范围在6.3%~7%之间,因此,根据病人不同的血糖情况,可以生产出不同规格的胰岛素纱布。
如果我们在糖尿病人伤口早期防患于未然,将有胰岛素的纱布覆盖于伤口处,就可以有效减轻伤口周围的高糖环境,而纱布中所含有的盐水以及庆大霉素都有杀菌的作用,用胰岛素纱布覆盖伤口,可以使伤口处的葡萄糖有效地转换为蛋白质及其他物质,使组织的再生能力提高,促进伤口的愈合,高血糖易引起伤口感染,也可抑制白细胞的吞噬作用,降低了预防感染的能力,使用胰岛素纱布就可降低伤口周围的高血糖,从而促进伤口的愈合,而且本发明的纱布轻便、易携带,更好的提高糖尿病患者的生活质量。

实施例1
将医用纱布放入胰岛素溶液中,浸泡后放入包装袋经真空包装机真空包装密封即成;
所述胰岛素溶液中各组份的组配体积百分比为,浓度为0.9%的盐水66.5%~66.9%,80万的庆大霉素26.5%~26.9%,胰岛素注射液6.3%~7%,以上各组份按体积配比之和为100%。

1.一种胰岛素纱布的制备方法,其特征在于:将医用纱布放入胰岛素溶液中,浸泡后放入包装袋经真空包装机真空包装密封即成;
