Abstract
本发明提供一种用于男性备孕的保健食品,涉及食品领域,由如下重量配比的原料制成:黄绿蜜环菌22份、啤酒32份、甘油3.8份、画眉草15份、茭白4.6份、豆丹17份、米酒30‑45份。本发明的用于男性备孕的保健食品,不含对人体可能产生副作用的化学成份和中药成份,适合长期使用,包含了食用菌类、农作物、野生植物类和昆虫类原料,具有丰富的植物性蛋白、动物性蛋白、纤维素和人体所需的各种微量元素,并且都从食材中获得,全面补充人体所需营养,经动物和人体试食功能试验证明,具有提高人体抵抗力、调理内分泌、恢复人体机能的保健功能,适用于准备要孩子的男性。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品领域,尤其涉及一种用于男性备孕的保健食品。
背景技术
充足的营养成分是人体正常代谢的基础,保护、激活和人体机能的功能恢复,补充和促进人体对氨基酸、多种不饱和脂肪酸、维生素、无机盐、葡萄糖等的利用,对人体的各种机能起持久的促进作用。
正常的普通人随着年龄的增长会引起人体机能的衰退,嗜好烟酒,生活、工作压力大引发一些心理问题,摄入营养不足同样会引起人体机能的衰退。当前生活节奏越来越快,工作压力也越来越大,加之不健康的生活方式和摄入的营养不够均衡,人体机能的衰退越来越突出,甚至发生病变。由于身体器质性病变也会造成人体某种机能衰退或丧失;某些慢性疾病,如内分泌功能障碍、营养不良、慢性中毒、动脉硬化、颈椎病、前列腺炎、精子质量低等,也会造成人体某种机能衰退或丧失。目前,不孕不育的情况越来越多,给家庭带来了很多痛苦,对于准备要小孩的人群,除从日常膳食中摄取营养外,还需额外补充以一些保健食品,以达到孕前调理的目的。现有保健食品为了调配均衡的营养或达到一定的功效,通常会加入一些化学成份或中药成份。身体长期摄入这些成份,会放大副作用对身体的影响。并且针对男性男性备孕的保健食品,目前还缺少有效的该类产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种原料搭配简单、且不添加对身体可能产生副作用的化学成份和中药成份的用于男性备孕的保健食品,以解决上述技术问题。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种用于男性备孕的保健食品,其特征在于:由如下重量配比的原料制成:
黄绿蜜环菌22份、啤酒32份、甘油3.8份、画眉草15份、茭白4.6份、豆丹17份、米酒30-45份。
作为优选,所述黄绿蜜环菌采用新鲜的黄绿蜜环菌。
作为优选,所述啤酒为自制小麦啤酒,酒精度为6.8度,pH为3.6。
用于男性备孕的保健食品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)采摘新鲜的黄绿蜜环菌,清洗干净后,低温烘至6层干,干燥温度为38-42℃;
(2)然后将黄绿蜜环菌浸泡在啤酒与甘油的混合液中,密封,温度升高至58℃,浸泡30min后取出,热风干燥至7层干,然后再放入混合液中进行第二次浸泡,浸泡18min后取出,送入烤箱内烘烤至水份含量低于0.3%,热风干燥的温度为40-45℃,烤箱内烘烤的温度为50-65℃;
(3)烘干后的黄绿蜜环菌研磨成黄绿蜜环菌干粉;
(4)画眉草在水中浸泡15min后取出,用流水冲洗干净,沥水,真空干燥处理后得干画眉草,真空干燥处理分为三个阶段:第一阶段,干燥温度为125-130℃,干燥时间为25-35min;第二阶段,干燥温度为385-450℃,干燥时间为8-20小时,画眉草表面发生微炭化,控制炭化率为0.6-1.2%;第三阶段,温度逐渐降低,温度降至为160-180℃时,保温20min,温度降至65-80℃时,恢复常压,继续降温至常温后结束,第三阶段时间为45min;
(5)茭白洗净后切成3-5cm长的小段,晒干,得干茭白,待用;
(6)将干茭白与干画眉草混合,共同研磨成植物干粉;
(7)豆丹用食醋稀释液浸泡30min后冲洗干净,冷水下锅烧开后捞起沥干水分,然后烘烤至7-8层干;
(8)烘烤后的豆丹放入米酒浸泡,20min后取出,真空干燥得干燥豆丹;
(9)将干燥豆丹研磨成豆丹干粉;
(10)将黄绿蜜环菌干粉、植物干粉与豆丹干粉混配均匀,即可。
作为优选,所述食醋稀释液采用1体积的食用醋与6体积的水混配而成。
黄绿蜜环菌经过初步干燥,干燥温度为38-42℃,对黄绿蜜环菌体内的物质起到活化作用,然后浸没在啤酒与甘油的混合液中,温度升高至58℃,黄绿蜜环菌吸收混合液,并在58℃的温度下继续活化,分解释放体内的多种维生素、皇菇多糖、蛋白质、矿物质、氨基酸,经活化,黄绿蜜环菌体内物质发生转化,可利用的氨基酸含有18种(赖氨酸、丙氨酸、组氨酸、胱氨酸、苏氨酸、缬氨酸、精氨酸、蛋氨酸、天门冬氨酸、异亮氨酸、丝氨酸、亮氨酸、谷氨酸、酪氨酸、脯氨酸、苯丙氨酸、甘氨酸、色氨酸等),黄绿蜜环菌干品中含有较多维生素,维生素B1为1.92mg/g,维生素B2为8.53mg/g,维生素C为12.96mg/g,铁337mg/kg;
经过活化处理,可提高黄绿蜜环菌体内含有的能够增强机体免疫功能和抑制肿瘤生长等生理活性的化学成分,提高其增强机体免疫力、抗疲劳、抗病毒、抑制肿瘤等诸多作用;提高黄绿蜜环菌所含硒的利用率。
黄绿蜜环菌充分吸收啤酒与甘油的混合液后,再进行烘烤,混合液对黄绿蜜环菌形成了包裹,避免黄绿蜜环菌体内多种维生素、皇菇多糖、蛋白质、矿物质、氨基酸、硒的流失。
画眉草在干燥处理过程中会发生微碳化,损失部分有机物,可利用的微量元素显著提高,粗纤维含量降低,可提高人体对营养元素的利用率;具有吸附作用,可吸附茭白中的低聚糖、维生素、胡萝卜素和矿物质,减少养分流失;
茭白除了含有碳水化合物、蛋白质和脂肪外,还含有丰富的:维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素E、微量胡萝卜素和矿物质等。嫩茭白的有机氮素以氨基酸状态存在,并能提供硫元素,味道鲜美,营养价值较高,容易为人体所吸收;
画眉草与茭白共同磨粉,可减少茭白中含有的草酸,提高钙质被人体吸收的比例,干茭白与干画眉草芽共同研磨成的植物干粉,具有丰富的营养,具有种类丰富的微量元素,同时共存的抗氧化成份,可使植物干粉完好的保存,成份流失少,利用率高。
豆丹是金龟子的幼虫,为多汁软体动物,脂肪和蛋白质含量达51%。此外,还含有磷、钾、铁、钠、铝等多种微量元素以及人体生长必需的16种氨基酸,每100g干品含氨基酸高达874.9mg。
豆丹直接洗净、烘干、研磨成干粉,具有腥味,后味微苦,适口性不是太好,本发明对豆丹的处理方法,经过两次浸泡,分别是生豆丹用食醋稀释液浸泡,熟豆丹用米酒浸泡,可使最终制得的豆丹干粉气味香醇,没有腥味,提高适口感。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的用于男性备孕的保健食品,不含对人体可能产生副作用的化学成份和中药成份,适合长期使用,包含了食用菌类、农作物、野生植物类和昆虫类原料,具有丰富的植物性蛋白、动物性蛋白、纤维素和人体所需的各种微量元素,并且都从食材中获得,全面补充人体所需营养,经动物和人体试食功能试验证明,具有提高人体抵抗力、调理内分泌、恢复人体机能的保健功能,适用于准备要孩子的男性。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明,但下述实施例仅仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非全部。基于实施方式中的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得其它实施例,都属于本发明的保护范围。
一种用于男性备孕的保健食品,由如下重量配比的原料制成:
黄绿蜜环菌22份、啤酒32份、甘油3.8份、画眉草15份、茭白4.6份、豆丹17份、米酒30-45份。
制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)采摘新鲜的黄绿蜜环菌,清洗干净后,低温烘至6层干,干燥温度为38-42℃;
(2)然后将黄绿蜜环菌浸泡在啤酒与甘油的混合液中,密封,温度升高至58℃,浸泡30min后取出,热风干燥至7层干,然后再放入混合液中进行第二次浸泡,浸泡18min后取出,送入烤箱内烘烤至水份含量低于0.3%,热风干燥的温度为40-45℃,烤箱内烘烤的温度为50-65℃;
(3)烘干后的黄绿蜜环菌研磨成黄绿蜜环菌干粉;
(4)画眉草在水中浸泡15min后取出,用流水冲洗干净,沥水,真空干燥处理后得干画眉草,真空干燥处理分为三个阶段:第一阶段,干燥温度为125-130℃,干燥时间为25-35min;第二阶段,干燥温度为385-450℃,干燥时间为8-20小时,画眉草表面发生微炭化,控制炭化率为0.6-1.2%;第三阶段,温度逐渐降低,温度降至为160-180℃时,保温20min,温度降至65-80℃时,恢复常压,继续降温至常温后结束,第三阶段时间为45min;
(5)茭白洗净后切成3-5cm长的小段,晒干,得干茭白,待用;
(6)将干茭白与干画眉草混合,共同研磨成植物干粉;
(7)豆丹用食醋稀释液浸泡30min后冲洗干净,冷水下锅烧开后捞起沥干水分,然后烘烤至7-8层干;
(8)烘烤后的豆丹放入米酒浸泡,20min后取出,真空干燥得干燥豆丹;
(9)将干燥豆丹研磨成豆丹干粉;
(10)将黄绿蜜环菌干粉、植物干粉与豆丹干粉混配均匀,即可。
实验资料:
动物实验,将上述实施例中制备的用于男性备孕的保健食品喂食小白鼠进行试验。
取10只小白鼠,分开投喂用于男性备孕的保健食品,每只小白鼠每日投喂三次,每次投喂小白鼠食量的80%;连续一个月,10只小白鼠均为出现不适症状。
人体试用,
将上述实施例中制备的用于男性备孕的保健食品提供给50位准备要孩子的男性食用,每日食用一次,每次食用30g,可冲服,可直接食用。
连续服用两个月后要小孩,50位试用对象中,有28位的老婆在开始要小孩后3个月内顺利怀孕,剩下22位试用对象的老婆也都在半年内顺利怀孕。
怀孕期间,孕检结果均良好,胎儿均未出现先天缺陷。

1.一种用于男性备孕的保健食品,其特征在于:由如下重量配比的原料制成:
黄绿蜜环菌22份、啤酒32份、甘油3.8份、画眉草15份、茭白4.6份、豆丹17份、米酒30-45份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于男性备孕的保健食品,其特征在于:所述黄绿蜜环菌采用新鲜的黄绿蜜环菌。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于男性备孕的保健食品,其特征在于:所述啤酒为自制小麦啤酒,酒精度为6.8度,pH为3.6。
