Abstract
本发明公开了一种液压缸和气压缸升降用无缝钢管保养剂,涉及钢管加工技术领域,由如下重量份数的原料制成:氢化松香15‑20份、微晶蜡10‑15份、鲸蜡醇8‑12份、氢化蓖麻油6‑10份、环氧煤沥青6‑10份、硬脂酸5‑8份、氯化石蜡425‑8份、聚丙烯酸钠4‑6份、卡波树脂4‑6份、乳化硅油3‑5份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚3‑5份、橡胶粉2‑3份、硫代硫酸钠1‑2份、纳米锌粉0.5‑1份、石蜡油20‑30份。本发明保养剂喷于升降杆表面后能形成一层超薄的保护膜,以减小升降时的摩擦阻力,并且具有优异的防锈效果,防止升降杆因工作环境影响而发生生锈腐蚀现象,从而延长升降杆的使用寿命。

技术领域:
本发明涉及钢管加工技术领域,具体涉及一种液压缸和气压缸升降用无缝钢管保养剂。
背景技术:
精密机械用无缝钢管是通过冷拔或热轧处理后的一种高精密无缝钢管材料。由于精密无缝钢管内外壁无氧化层、承受高压无泄漏、高精度、高光洁度、冷弯不变形、扩口、压扁无裂缝等有点,所以主要用来生产气动或液压元件的产品,如气缸或油缸。但在实际使用过程中,液压缸和气压缸升降用无缝钢管仍需要保养,防止因长时间升降摩擦造成钢管表面磨损,磨损后的钢管表面容易形成锈蚀层,从而影响钢管的正常升降使用和缩短其使用寿命。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种润滑效果好、防锈性强且有利于延长钢管使用寿命的液压缸和气压缸升降用无缝钢管保养剂。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种液压缸和气压缸升降用无缝钢管保养剂,由如下重量份数的原料制成:氢化松香15-20份、微晶蜡10-15份、鲸蜡醇8-12份、氢化蓖麻油6-10份、环氧煤沥青6-10份、硬脂酸5-8份、氯化石蜡425-8份、聚丙烯酸钠4-6份、卡波树脂4-6份、乳化硅油3-5份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚3-5份、橡胶粉2-3份、硫代硫酸钠1-2份、纳米锌粉0.5-1份、石蜡油20-30份。
其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将氢化松香和微晶蜡加热至熔融状态保温混合5min,再加入鲸蜡醇和硬脂酸,继续保温混合5min,即得物料I;
(2)将环氧煤沥青加热至110-115℃后加入氯化石蜡42、乳化硅油和橡胶粉,保温混合10min,再继续加热至135-140℃保温混合10min,即得物料II;
(3)将物料II趁热加入石蜡油中,搅拌使其自然冷却,待温度降至70-75℃后加入物料I、氢化蓖麻油和卡波树脂,保温混合10min,然后加入聚丙烯酸钠、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、硫代硫酸钠和纳米锌粉,充分混合后于0-5℃下静置过夜,最后将所得混合物加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于50μm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明制得的无缝钢管保养剂适用于液压缸和气压缸升降杆,使用时直接将该保养剂均匀喷于升降杆上,即可使保养剂在升降杆上形成一层超薄的保护膜,以减小升降时的摩擦阻力,并且具有优异的防锈效果,防止升降杆因工作环境影响而发生生锈腐蚀现象,从而延长升降杆的使用寿命,减少更换成本。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
(1)将15份氢化松香和10份微晶蜡加热至熔融状态保温混合5min,再加入8份鲸蜡醇和5份硬脂酸,继续保温混合5min,即得物料I;
(2)将8份环氧煤沥青加热至110-115℃后加入5份氯化石蜡42、4份乳化硅油和2份橡胶粉,保温混合10min,再继续加热至135-140℃保温混合10min,即得物料II;
(3)将物料II趁热加入25份石蜡油中,搅拌使其自然冷却,待温度降至70-75℃后加入物料I、8份氢化蓖麻油和4份卡波树脂,保温混合10min,然后加入4份聚丙烯酸钠、3份月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、1份硫代硫酸钠和0.5份纳米锌粉,充分混合后于0-5℃下静置过夜,最后将所得混合物加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于50μm。
实施例2
(1)将20份氢化松香和10份微晶蜡加热至熔融状态保温混合5min,再加入8份鲸蜡醇和5份硬脂酸,继续保温混合5min,即得物料I;
(2)将6份环氧煤沥青加热至110-115℃后加入8份氯化石蜡42、3份乳化硅油和2份橡胶粉,保温混合10min,再继续加热至135-140℃保温混合10min,即得物料II;
(3)将物料II趁热加入30份石蜡油中,搅拌使其自然冷却,待温度降至70-75℃后加入物料I、6份氢化蓖麻油和4份卡波树脂,保温混合10min,然后加入5份聚丙烯酸钠、3份月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、1份硫代硫酸钠和0.5份纳米锌粉,充分混合后于0-5℃下静置过夜,最后将所得混合物加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于50μm。

1.一种液压缸和气压缸升降用无缝钢管保养剂,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:氢化松香15-20份、微晶蜡10-15份、鲸蜡醇8-12份、氢化蓖麻油6-10份、环氧煤沥青6-10份、硬脂酸5-8份、氯化石蜡425-8份、聚丙烯酸钠4-6份、卡波树脂4-6份、乳化硅油3-5份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚3-5份、橡胶粉2-3份、硫代硫酸钠1-2份、纳米锌粉0.5-1份、石蜡油20-30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液压缸和气压缸升降用无缝钢管保养剂,其特征在于,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将氢化松香和微晶蜡加热至熔融状态保温混合5min,再加入鲸蜡醇和硬脂酸,继续保温混合5min,即得物料I;
(2)将环氧煤沥青加热至110-115℃后加入氯化石蜡42、乳化硅油和橡胶粉,保温混合10min,再继续加热至135-140℃保温混合10min,即得物料II;
(3)将物料II趁热加入石蜡油中,搅拌使其自然冷却,待温度降至70-75℃后加入物料I、氢化蓖麻油和卡波树脂,保温混合10min,然后加入聚丙烯酸钠、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、硫代硫酸钠和纳米锌粉,充分混合后于0-5℃下静置过夜,最后将所得混合物加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于50μm。
