技术领域
本发明涉及一种化工设备,具体涉及一种带绞龙预研磨的造粒机。
背景技术
现有的固态化工原料在造粒前通常需要预研磨,现有的与研磨通常是经过绞龙相向转动实现,物料自一端进料,预研磨后自另一端出料,且预研磨的出料通常有上料绞龙送至造粒机,物料通常易在绞龙的末端堆积或粘结,会损伤设备,降低其使用寿命,且影响了生产效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种减少上料过程对预研磨机内表面的粘接和磨损、预研磨效果好的带绞龙预研磨的造粒机。
本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种带绞龙预研磨的造粒机,包括预研磨机、出料绞龙、上料绞龙和造粒机,所述预研磨机包括壳体,壳体内在同一水平面上并列排放有五个等间距绞龙,各绞龙的轴的两端分别支承于箱体的两侧壁,各绞龙分别连接有驱动电机;出料绞龙安装于壳体外侧,中间的绞龙的输出端连接出料绞龙的输入端,出料绞龙的输出端连接上料绞龙的输入端,上料绞龙的输出端连接造粒机;所述出料绞龙倾斜向上设置,上料绞龙倾斜向上设置。
采取以上技术方案后,本发明的有益效果为:利用五根水平绞龙的相对转动对物料预研磨,五根绞龙的中间绞龙处设置出料口,中间出料的方式能够有效防止物料在壳体内的堆积和粘结;出料后由倾斜向下的出料绞龙过渡,并且起到在其他方向上的再次预研磨效果,最后由倾斜向上的上料绞龙上料。整个过程研磨充分,避免物料堆积粘结,送料效果好,提高了设备的使用寿命。

如图所示,一种带绞龙预研磨的造粒机,包括预研磨机1、出料绞龙2、上料绞龙3和造粒机4,所述预研磨机1包括壳体11,壳体11内在同一水平面上并列排放有五个等间距绞龙12,各绞龙12的轴的两端分别支承于箱体的两侧壁,各绞龙12分别连接有驱动电机13;出料绞龙2安装于壳体1外侧,中间的绞龙的输出端连接出料绞龙2的输入端,出料绞龙2的输出端连接上料绞龙3的输入端,上料绞龙3的输出端连接造粒机4;所述出料绞龙2倾斜向上设置,上料绞龙3倾斜向上设置。
