本发明公开了一种电动汽车充电口盖系统,包括安装基座、电机、主动齿轮、从动齿轮、转轴、传动杆以及充电口盖板,所述电机固定连接在安装基座上,且电机的转轴与主动齿轮相连,转轴转动连接在安装基座上,从动齿轮与转轴固定连接,且从动齿轮与主动齿轮相啮合,传动杆的一端固定连接在转轴上,另一端充电口盖板与固定连接。本发明结构简单,使用安全,使用效果好。

本发明涉及一种电动汽车充电口盖系统。
背景技术:
电动汽车上充电口盖普遍采用机械按压式充电口盖,经常会忘记关上,且驾驶员得不到提示,易造成行驶过程中损坏,或被雨雪淋湿,影响安全。
因此,确有必要对现有技术进行改进以解决现有技术之不足。
发明内容:
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种电动汽车充电口盖系统。
本发明所采用的技术方案有:一种电动汽车充电口盖系统,包括安装基座、电机、主动齿轮、从动齿轮、转轴、传动杆以及充电口盖板,所述电机固定连接在安装基座上,且电机的转轴与主动齿轮相连,转轴转动连接在安装基座上,从动齿轮与转轴固定连接,且从动齿轮与主动齿轮相啮合,传动杆的一端固定连接在转轴上,另一端充电口盖板与固定连接。
进一步地,所述传动杆的一端折弯形成有圆弧状的传动边,该传动边上设有连接孔。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1和图2所示,本发明一种电动汽车充电口盖系统,包括安装基座1、电机、主动齿轮12、从动齿轮13、转轴14、传动杆15以及充电口盖板16,电机固定连接在安装基座1上,且电机的转轴与主动齿轮12相连,转轴14转动连接在安装基座1上,从动齿轮13与转轴14固定连接,且从动齿轮13与主动齿轮12相啮合,传动杆15的一端固定连接在转轴14上,另一端充电口盖板16与固定连接。
本发明中的传动杆15的一端折弯形成有圆弧状的传动边150,该传动边150上设有连接孔151,转轴14连接在该连接孔151上。
如图3,在安装基座1上设有单片机,电机通过电机驱动电路与单片机相连,电机堵转保护电路连接在单片机与电机驱动电路上,单片机通过CAN收发器与整车控制器相连。
使用整车12V/24V作为电机的动力源,单片机通过开关按钮输入信号,电机堵转保护电路的堵转电流输入信号,来控制电机的正转反转停止,实现充电口盖板16的关闭。单片机也可以接收整车控制器发送的充电结束报文信号,从而实现在充电完成拔下充电枪后,自动关闭充电口盖板16。
本发明中的电机驱动电路为三极管H桥电机驱动电路。

1.一种电动汽车充电口盖系统,其特征在于:包括安装基座(1)、电机、主动齿轮(12)、从动齿轮(13)、转轴(14)、传动杆(15)以及充电口盖板(16),所述电机固定连接在安装基座(1)上,且电机的转轴与主动齿轮(12)相连,转轴(14)转动连接在安装基座(1)上,从动齿轮(13)与转轴(14)固定连接,且从动齿轮(13)与主动齿轮(12)相啮合,传动杆(15)的一端固定连接在转轴(14)上,另一端充电口盖板(16)与固定连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的电动汽车充电口盖系统,其特征在于:所述传动杆(15)的一端折弯形成有圆弧状的传动边(150),该传动边(150)上设有连接孔(151)。
