Abstract
本发明公开了一种环保灭蚊配方及其制备成的灭蚊液和灭蚊包,包括下列重量份组成:β‑苯乙醇10~30份、乙酸芳樟酯5~15份、芳樟醇2~5份、柠檬烯2~5份、苯甲酸苄酯2~5份、溶剂30~150份。本发明的灭蚊液均采用无毒无污染的原料,对人体不会产生任何损伤,天然无污染。另外,本发明的灭蚊配方还具有较好的稳定性,在长时间存放和使用过程中仍然具有较好的灭蚊效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种灭蚊用品,更具体的说是涉及一种环保灭蚊配方及其制备成的灭蚊液和灭蚊包。
背景技术
现代灭蚊液的主要成分是除虫菊酯,除虫菊酯能麻痹蚊子的神经,以致蚊子无法动弹,达到除蚊的目的。除虫菊酯进入人体后会随人体的新陈代谢排出体外。如果是劣质的灭蚊液,除虫菊酯的成分可能会很少,为了达到同样的效果,就有可能用有毒物质来代替,所以液体蚊香液还是有可能会有毒的。
灭蚊成分无论怎么加工,里面都含有菊酯,这种菊酯是一种农药,对婴儿和孕妇都会产生危害。
因此,现需要一种环保型灭蚊配方。

针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种环保灭蚊配方,包括下列重量份组成:

一种灭蚊液的制备方法,步骤一:将部分溶剂、β-苯乙醇、乙酸芳樟酯进行搅拌混合,搅拌速率100~300r/min,搅拌5~10分钟;
步骤二:保持搅拌速率在100~300r/min,在搅拌过程中将芳樟醇、柠檬烯、苯甲酸苄酯加入,加入完毕后继续搅拌5~10分钟;
步骤三:加入4-羟基-3-甲氧基苄醇,待泡沫完全消除后继续加入EDTA二钠、红没药醇、甘草酸二钾,搅拌速度控制在50~80r/min,搅拌10~15分钟,得到混合液备用;
步骤四:将植物精华放置在容器中,同时加入改性石墨烯,进行吸附;
步骤五:将步骤四中吸附溶液进行高速离心,滤去改性石墨烯;
步骤六:将步骤五中滤去的改性石墨烯通过剩余的溶剂进行清洗,得到反萃取植物精华;
步骤七:将步骤三中的混合液与步骤六中的反萃取植物精华进行搅拌混合,搅拌速率在50~100r/min,搅拌10~15分钟得到灭蚊液。
作为本发明的进一步改进:所述改性石墨烯包括下述步骤制备:
将石墨烯升温至20~30℃条件下与过氧三氟乙酸进行氧化反应,之后加入3-(2-氨基乙胺)丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷在100℃油浴条件下进行反应得到改性石墨烯。
作为本发明的进一步改进:所述改性石墨烯包括下述步骤制备:
将5g石墨烯放置到1L的三颈烧瓶中,水浴保持在5℃,加入50%浓度的过氧三氟乙酸200ml,恒温至5℃以后开始升温至20~30℃条件下氧化反应,同时保持搅拌1~3小时,反应完成后放入高速离心机中进行离心,过滤回收氧化石墨烯,之后通过乙醇对氧化石墨烯进行清洗得到氧化石墨烯备用;
取氧化100mg石墨烯放入500ml三颈烧瓶中,加入乙醇100ml后加入10mg 3-(2-氨基乙胺)丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷在100℃油浴条件下进行还原反应,同时冷凝回流24小时,得到改性石墨烯。
一种灭蚊包,在上述灭蚊配方的基础上,还包括有凝胶载体,所述凝胶载体包括下列重量份组成:亚氯酸钠30份、聚乙烯二醇100份、AQUAGELPLUS凝胶剂5份。
之中灭蚊包的制备方法,按照配比,将亚氯酸钠30份、聚乙烯二醇100份、AQUAGELPLUS凝胶剂5份、β-苯乙醇10~30份、乙酸芳樟酯5~15份、芳樟醇2~5份、柠檬烯2~5份、苯甲酸苄酯2~5份、红没药醇0.5~3份、EDTA二钠0.5~2份、4-羟基-3-甲氧基苄醇2~5份、甘草酸二钾0.5~2份、植物精华1~5份、八角茴香油2~6份、薄荷油1~5份、香茅油1~5份、狗牙蔷薇花油1~5份、红车轴草提取物1~5份进行混合,得到灭蚊颗粒,再讲灭蚊颗粒装入到透气包装袋中,得到灭蚊包。
在本发明中,起到灭蚊效果的主要成分为β-苯乙醇,β-苯乙醇是一种无色透明液体,在加热后会散发出气味,能够起到灭蚊驱蚊的效果,同时本身带有的香味,具有较好的舒适感。同时添加的乙酸芳樟酯、芳樟醇、柠檬烯、苯甲酸苄酯都具有灭蚊驱蚊的效果,同时具有较好的相容性,能够得到性质均匀的灭蚊液。以乙醇为载体,乙醇作为一种常用的溶剂具有一种较好溶解能力,使得上述物料能够完全溶解在载体中。
另外添加有红没药醇、EDTA二钠、4-羟基-3-甲氧基苄醇、甘草酸二钾、植物精华。红没药醇、EDTA二钠作为一种稳定剂,相互复配使用,能够保证整个溶液体系的稳定性。特别是对后期加入的植物精华,植物精华内大部分为天然油脂,这部分油脂很容易发生变质,特别是在使用过程中,经过加热会发出来的部分,更加容易发生变质。而红没药醇、EDTA二钠的复配使用,能够有效提高植物精华的稳定性。同时,4-羟基-3-甲氧基苄醇一方面具有较好的驱蚊灭蚊效果,另外的4-羟基-3-甲氧基苄醇具有较好的表面活性剂,能够起到很好的分散效果,使得在加工过程中,能够起到消泡的作用。不需要增加额外的消泡剂。
在植物精华的选择上,选用八角茴香油、薄荷油、香茅油、狗牙蔷薇花油、红车轴草提取物中至少一种,八角茴香油和薄荷油本身具有良好的灭蚊和驱蚊效果,经常用在灭蚊香囊上。香茅油又称香草油或雄刈萱油。由香茅的全草经蒸汽蒸馏而得,具有良好的驱蚊效果。狗牙蔷薇,是一种野生的蔷薇,白色或粉红色的花有5朵花瓣,并有雄性花蕊,野玫瑰长于世界各地的温带地区。也是伊拉克国花,其提取的狗牙蔷薇花油在中国已使用的化妆品原料名录上常作为一种保湿剂使用,但是经过试验测试,具有良好的驱蚊效果,同时也具有较好的稳定性,再长时间使用和存放过程中仍然能够保持其驱蚊效果。红车轴草提取物也同样在中国已使用的化妆品原料名录上,作为一种抗菌剂和修复剂使用,而在灭蚊液中一方面也起到了抗菌剂的作用,能够抑制细菌的滋生,另一方面能够与整个体系形成协同效果,提高了整体灭蚊效果的稳定性。
在制备过程中,通过改性活性炭,进行萃取和反萃取来提纯植物精华。在活性炭改性过程中,三氟乙酸是强氧化剂,将活性炭表面氧化后,接入3-(2-氨基乙胺)丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷后,能够对植物天然油脂具有较好的吸附能力,将植物油脂吸附后,之后通过乙醇反萃取,这样就可以实现对植物油脂的提纯过程,减少植物精华中的杂质。
在制备灭蚊包时,采用亚氯酸钠、聚乙烯二醇、AQUAGELPLUS凝胶剂的反应,形成固化载体,之后将灭蚊配方的成分融入到载体中,之后放入到布袋中,就能够实现缓慢释放,起到灭蚊效果。
综上所述:本发明的灭蚊配方均采用无毒无污染的原料,对人体不会产生任何损伤,天然无污染。另外,本发明的灭蚊液还具有较好的稳定性,在长时间存放和使用过程中仍然具有较好的灭蚊效果。
具体实施方式
改性石墨烯制备方法:
作为本发明的进一步改进:所述改性石墨烯包括下述步骤制备:
将5g石墨烯放置到1L的三颈烧瓶中,水浴保持在5℃,加入50%浓度的过氧三氟乙酸200ml,恒温至5℃以后开始升温至20~30℃条件下氧化反应,同时保持搅拌1~3小时,反应完成后放入高速离心机中进行离心,过滤回收氧化石墨烯,之后通过乙醇对氧化石墨烯进行清洗得到氧化石墨烯备用;
取氧化100mg石墨烯放入500ml三颈烧瓶中,加入乙醇100ml后加入10mg3-(2-氨基乙胺)丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷在100℃油浴条件下进行还原反应,同时冷凝回流24小时,得到改性石墨烯。

试验方法:灭杀效果测试:用吸蚊管从蚊虫饲养笼内吸取供试蚊虫雌雄各20只,放入密闭圆筒内,待供试蚊虫恢复正常活动时,将对比例和实施例中的灭蚊液装入到电蚊香中,放置在密闭圆筒内,存活情况,观察KT50即灭杀50%的时间,以及24小时的死亡率。
将实施例和对比例中的在疝气灯照射50、100、150、200小时试验后进行上述测灭蚊效果测试。

在本发明中,起到灭蚊效果的主要成分为β-苯乙醇,β-苯乙醇是一种无色透明液体,在加热后会散发出气味,能够起到灭蚊驱蚊的效果,同时本身带有的香味,具有较好的舒适感。同时添加的乙酸芳樟酯、芳樟醇、柠檬烯、苯甲酸苄酯都具有灭蚊驱蚊的效果,同时具有较好的相容性,能够得到性质均匀的灭蚊液。以乙醇为载体,乙醇作为一种常用的溶剂具有一种较好溶解能力,使得上述物料能够完全溶解在载体中。
另外添加有红没药醇、EDTA二钠、4-羟基-3-甲氧基苄醇、甘草酸二钾、植物精华。红没药醇、EDTA二钠作为一种稳定剂,相互复配使用,能够保证整个溶液体系的稳定性。特别是对后期加入的植物精华,植物精华内大部分为天然油脂,这部分油脂很容易发生变质,特别是在使用过程中,经过加热会发出来的部分,更加容易发生变质。而红没药醇、EDTA二钠的复配使用,能够有效提高植物精华的稳定性。同时,4-羟基-3-甲氧基苄醇一方面具有较好的驱蚊灭蚊效果,另外的4-羟基-3-甲氧基苄醇具有较好的表面活性剂,能够起到很好的分散效果,使得在加工过程中,能够起到消泡的作用。不需要增加额外的消泡剂。
在植物精华的选择上,选用八角茴香油、薄荷油、香茅油、狗牙蔷薇花油、红车轴草提取物中至少一种,八角茴香油和薄荷油本身具有良好的灭蚊和驱蚊效果,经常用在灭蚊香囊上。香茅油又称香草油或雄刈萱油。由香茅的全草经蒸汽蒸馏而得,具有良好的驱蚊效果。狗牙蔷薇,是一种野生的蔷薇,白色或粉红色的花有5朵花瓣,并有雄性花蕊,野玫瑰长于世界各地的温带地区。也是伊拉克国花,其提取的狗牙蔷薇花油在中国已使用的化妆品原料名录上常作为一种保湿剂使用,但是经过试验测试,具有良好的驱蚊效果,同时也具有较好的稳定性,再长时间使用和存放过程中仍然能够保持其驱蚊效果。红车轴草提取物也同样在中国已使用的化妆品原料名录上,作为一种抗菌剂和修复剂使用,而在灭蚊液中一方面也起到了抗菌剂的作用,能够抑制细菌的滋生,另一方面能够与整个体系形成协同效果,提高了整体灭蚊效果的稳定性。
在制备过程中,通过改性活性炭,进行萃取和反萃取来提纯植物精华。在活性炭改性过程中,三氟乙酸是强氧化剂,将活性炭表面氧化后,接入3-(2-氨基乙胺)丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷后,能够对植物天然油脂具有较好的吸附能力,将植物油脂吸附后,之后通过乙醇反萃取,这样就可以实现对植物油脂的提纯过程,减少植物精华中的杂质。
在制备灭蚊包时,采用亚氯酸钠、聚乙烯二醇、AQUAGELPLUS凝胶剂的反应,形成固化载体,之后将灭蚊配方的成分融入到载体中,之后放入到布袋中,就能够实现缓慢释放,起到灭蚊效果。
综上所述:本发明的灭蚊配方均采用无毒无污染的原料,对人体不会产生任何损伤,天然无污染。另外,本发明的灭蚊液还具有较好的稳定性,在长时间存放和使用过程中仍然具有较好的灭蚊效果。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,本发明的保护范围并不仅局限于上述实施例,凡属于本发明思路下的技术方案均属于本发明的保护范围。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理前提下的若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种环保灭蚊配方,其特征在于:包括下列重量份组成:

4.根据权利要求3所述的一种环保灭蚊配方,其特征在于:所述植物精华包括下列重量份组成:
5.含有如权利要求4所述的灭蚊配方的灭蚊液,其特征在于:还包括下列重量份组成:溶剂30~150份,所述溶剂包括乙醇、去离子水中至少一种。
6.如权利要求5所述的灭蚊液的制备方法,其特征在于:
步骤一:将部分溶剂、β-苯乙醇、乙酸芳樟酯进行搅拌混合,搅拌速率100~300r/min,搅拌5~10分钟;
步骤二:保持搅拌速率在100~300r/min,在搅拌过程中将芳樟醇、柠檬烯、苯甲酸苄酯加入,加入完毕后继续搅拌5~10分钟;
步骤三:加入4-羟基-3-甲氧基苄醇,待泡沫完全消除后继续加入EDTA二钠、红没药醇、甘草酸二钾,搅拌速度控制在50~80r/min,搅拌10~15分钟,得到混合液备用;
步骤四:将植物精华放置在容器中,同时加入改性石墨烯,进行吸附;
步骤五:将步骤四中吸附溶液进行高速离心,滤去改性石墨烯;
步骤六:将步骤五中滤去的改性石墨烯通过剩余的溶剂进行清洗,得到反萃取植物精华;
步骤七:将步骤三中的混合液与步骤六中的反萃取植物精华进行搅拌混合,搅拌速率在50~100r/min,搅拌10~15分钟得到灭蚊液。
7.根据权利要求6所述的环保灭蚊液的制备方案,其特征在于:所述改性石墨烯包括下述步骤制备:
将石墨烯升温至20~30℃条件下与过氧三氟乙酸进行氧化反应,之后加入3-(2-氨基乙胺)丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷在100℃油浴条件下进行反应得到改性石墨烯。
8.根据权利要求7所述的环保灭蚊液的制备方案,其特征在于:所述改性石墨烯包括下述步骤制备:
将5g石墨烯放置到1L的三颈烧瓶中,水浴保持在5℃,加入50%浓度的过氧三氟乙酸200ml,恒温至5℃以后开始升温至20~30℃条件下氧化反应,同时保持搅拌1~3小时,反应完成后放入高速离心机中进行离心,过滤回收氧化石墨烯,之后通过乙醇对氧化石墨烯进行清洗得到氧化石墨烯备用;
取氧化100mg石墨烯放入500ml三颈烧瓶中,加入乙醇100ml后加入10mg 3-(2-氨基乙胺)丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷在100℃油浴条件下进行还原反应,同时冷凝回流24小时,得到改性石墨烯。
9.含如权利要求4所述的灭蚊配方的灭蚊包,其特征在于,还包括有凝胶载体,所述凝胶载体包括下列重量份组成:亚氯酸钠30份、聚乙烯二醇100份、AQUAGELPLUS凝胶剂5份。
10.如权利要求9所述的灭蚊包的制备方案,其特征在于:按照配比,将亚氯酸钠30份、聚乙烯二醇100份、AQUAGELPLUS凝胶剂5份、β-苯乙醇10~30份、乙酸芳樟酯5~15份、芳樟醇2~5份、柠檬烯2~5份、苯甲酸苄酯2~5份、红没药醇0.5~3份、EDTA二钠0.5~2份、4-羟基-3-甲氧基苄醇2~5份、甘草酸二钾0.5~2份、植物精华1~5份、八角茴香油2~6份、薄荷油1~5份、香茅油1~5份、狗牙蔷薇花油1~5份、红车轴草提取物1~5份进行混合,得到灭蚊颗粒,再讲灭蚊颗粒装入到透气包装袋中,得到灭蚊包。
