本发明的目的是提供一种减肥中药，减肥效果好，不易反弹，对身体无害，无需节食，既能减肥又能保证身体健康。
为此，本发明提供了一种减肥中药，由以下重量份的中药配制而成：
苦瓜 8-16 份、茅根15-25 份、泽泻 15-22份、山楂 10-20 份、百合18-26 份、荷叶8-12份、赤芍 10-20 份、女贞子 5-15 份、田七10-15份、川芎 5-15 份、 炙甘草10-20 份、二丑10-15份、决明子5-15份、黄芪 10-18 份、砂仁 10-20 份、何首乌8-12份、防风10-15份。

本发明还提供了一种制备所述减肥中药的方法，将配制好的中药研磨后混合，将混合后的中药放入容器内，在容器内加入总药材体积的1.5倍的水，中药在水中浸泡半个小时后用火煮沸20-40分钟后关掉火，把中药汁倒出后再往容器内加水至没过中药，用文火煮半小时，把两次煮过的药汁放入一起，每日分两次服用，饭后服用。
