本发明涉及中药技术领域，具体涉及一种降脂中药。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高和压力的增大，人们锻炼的时间越来越少，造成肥胖人群越来越多，减肥属于以减少人体过度的脂肪、体重为目的的行为方式。是指某类体重超标的肥胖人群用各种方法如：跳舞、瑜伽等，变回曲线体型。设法纠正肥胖者异常反应造成的不当行为，即用行为科学分析肥胖者摄食行为的特征和运动类型，以此为基础，合理修正导致肥胖的行动。但是，简单的锻炼减肥效果较差，现在市场上很多减肥药，副作用较大，而且容易出现反复。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种降脂中药，减肥效果好，不易反弹，对身体无害，无需节食，降脂明显，既能减肥又能保证身体健康。
为此，本发明提供了一种降脂中药，由以下重量份的中药配制而成：
半夏6-12份、沙棘3-6份、姜黄6-12份、荷叶8-12份、穿心莲5-12份、柴胡10-15份、泽泻8-13份、大麦芽8-12份、赤芍 8-12 份、番泻叶5-10份、卡瓦草10-15份、玄参5-12份、枸杞10-15份、玉米须3-10份、苦瓜6-12份。
作为优选，所述降脂中药由以下重量份的中药配制而成：
半夏8份、沙棘5份、姜黄10份、荷叶10份、穿心莲8份、柴胡12份、泽泻11份、大麦芽9份、赤芍 10份、番泻叶7份、卡瓦草12份、玄参8份、枸杞13份、玉米须6份、苦瓜8份。
本发明还提供了一种制备所述降脂中药的方法，将配制好的中药研磨后混合，将混合后的中药放入容器内，在容器内加入总药材体积的1.5倍的水，中药在水中浸泡半个小时后用火煮沸20-40分钟后关掉火，把中药汁倒出后再往容器内加水至没过中药，用文火煮半小时，把两次煮过的药汁放入一起，每日分两次服用，饭后服用。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种降脂中药，其特征在于：由以下重量份的中药配制而成：
半夏8份、沙棘5份、姜黄10份、荷叶10份、穿心莲8份、柴胡12份、泽泻11份、大麦芽9份、赤芍 10份、番泻叶7份、卡瓦草12份、玄参8份、枸杞13份、玉米须6份、苦瓜8份。
3.一种制备权利要求1-2任意一项中所述降脂中药的方法，其特征在于：将配制好的中药研磨后混合，将混合后的中药放入容器内，在容器内加入总药材体积的1.5倍的水，中药在水中浸泡半个小时后用火煮沸20-40分钟后关掉火，把中药汁倒出后再往容器内加水至没过中药，用文火煮半小时，把两次煮过的药汁放入一起，每日分两次服用，饭后服用。
