Abstract

一种安全开关,具有利用外部致动器A可以拨动的接触器。一外壳装有电接触块和电磁铁,而且该外壳装有可围绕轴X1旋转的控制头,该控制头配有可平行于X1轴移动的推杆,以作用于该块。电磁铁的铁心沿平行于X1的轴X3移动,并与部件22相配合,部件22通过一个双位置机构阻止推杆,该机构当电磁铁加电或不加电时,分别阻止推杆。

Description

可用电磁铁锁定的安全开关
本发明涉及一种安全开关,该类开关包括其中放置有电接触块的外壳和以可围绕一第一轴旋转到不同位置的方式连接在外壳上的控制头;此类开关中,控制头至少有一个用于插入一致动器的槽,还有配有一滚轮的传动机构,该滚轮可由致动器啮合,并能围绕垂直于第一轴的第二轴转动,以及按设计作用在接触块上的推杆,该推杆通过跟随致动器运动的该传动机构的作用,进行平行于第一轴的移动。
有时,将电磁铁加在这种类型的开关中,其功能是阻止传动机构,而以此,致动器保持与该机构连接,使致动器的锁定可远距离控制,并进而控制部件-机器的门或部件-使其保持在安全位置上。对于这种公知的开关(例如,参见EP-553885和WO 95/18457),其通常的作法是设置电磁铁,使其铁心平行于接触块推杆运动的轴线移动。另外公知的(参见FR 62569303)是横向设置电磁铁,以阻止一中间部件,该中间部件把来自传动机构的导板的运动传送给接触块的推杆;这种中间部件引入了额外的阻塞风险。
最好把锁定装置尽可能简单地装在电磁铁和传动机构之间,使其能同样好地与加电时锁定的电磁铁,以及不加电时锁定的电磁铁相连,而尽可能少修改。此外,必须把锁定装置设计成能经受由致动器施加的主要作用力,而在不出现破坏,并尽可能不妨碍向接触块传动的运动链条。
根据本发明,利用可设置在两个位置的锁定装置,使电磁铁与阻止部件相配,当电磁铁加电或不加电时,分别可使推杆被阻止。
阻止部件最好是在垂直于第一轴的外壳的水平滑道中运动的锁定导板,该锁定导板通过与可反向运动的坡道(比如带有可转动的引导坡道的部分)耦合,而与电磁铁的铁心相配合。
锁定滑道最好与装在与传动机构滚轮相联的推杆端部上的金属护套上的阻止座相配。
下面,将参照附图说明实现本发明的方法,及本发明的优点和效果。其中:
图1表示本发明的安全开关的垂直横截面剖视图,图中表示加电时锁定的开关在非锁定位置的情况;
图2表示图1的2-2断面;
图3表示图1的安全开关在锁定位置上的局部视图;
图4表示图3的4-4断面;以及
图5表示不加电时锁定的安全开关在非锁定位置的情况。
图中所示的安全开关有外壳10,在其内放置着电接触块B和电磁铁E。用一盖(未示出)密封外壳。控制头11以可围绕轴X1顺序旋转几个90°进入4个不同位置的方式与外壳相连。控制头11有横向槽12和顶槽13,具有专门形状的致动器A可以插入上述槽的一个或另一个之中,以致动块B的接触部。正如所知,这样的致动器例如连接于环绕门或机器的一个部件上,其安全性要求使其关闭或移动至某一位置,接触块确认这一安全位置,并且例如通过操作极限来实现。依据具体的应用,可将致动器A啮合在槽12或槽13中。
控制头11装有配有滚轮的传动机构14,该滚轮绕垂直于X1和从动推杆15的轴X2转动;该类型传动机构为任意公知的类型,最好具有专门形状的致动器和带一个或两个阻挡端14a的旋转滚轮,该阻挡端可受致动器控制,防止任何接触部动作的混乱。从动推杆15由塑料制成并通过控制头向外壳内部伸出,该推杆与从动头19相联,该从动头有坡道19a,它引导着滚轮的销钉或双头螺栓,以便把滚轮的旋转运动转换成推杆15的直线运动,这直接作用在控制块B上的并作为该块的接触部的控制部件16上。推杆15上配有金属护套17,它虽无助于传送运动给接触块,但当指令送至电磁铁的线圈时,金属护套就用来阻止传动机构14的从动头,同时消除推杆的阻力。依具体情况,可以装配护套以使其在整个推杆上轻快地滑动,同时保持相对于杆的自由移动,或通过卡箍、爪等固定在推杆上,并至少在锁定状态期间被压在从动头的凸出部19b上以阻止它;一独立的返回弹簧可作用在护套上,或更简单地,通过把从动头与滚轮连接,连接到后者的返回弹簧能够有效地使该组件返回静止位置。护套17比推杆短并有作为阻止部件的止推座18,如下所述,该座位于其最下端或由一凹槽形成。
电磁铁E有在平行于X1的方向X3上移动并由返回弹簧F致动的运动铁心20,铁心与导板22的驱动支承托架21相连;支承托架能在外壳10中沿X3方向移动并为此目的在外壳的滑道23中运动,而导板在外壳中沿垂直于X1和X3的方向X4移动,在外壳的水平导板滑道24中运动。可移去的可转动耦合件25通过比如爪啮合或嵌锁在支承托架21的槽口21a上,耦合件25有坡道26,该坡道与从动销钉27相配合,从动销钉27配备在导板22的与和护套17的座18相配合的端部22b相对的端部22a处。在端部22b,导板22具有使护套17受阻而不必操作推杆15的叉28(见图4)。当然,设置在电磁铁E和推杆15之间的转动耦合件可以不同形式装配;实际上,坡道可位于导板的端部,并由支承托架21的销导向。支承托架可由图中所示的返回弹簧致动。
下面结合附图1至5对所述安全开关的工作进行说明。
附图1中,致动器A脱离控制头11,以便在图中未示出的返回弹簧的作用下,使传动机构14处于静止状态,并在此条件下通过图中未示出的锁定部件将其阻止。通过从动头19和旋转滚轮间的连接,以及护套与滚轮或推杆的连接,推杆15和金属护套17保持在低位。因此,接触块B的部件16就保持在低位,并且块B处于工作位置。不向电磁铁E加电,以便用弹簧使支承托架21位于上方位置,销钉27比如垂直地位于坡道26的左侧26a的端部,导板22被拉向左边。因此,如果传动机构14被拨动,那么护套将与头19和推杆15一起自由地移动。
当把致动器嵌入外壳10的槽12或13中时(图3),消除锁定部件并使传动机构14处于工作位置,以便推杆15和护套17被移至上位;然后,接触块B的部件16处于上方位置,块B处于工作位置。如果对电磁铁E加电(图3),弹簧被压缩,支承托架21向下移动,随着销钉27接触坡道26的有角度部分26b的顶部,致使导板向右移动。导板的右端部22b咬合在护套17的座18下。结果,使接触块保持在工作位置,并使致动器A不能脱离开控制头,这就表明与开关连着的门或部件被阻止在安全位置。
对于不加电时锁定的情况,如图5所示,耦合件25通过使其嵌入在支承托架21的槽口21a中而转动。结果使坡道26反向。当切断电磁铁E的电源时,块B保持在工作位置,致动器A保持嵌入在传动机构14中,导致支承托架21下落并把导板22推回右边,销27处于坡道26的垂直部26a的上部。
可以看出,在所有情况下,弹簧F为一安全部件,在切断提供给电磁铁线圈的电源时,它把开关带回其初始静止位置(加电时锁定的电磁铁的非锁定位置,或不加电时锁定的电磁铁的锁定位置)。

Claims (5)

1.一种安全开关,包括:
外壳(10),在其内装有电接触块(B);
控制头(11),以可围绕第一轴(X1)旋转到不同位置的方式连接在外壳上,其至少有一个插入开关致动器(A)的槽,还有平行于第一轴移动的推杆(15),以及配有能围绕垂直于第一轴的第二轴(X2)旋转的滚轮以跟随致动器的运动而移动推杆的传动机构(14);
装在外壳中带铁心(20)的电磁铁(E),该铁心沿平行于第一轴的第3轴(X3)移动,而且与阻止推杆的部件(22)相配合;
其特征在于:电磁铁的铁心(20)通过锁定机构与阻止部件(22)配合,该锁定机构可位于两个位置,使得当电磁铁加电或不加电时,分别将推杆阻止。
2.如权利要求1所述的安全开关,其特征在于:所述阻止部件(22)为装在所述外壳(10)中水平滑道(24)上的导板,通过可反向动作的坡道耦合件(26),该阻止部件与所述电磁铁的铁心(20)配合。
3.如权利要求2所述的安全开关,其特征在于:所述可反向动作的坡道(26)位于可移去部件(25)上,该部件(25)利用爪与支承托架(21)互锁或固定在所述支承托架(21)上,该托架在外壳的滑道(23)中沿第3轴(X3)运动并与所述铁心(20)相连。
4.如权利要求1所述的安全开关,其特征在于:所述推杆(15)的阻止部件与同轴装在该推杆上的金属护套(17)的座(18)配合阻止推杆移动。
5.如权利要求4所述的安全开关,其特征在于:所述金属护套(17)被压在与所述控制头相联的从动头(19)的凸出部(19b)上。
