本发明属于混合动力汽车技术领域,更具体地说,是涉及一种双向行驶救援车底盘结构。
背景技术
双向行驶车辆致力于解决隧道及狭窄巷道等特殊环境下的消防灭火救援问题。目前国内外市场上存在两种双向行驶车辆,一类是普通柴油驱动,一类是纯电动驱动。然而,隧道等狭长封闭环境内发生火灾后氧气将非常稀薄,若采用柴油类双向行驶车辆,存在由于无氧气而发动机无法启动的风险。而纯电动双向行驶车辆成本较高且行驶里程受限。因此,现有技术无法满足实际需要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:针对现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单,能够方便可靠地适应长距离隧道救援及隧道内无氧环境作业,不会因缺氧或无氧影响使用,同时有效提高行驶里程,提高动力性的双向行驶救援车底盘结构。
要解决以上所述的技术问题,本发明采取的技术方案为:
本发明为一种双向行驶救援车底盘结构,所述的双向行驶救援车底盘结构包括车架,车架前端设置驱动前桥,车架后端设置驱动后桥,驱动前桥与电动机Ⅰ连接,驱动后桥与电动机Ⅱ连接,电动机Ⅰ和电动机Ⅱ分别与电池连接。
所述的电动机Ⅰ和电动机Ⅱ分别与控制部件连接,所述的控制部件设置为能够控制电动机Ⅰ和电动机Ⅱ启动和停止的结构。
所述的双向行驶救援车底盘结构还包括发动机,发动机上安装发电机,所述的发电机与电池连接,发动机同时与控制部件连接,所述的控制部件设置为能够控制发动机启动和停止的结构。

本发明所述的双向行驶救援车底盘结构,当双向行驶救援车结构在一般路况行驶时,通过控电动机Ⅰ和电动机Ⅱ中的一个电动机启动工作,这样,启动工作的电动机施加驱动力到与该电动机连接的驱动桥,从而带动救援车行驶,当救援车行驶在泥泞路面或坡度路面等恶劣路况时,一个电动机无法有效驱动救援车行驶,这时,电动机Ⅰ和电动机Ⅱ同时工作,电动机Ⅰ施加驱动力到前驱动桥,电动机Ⅱ施加驱动力到后驱动桥,而施加到前驱动桥和后驱动桥的驱动力方向一致,或一致向前方,或一致向后方,两个电动机的驱动力叠加,共同驱动救援车行驶,这样就能够有效确保救援车方便可靠地通过泥泞路面或坡度路面等恶劣路况,提高了救援车的通过性。而且,本发明的结构,不再使用柴油机,确保救援车能够在长距离隧道等缺氧或无氧环境中开展救援作业,避免因缺氧或无氧导致救援车无法使用问题出现,提高了救援车可靠性。本发明的双向行驶救援车底盘结构,结构简单,能够方便可靠地适应长距离隧道救援及隧道内无氧环境作业,不会因缺氧或无氧影响救援车使用,有效提高动力性。
上面结合附图对本发明进行了示例性的描述,显然本发明具体的实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本发明的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种改进,或未经改进将本发明的构思和技术方案直接应用于其他场合的,均在本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (7)
1.一种双向行驶救援车底盘结构,所述的双向行驶救援车底盘结构包括车架(1),其特征在于:所述的车架(1)前端设置驱动前桥(2),车架(1)后端设置驱动后桥(3),驱动前桥(2)与电动机Ⅰ(4)连接,驱动后桥(3)与电动机Ⅱ(5)连接,电动机Ⅰ(4)和电动机Ⅱ(5)分别与电池(6)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双向行驶救援车底盘结构,其特征在于:所述的电动机Ⅰ(4)和电动机Ⅱ(5)分别与控制部件(7)连接,所述的控制部件(7)设置为能够控制电动机Ⅰ(4)和电动机Ⅱ(5)启动和停止的结构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的双向行驶救援车底盘结构,其特征在于:所述的双向行驶救援车底盘结构还包括发动机(8),发动机(8)上安装发电机(9),所述的发电机(9)与电池(6)连接,发动机(6)同时与控制部件(7)连接,所述的控制部件(7)设置为能够控制发动机(6)启动和停止的结构。
4.根据权利要求2所述的双向行驶救援车底盘结构,其特征在于:所述的控制部件(7)设置为能够控制电动机Ⅰ(4)和电动机Ⅱ(5)分别单独工作的结构。
5.根据权利要求2所述的双向行驶救援车底盘结构,其特征在于:所述的控制部件(7)设置为能够控制电动机Ⅰ(4)和电动机Ⅱ(5)同时工作的结构。
6.根据权利要求3所述的双向行驶救援车底盘结构,其特征在于:所述的电池(6)的电量小于设定容量时,控制部件(7)设置为能够控制发动机(8)启动工作的结构,发动机(8)启动工作时,发动机(8)设置为能够带动发电机(9)向电池(6)进行充电的结构。
7.根据权利要求3所述的双向行驶救援车底盘结构,其特征在于:所述的电池(6)的电量大于设定容量时,控制部件(7)设置为能够控制发动机(8)停止工作的结构,发动机(8)停止工作时,发动机(8)设置为能够不再带动发电机(9)向电池(6)进行充电的结构。
