技术领域
本发明涉及球面滚子轴承,其包括至少一个外圈和一个内圈,该至少一个外圈和一个内圈之间布置有至少一个滚动体,本发明还涉及球面滚子轴承组件和辊式弯曲机。
背景技术
球面滚子轴承是与其它轴承设计相比维持了相对高的轴向和径向负载并且适用于补偿不对中的特殊滚动体轴承。因而球面滚子轴承特别适用于辊式弯曲机的滚子轴承组件,其中辊式弯曲机的辊在室温下将具有达到超过100t的巨大重量的钢板弯曲成管。这里球面滚子轴承通常包括内圈和外圈,在内圈与外圈之间布置有双列滚动体。这里球面滚子轴承类似于单列设计的鼓形滚子轴承是略微自对中的。这里轴承的自对中能力随着轴承的负载增大而显著降低,使得被球面滚子轴承支撑的轴常常仅能够相对于其中央位置倾斜大约0.5°。然而,对于上述辊式弯曲机,期望有时还按照需要弯曲例如风力涡轮机的塔元件的圆锥元件,其中辊式弯曲机的辊中的至少一者必须倾斜。然而,通过已知的球面滚子轴承无法按照需要提供例如多个角度的显著的倾斜。
其原因是,在该倾斜的情况下,滚动体相对于外圈脱离旋转,在达到略微倾斜之前,这是能够被轴承吸收和容许的。然而,倾斜和相关联的脱离旋转特别是对于重载轴承会导致轴承圈和/或滚动体的非常高的磨耗使得高度需要完全更换轴承。
可选择地,如果轴的倾斜是必要的话,则还可以使用圆锥滚子轴承。然而,对于这种轴承,壳体必须使得轴能够倾斜,这仅在大量努力下才能实现并且可能进而导致轴承损坏。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的在于提供一种球面滚子轴承,使用该球面滚子轴承,即使在轴承的预期的高负载的情况下也能够使待支撑的轴显著倾斜。
该目的通过如本专利的权利要求1的球面滚子轴承、如本专利的权利要求5的球面滚子轴承组件和如本专利的权利要求6的辊式弯曲机来实现。
根据本发明,提供了一种球面滚子轴承,其包括至少一个外圈和一个内圈,该至少一个外圈和一个内圈之间布置有至少一个滚动体。这里本发明基于以下想法以使得轴能够从其中央位置倾斜:外圈相对于内圈在轴向上扩大。归因于轴向扩大,即使在不对中的情况下,滚动体也能够沿着较大表面被在轴向上引导,使得可靠地防止了滚动体组从轴承脱离旋转和脱离卡接。
这里优选地,扩大的程度由待支撑的轴将提供的倾斜而确定。如果例如要实现多个角度的倾斜,则能够相应地计算出外圈所需的扩大。
根据进一步有利的示例性实施方式,外圈相对于内圈在轴向上扩大小于20%,优选地小于10%。从而能够在不过度扩大轴承或承担轴承因物理力传递变化(特别是因较大的重力作用在轴承的一侧)而损坏的风险的情况下实现了待支撑的轴的显著倾斜。对于特殊应用,例如,在倾斜在2°到4°之间的情况下,甚至扩大百分比小于10%也能满足需求。如上述,能够经由待支撑的轴的预期倾斜来确定和设定外圈的扩大。
根据进一步有利的示例性实施方式,外圈的轴向扩大被构造成相对于内圈是非对称的。这里特别有利的是:外圈的轴向扩大被实质上单侧地构造。归因于轴向扩大的非对称(特别是单侧)构造,仍能够将滚动体配置和安装于保持架。两侧扩大将会妨碍或者甚至会防止该保持架安装,这是由于在这种情况下外圈的内径将小于内圈加上滚动体的外径。从而外圈将与滚动体组冲突(impinge),这进而防止了组装。
在轴倾斜的情况下,通常轴承在一侧在所谓的负载区比面向远离负载区的一侧负载更重。因此优选的是将外圈的实质上单侧轴向扩大配置在滚动体轴承的负载区侧。从而即使在待被支撑的轴显著倾斜的情况下滚动体组也能够被本发明的扩大的外圈支撑。因而能够可靠地避免滚动体组从轴承脱离旋转和滚动体的相关联的不成比例的更大磨耗或者甚至滚动体从轴承脱离卡接。与之相比,滚动体在非负载侧从轴承脱离旋转不表示有问题,这是由于滚动体在该侧被无负载地引导因而不会受到增大的磨耗。
本发明的另一方面涉及球面滚子轴承,其用于支撑轴,其中第一上述球面滚子轴承形成于轴的第一端部,第二上述球面滚子轴承形成于轴的第二端部。从而能够在无需考虑轴承的轴向和径向负载能力的损失的情况下使轴倾斜。
作为本发明的另一方面,示出了这在辊式弯曲机上是特别有利的,在辊式弯曲机中,高的径向和轴向力作用在支撑辊的球面滚子轴承上,但同时期望辊中的至少一者倾斜以便还能够制造圆锥轮廓。

具体实施方式
以下,用相同的附图标记来标记相同的或功能上等同的元件。
图1示意性地示出了内部容纳有轴2的轴承组件1。这里轴承组件1包括第一和第二球面滚子轴承4,各球面滚子轴承均包括与轴2连接以随着轴2转动的内圈6。滚动体10布置在球面滚子轴承4的内圈6与外圈8之间,该滚动体具有球面滚子轴承4的特征形状。此外,能够从图1看到,滚动体10以已知的方式被双室保持架12容纳并相对于彼此固定就位。
被以这种方式支撑的轴2优选地用于辊式弯曲机(roller bending machine)。图3示意性地绘出了该辊式弯曲机。辊式弯曲机通常包括3个或者如绘出的4个辊31、32、33、34,这4个辊能够以如下方式配置和相对于彼此移动:使得由板状元件35弯曲成管状元件36。这里该机30能够在室温下将重量达到大大超过100t的钢板弯曲成管。为了能够支撑作用在这里的巨大的力,通过图1所示的球面滚子轴承4来支撑辊31-34。这里以下说明的球面滚子轴承的特殊设计还能够使得辊倾斜,以使得还能够形成例如风力涡轮机的塔元件(towerelement)的圆锥轮廓(profile)。
这里图1示出了外圈8在区域14的一侧比内圈6具有更大的轴向延伸A,其中轴向扩大A的程度与轴2的预期倾斜相适配并相应地配设尺寸。这意味着例如轴向扩大小于内圈的整个轴向长度L的20%,优选地,小于内圈的轴向长度L的10%。
如果例如轴2达到如图2描绘的2°至4°的倾斜,则即使是小于10%的轴向扩大也将能足够确保该倾斜。
如提到的,图2示意性地绘出了轴2在滚动体轴承4内的这种倾斜。这里轴2的转动轴线D相对于滚动体轴承4的中心轴线M倾斜了角度α。如能够从图2进一步看到的,能够利用本发明的滚动体轴承4来以如下方式实现该倾斜:滚动体10移动进入外圈8的扩大区域A内并且进而与该扩大区域A接触并在负载区区域14内引导。从而一方面使磨耗最小化,另一方面防止了滚动体10能够被推出轴承4外。
相反地,在滚动体轴承4的非负载侧16,滚动体10从外圈8出来并且不再被完全地接触和引导。然而,由于在该侧16没有负载或仅发生轻微负载,因此滚动体10不会发生过度磨耗。另外,能够通过区域14的负载支撑和经由外圈的扩大区域A提供的扩大来防止滚动体10从滚动体轴承4脱离卡接(snapping-out)。归因于单侧的扩大设计,因此同时滚动体轴承4仍能够以其通常形式与轴承保持架安装。
总的来说,归因于优选的本发明的滚动体轴承的外圈的单侧轴向扩大,因此能够实现即使在发生大负载的情况下(例如,在用于辊式弯曲机时)轴也能够显著地倾斜,而滚动体没有过大的磨耗或过大的脱离旋转(swiveling-out),进而不会有预期的或担心的滚动体从轴承圈的脱离卡接。

Claims (5)

1.一种球面滚子轴承(4),包括至少一个外圈(8)和一个内圈(6),所述至少一个外圈(8)和一个内圈(6)之间布置有至少一个滚动体(10),其中所述外圈(8)相对于所述内圈(6)在轴向上扩大,其特征在于,所述外圈(8)的轴向扩大(A)被单侧地构造在所述球面滚子轴承(4)的负载区侧(14);
所述外圈(8)的所述轴向扩大(A)的程度由所述球面滚子轴承(4)内的滚动体(10)的将要预期的轴向脱离旋转限定;
所述滚动体为球面滚子。
2.如权利要求1所述的球面滚子轴承(4),其特征在于,所述外圈(8)相对于所述内圈(6)在轴向上扩大小于20%。
3.如权利要求2所述的球面滚子轴承(4),其特征在于,所述外圈(8)相对于所述内圈(6)在轴向上扩大小于10%。
4.一种球面滚子轴承组件(1),其用于支撑轴(2),所述球面滚子轴承组件(1)包括布置在所述轴(2)的第一端部的第一球面滚子轴承(4)和位于所述轴的第二端部的第二球面滚子轴承(4),其特征在于,所述第一球面滚子轴承和所述第二球面滚子轴承如权利要求1至3中的任一项所述地构成。
