本发明一种烧伤敷料及其制备方法,属于中草药及其制备技术领域;本发明克服现有技术的不足,所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有解毒止痛、润肤生肌功效,能显著促进创面的良好愈合的烧伤敷料;本发明涉及的烧伤敷料,含有药物成分,所述药物成分的制作原料由以下重量份配比的中草药组成:黄柏6‑8份,地榆8‑10份,苦参3‑5份,紫草l0‑12份,金银花5‑8份,西洋参1‑2份,黄芪4‑7份,黄连4‑6份,冰片4‑6份,当归3‑5份,芝麻油30‑50份,凡士林10‑20份;药物制膏后涂抹于医用纱布或碳纤维布上,得到烧伤敷料。

技术领域
本发明一种烧伤敷料及其制备方法,属于中草药及其制备技术领域。
背景技术
烧伤是一种由热力所导致的肌体损伤,主要伤及皮肤和/或粘膜,严重者也可以伤及皮下或/和粘膜下组织。受损的皮肤组织由于暴露于外部环境,极易造成感染,甚至出现溃烂,伤口长时间不愈合,或者治愈之后留有疤痕等问。通常创口愈合过程包括创口凝结、发炎、组织形成和组织重构四个阶段,一些外部因素如过量细菌造成的生物负担或真菌感染,以及坏死组织的存在会延迟或抑制创口的愈合(John Crew,RandelI Varilla,Thclrnass AllandaleRocas,,et al. Int J Burn Trauma 20139(3):126-134)。
为了促进愈合,在对住口进行冲洗护理防止感染的同时,需要对伤口覆盖适宜的敷料,以促进组织形成和重构。临床研究表明,伤口在湿性环境下的愈合效果优于干性环境(林平、陈刚、黄燕芳,中国烧伤创疡杂志1999(3):25-26;王西涛、王先贵、赵庆辉,临床军医杂志2002(8):32-33)。
采用传统中草药用于烧伤治疗,有着较好的治疗效果,但在临床中也有着一些不足:如愈合期长,愈合留有疤痕,对大面积三度烧伤需要植皮,这无疑会加重病人的经济负担并造成二次伤害。
发明内容
本发明克服现有技术的不足,所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有解毒止痛、润肤生肌功效,能显著促进创面的良好愈合的烧伤敷料。
本发明涉及的烧伤敷料,含有药物成分,所述药物成分的制作原料由以下重量份配比的中草药组成:黄柏6-8份,地榆8-10份,苦参3-5份,紫草l0-12份,金银花5-8份,西洋参1-2份,黄芪4-7份,黄连4-6份,冰片4-6份,当归3-5份,芝麻油30-50份,凡士林10-20份。
优选的,所述中草药按照以下重量份配比:黄柏7份,地榆10份,苦参3份,紫草l0份,金银花6份,西洋参1份,黄芪7份,黄连6份,冰片4份,当归3份,芝麻油35份,凡士林16份。
本发明所述的烧伤敷料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按所述中草药的重量份配比称取原料,将黄柏、黄连、金银花、西洋参经过提取制成药膏备用,可以选择混合制取或单独制取;
2)将地榆、苦参、紫草、当归、黄芪粉碎成不大于200目的药末,混合备用;
3)将芝麻油加热至200-400℃,在搅拌条件下,分开加入步骤1)和2)的产物,保持一定温度条件下持续搅拌30分钟以上,然后降温至60℃后,加入凡士林和冰片并搅拌均匀,冷却至室温备用;搅拌的目的是让药物分散和受热均匀,让得到的药膏成分和药力均一。
4)将步骤3)的产物按100-200g/m2的剂量,涂抹于医用纱布或碳纤维布上,得到烧伤敷料。
优选的,所述步骤4)得到的烧伤敷料经高压灭菌或钴60照射灭菌处理。
与现有技术相比本发明具有以下有益效果。
本发明制备的烧伤敷料,具有消肿止痛,抑制伤口感染,促进创面肉芽生长,加速皮肤愈合,减少疤痕形成的功效。尤其是对于一定面积的三度烧伤,无需植皮就能治愈,能够显著的减少患者的经济负担和二次伤害。本发明的烧伤敷料还可以简化为具有医用油脂类辅料涂层的碳纤维布,可以在不影响碳纤维布吸湿性和杀菌性的情况下,促进伤口的愈合。适用于浅度烧伤。特别是在油脂类辅料有加入一定量的甘油,效果更好。例如:按100-200g/m2的剂量涂有药物成分的碳纤维布,所述药物成分为医用油脂类辅料(芝麻油、凡士林或液状石蜡)或医用油脂类辅料与甘油的混合物。选择与甘油混合的话,优选的芝麻油、凡士林或液状石蜡与甘油的混合比例为3-5:1。油脂类可以更好的隔离伤口,甘油可以帮助伤口渗出液通过碳纤维排到表面,进一步减少渗出液对伤口愈合的干扰。
以下结合临床资料对本发明作进一步说明。
1、临床资料
山西高平民生烧伤专科医院,于2010.06-2015.08期间随机选择600例烧伤烫伤患者,其中浅Ⅱ度烧烫伤97人,深Ⅱ度烧烫伤401人,Ⅲ度以上烧烫伤102人。
2、治疗方法
收治患者第一时间进行伤口清洁护理后,将本发明的烧伤敷料置于伤口处,并用医用纱布进行包扎、固定,定期换药。
3、疗效标准
痊愈:烧烫伤伤口愈合
有效:烧烫伤伤口逐渐愈合,创面面积逐渐减小
无效:烧烫伤症状无好转

实施例1
一种烧伤敷料,为涂有药物成分的医用纱布或碳纤维布,所述药物成分的制作原料由以下重量份配比的中草药组成:黄柏6份,地榆8份,苦参4份,紫草12份,金银花7份,西洋参1份,黄芪5份,黄连6份,冰片5份,当归3份,芝麻油30份,凡士林10份。
按照以下步骤制备:
1)按所述中草药的重量份配比称取原料,将黄柏、黄连、金银花、西洋参混合,经过提取制成药膏备用;
2)将地榆、苦参、紫草、当归、黄芪粉碎成不大于200目的药末,混合备用;
3)将芝麻油加热至200-400℃,在搅拌条件下,分开加入步骤1)和2)的产物,降温至60℃后,加入凡士林和冰片并搅拌均匀,冷却至室温备用;
4)将步骤3)的产物按180g/m2的剂量,涂抹于碳纤维布上,得到烧伤敷料。
所述步骤4)得到的烧伤敷料经高压灭菌处理。
实施例2
一种烧伤敷料,为涂有药物成分的医用纱布或碳纤维布,所述药物成分的制作原料由以下重量份配比的中草药组成:黄柏8份,地榆9份,苦参4份,紫草11份,金银花5份,西洋参1.5份,黄芪4份,黄连4份,冰片4份,当归4份,芝麻油40份,凡士林15份。
按照以下步骤制备:
1)按所述中草药的重量份配比称取原料,将黄柏、黄连、金银花、西洋参混合,经过提取制成药膏备用;
2)将地榆、苦参、紫草、当归、黄芪粉碎成不大于200目的药末,混合备用;
3)将芝麻油加热至200-400℃,在搅拌条件下,分开加入步骤1)和2)的产物,降温至60℃后,加入凡士林和冰片并搅拌均匀,冷却至室温备用;
4)将步骤3)的产物按150g/m2的剂量,涂抹于医用纱布上,得到烧伤敷料。

一种烧伤敷料,为涂有药物成分液状石蜡的医用碳纤维布,所每平方碳纤维布使用的液状石蜡剂量为140g。

一种烧伤敷料,为涂有药物成分芝麻油的医用碳纤维布,所每平方碳纤维布使用的芝麻油剂量为170g。
实施例7
一种烧伤敷料,为涂有药物成分凡士林的医用纱布,所每平方碳纤维布使用的凡士林剂量为120g。
实施例8
一种烧伤敷料,为涂有药物成分为液状石蜡与甘油按质量比3:1混合物的医用碳纤维布,所每平方碳纤维布使用的药物成分剂量为100g。
实施例9
一种烧伤敷料,为涂有药物成分芝麻油与甘油按质量比5:1混合物的医用碳纤维布,所每平方碳纤维布使用的药物成分剂量为200g。
实施例10
一种烧伤敷料,为涂有药物成分凡士林与甘油按质量比4:1混合物的医用碳纤维布,所每平方碳纤维布使用的药物成分剂量为160g。

Claims (7)
1.一种烧伤敷料,其特征在于:为涂有药物成分的医用纱布或碳纤维布,所述药物成分的制作原料由以下重量份配比的中草药组成:黄柏6-8份,地榆8-10份,苦参3-5份,紫草l0-12份,金银花5-8份,西洋参1-2份,黄芪4-7份,黄连4-6份,冰片4-6份,当归3-5份,芝麻油30-50份,凡士林10-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种烧伤敷料,其特征在于:所述药物成分的制作原料由以下重量份配比的中草药组成:黄柏7份,地榆10份,苦参3份,紫草l0份,金银花6份,西洋参1份,黄芪7份,黄连6份,冰片4份,当归3份,芝麻油35份,凡士林16份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种烧伤敷料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)按所述中草药的重量份配比称取原料,将黄柏、黄连、金银花、西洋参经过提取制成药膏备用,四种药物混合制取或分别单独制取;
2)将地榆、苦参、紫草、当归、黄芪粉碎成不大于200目的药末,混合备用;
3)将芝麻油加热至200-400℃,在搅拌条件下,分开加入步骤1)和2)的产物,保持一定温度条件下持续搅拌30分钟以上,然后降温至60℃后,加入凡士林和冰片并搅拌均匀,冷却至室温备用;
4)将步骤3)的产物按100-200g/m2的剂量,涂抹于医用纱布或碳纤维布上,得到烧伤敷料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种烧伤敷料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述烧伤敷料经高压灭菌或钴60照射灭菌处理。
5.一种烧伤敷料,其特征在于:为按100-200g/m2的剂量涂有药物成分的碳纤维布,所述药物成分为医用油脂类辅料或医用油脂类辅料与甘油的混合物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种烧伤敷料其特征在于:所述医用油脂类辅料为芝麻油、凡士林或液状石蜡。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种烧伤敷料其特征在于:所述医用油脂类辅料为芝麻油、凡士林或液状石蜡,与甘油的混合比例为3-5:1。
