Abstract

本发明公开一种新型多级研磨设备,包括:研磨仓、主轴、磨轮、动力装置、温度控制装置、振动器,所述研磨仓的底部开有进料口,进料口连通料浆罐,研磨仓内设有主轴,主轴上固定有若干磨轮,研磨仓内还设有若干隔板,隔板一侧设有振动器,在隔板上还开有隔板孔,隔板将研磨仓的内部空间分为了三个研磨室,主轴的上端穿过研磨仓的顶部并连接有动力装置,研磨仓的顶部设有分级转子,研磨仓外侧设有温度控制装置,研磨仓内安装有温度传感器,温度传感器通过单片机连接控制温度控制装置。本发明结构简单,研磨效果好,能够生产出特超细粉和亚纳米级别的产品,而且分级难度低,分级效果好,有利于提高成品率。

[0001] 本发明涉及研磨设备技术领域,具体为一种新型多级研磨设备。
背景技术
[0002] 现有技术中普通的研磨机一般采用磨轮带动研磨介质和料浆匀速转动进行研磨,由于研磨介质的体积和重量要远远大于料浆中的物料的体积和重量,因此在研磨机工作时,研磨介质在离心力的作用下紧紧依附在研磨仓的内壁上,很容易一边随着料浆转动,一边向上运动,导致研磨机下部的研磨介质密度小,研磨机上部的研磨介质密度大,研磨机的粉碎效果不佳,很难生产出特超细粉和亚纳米级别的产品,而且也加大了研磨机顶部的分级转子的分级难度。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种新型多级研磨设备,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
[0004] 本发明所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:一种新型多级研磨设备,包括:研磨仓、主轴、磨轮、动力装置、温度控制装置、振动器,所述研磨仓的底部开有进料口,进料口连通料浆罐,在进料口上设有调节阀,研磨仓内设有主轴,主轴上固定有若干磨轮,研磨仓内还设有若干隔板,隔板一侧设有振动器,在隔板上还开有隔板孔,隔板将研磨仓的内部空间分为了三个研磨室,主轴的上端穿过研磨仓的顶部并连接有动力装置,研磨仓的顶部设有分级转子,分级转子上连接有出料口,研磨仓外侧设有温度控制装置,研磨仓内安装有温度传感器,温度传感器通过单片机连接控制温度控制装置。

[0007] 与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明在研磨仓内设置了多个隔板,这些隔板将研磨仓分成了多个研磨室,则在研磨机工作前,事先在最底部的研磨室内放置适量的研磨介质,在研磨机开始工作后,研磨介质可随着料浆通过隔板孔上升至上面的研磨室内,而且研磨室内的研磨介质密度由下往上是依次减小的,直至料浆转速稳定后,由于离心力的作用,各个研磨室内的研磨介质在隔板的阻挡作用下不会进入到另外的研磨室内,从而保证了研磨机下部的研磨介质密度始终大于研磨机上部的研磨介质密度,而料浆在研磨过程中可通过隔板孔呈S型向上运动,最终使研磨机的研磨效果得到了提高,能够很容易地达到特超细粉和亚纳米级别的微粉,同时大大减小了研磨机顶部的分级转子的分级难度。

[0010] 如图1所示,一种新型多级研磨设备,包括:研磨仓1、主轴2、磨轮6、动力装置10、温度控制装置12、振动器13,所述研磨仓I的底部开有进料口 3,进料口 3连通盛有料浆的料浆罐,在进料口 3上设有用于控制进料速度的调节阀4,此处还设有送料泵,用以将料浆从料浆罐中送至所述研磨仓I内进行研磨;所述研磨仓I内设有主轴2,在所述主轴2上固定有多个磨轮6,同时在所述研磨仓I内还设有多个隔板5,这两个隔板5在垂直方向上排列,隔板5 —侧设有振动器13,在隔板5上还开有隔板孔51,所述主轴2穿过所述隔板孔51,所述隔板5将研磨仓I的内部空间分为了三个研磨室9,所述主轴2的上端穿过所述研磨仓I的顶部并连接有动力装置10,在所述研磨仓I的顶部还设有分级转子8,所述分级转子8上连接有出料口 7,研磨仓I外侧设有温度控制装置12,研磨仓I内安装有温度传感器11,温度传感器11通过单片机连接控制温度控制装置12。

[0013] 本发明的工作过程为:首先,在最底部的研磨室9内放置适量的研磨介质,所述研磨介质与料浆中的物料为同一利,物质,只是研磨介质的体积要大很多。然后,启动动力装置10使主轴2旋转,打开调节阀4,启动送料泵,使料浆通过进料口 3进入研磨室9内,在磨轮6的作用下,料浆和研磨介质进行研磨碰撞,同时料浆会经隔板孔51呈S型向上运动,由于初期料浆的转动速度不是很高,少部分的研磨介质会随着料浆进入到上面的研磨室9内,直至料浆的转速稳定后,研磨介质在离心力的作用下紧紧依附在研磨仓I的内壁上,在隔板5的阻挡作用下不会进入到上部的研磨室9内,从而保证了研磨仓I下部的研磨介质密度始终大于研磨仓I上部的研磨介质密度,使研磨机的研磨效果得到了提高,能够很容易地达到特超细粉和亚纳米级别的微粉。最后,料浆经分级转子8的分级后从出料口 7排出,此时,由于物料的细度已经达到了特超细粉和亚纳米的级别,所以分级难度低,分级效果好,有利于提高成品率。
[0014] 另外,所述研磨仓I的内壁、磨轮6和隔板5优选采用耐磨聚氨酯加工制作,可以有效地延长研磨机的使用寿命,减小设备的维护成本。
[0015] 本发明结构简单,研磨效果好,能够生产出特超细粉和亚纳米级别的产品,而且分级难度低,分级效果好,有利于提高成品率。

1.一种新型多级研磨设备,包括:研磨仓、主轴、磨轮、动力装置、温度控制装置、振动器,其特征在于:所述研磨仓的底部开有进料口,进料口连通料浆罐,在进料口上设有调节阀,研磨仓内设有主轴,主轴上固定有若干磨轮,研磨仓内还设有若干隔板,隔板一侧设有振动器,在隔板上还开有隔板孔,隔板将研磨仓的内部空间分为了三个研磨室,主轴的上端穿过研磨仓的顶部并连接有动力装置,研磨仓的顶部设有分级转子,分级转子上连接有出料口,研磨仓外侧设有温度控制装置,研磨仓内安装有温度传感器,温度传感器通过单片机连接控制温度控制装置。
