背景技术
具有这种自动关闭装置的机动车门锁也被称为伺服锁。这种机动车门锁如常见地那样配备有锁止机构,该锁止机构包括转动锁叉和用于锁定转动锁叉的锁定爪,在这种机动车门锁中当关闭相应的机动车门或机动车舱盖时借助于机动力在锁定爪落入预锁止位置中之后将转动锁叉继续引导到主锁止位置中。大多时候在此涉及到电机。这种机动车门锁由文献DE 199 42 360 A1已知。通常,相应的机动车门锁由放置在机动车门锁旁边的电动驱动装置通过与转动锁叉共同作用的自动关闭装置施加作用。这种电动驱动装置是文献DE 10 2009 036 834 A1的主题。这种驱动装置具有控制构件以及驱动轴和传感器。这种传感器在驱动轴的回程中、也就是说在转动锁叉运动到主锁定位置中之后用于,使系统不能锁死。此外,第二传感器事先用于,使驱动电机在锁定爪落入预锁定位置中之后得到起动指令。由文献DE 10 2011 075 611 A1已知,将对于为了使转动锁叉运动到主锁止状态所需要的传感器布置在驱动装置壳体旁边并且通过粘接的盖对外地加以保护。在驱动装置的回程中,大的力可以作用于传感器,因此盖可能打开并且不总是在驱动装置上提供传感器的固定和准确布置。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是,实现一种具有用于以机动方式运动的鲍登拉索的传感器的机动车锁,该机动车锁安全地吸收在转动锁叉的回程中出现的力并且用于实现传感器的安全的安置。
该目的根据本发明由下述方式实现,即:传感器被集成/内置在驱动装置壳体中,鲍登拉索支座也与该驱动装置壳体连接,保护/固定所述传感器的盖被夹紧在驱动装置壳体中。
在这样配置的机动车锁、特别是机动车门锁中,鲍登拉索支座有利地设计为具有壳体,由此实现了非常稳固且紧凑的支承,也就是说,鲍登拉索支座和驱动装置壳体的相应的部件或整个驱动装置壳体作为一个构件安全地吸收在鲍登拉索运动时出现的力。但是特别使用这种紧凑且进而安全的驱动装置壳体用于接纳待保护的传感器,其中,接纳传感器的驱动装置壳体部件随后通过同时保护传感器的盖封闭,其中,盖被夹紧在驱动装置壳体中。在盖被安装上之后,传感器被安置在其中的内部空间对外被闭锁并且该封盖在出现任何形式的力时不能自动地从其安置位置中脱离并且进而释放待保护的传感器。此外夹紧过程是有利的,因为可以在没有另外的附加部件的情况下进行盖的这种固定,其中,盖近似在其最终位置中通过夹子/卡扣本身被拉入。
传感器在驱动装置壳体中的稳固且紧凑的支承尤其也能由此实现,即驱动装置壳体和鲍登拉索支座和/或该支座的遮盖罩一件式形成。因为是塑料构件,因此这些构件在一个工作流程中制造并且随后形成最佳地适合于接纳待保护的传感器的单元。
传感器的良好且安全的支承根据本发明特别能由此实现,即传感器被布置在紧凑的驱动装置壳体中的平行于驱动装置延伸的井洞状/通道式结构中。由此确保了,该传感器可以通过驱动装置的运动部件可靠地进行反应并且在此始终位于相同的位置中,从而不会出现接线错误。
如果传感器设计为能以预装配在盖上的方式推入驱动装置壳体或其井洞状结构中,那么总体上实现了在井洞状结构内的可靠定位和在装配时的简易化。通过推入传感器的方式也使盖立刻一同进入装配位置中并且随后通过夹紧的方式这样固定,即由此同时将传感器固定在正确的位置中。
原则上已知了,将微型开关/微动开关用作传感器。在当前的情况下这是特别有利的,因为这种微型开关在此特别好地适合于,以预装配在盖上的方式在井洞状结构中进入相应正确的位置中。在那里该微型开关可以最佳地满足其功能,不需要再调整。此外该微型开关不会由于机动车锁或驱动装置的其它部件的运动受到负面影响,这是因为该微型开关非常准确且安全地以预装配在盖上的方式进入其运行位置中。
在将盖夹紧在驱动装置壳体中时,如果执行在驱动装置壳体中或井洞状结构中用以松开夹子的接合时,则可以实现拆卸。按照另一设计方案也可能的是,将盖夹紧在驱动装置壳体上,从而也能够在驱动装置壳体或其井洞状结构外部重新松开这种固定。
传感器或微型开关通常也以被保护以免于湿气损害的方式布置在驱动装置壳体中,其中传感器或微型开关可以由此得到保护,即盖通过密封件与井洞状结构或井洞状结构的外边缘连接。通过将盖装配到井洞状结构或相应的驱动装置壳体的边缘上,密封件与夹紧同时地起作用,其中,特别可行的是密封件设计为弹性的。
如根据本发明的设计,如果盖在外侧具有孔眼,那么能够实现安全且易于完成的封闭检查(生产线末端检查)。该孔眼能够实现对盖的准确和密封的装配进行检查或在必要时利用辅助器材通过卡在孔眼中执行检查。
下面继续说明鲍登拉索,其能够安全且准确地通过驱动装置被施加作用,因为驱动装置壳体同时作为鲍登拉索支座。该鲍登拉索在此连接到锁或驱动装置壳体上,其中在端侧将与驱动装置壳体的相应的结构区域或构件相对应的端头件装配到鲍登拉索的索上。因为鲍登拉索支座和驱动装置壳体是一个结构单元,因此该端部区域或鲍登拉索的连接件被从下方引入驱动装置壳体中,这由此实现,即鲍登拉索的索能够通过在端侧压装的钢套或帽形的构件固定在连接件或鲍登拉索支座上。这些压装件虽然原则上是已知的,但是其在当前情况下提供了较大优点,即将鲍登拉索的端部安全地连接到连接件或鲍登拉索支座上。
本发明的特征特别在于,提供一种机动车锁,特别是机动车门锁,该机动车锁提供同时用作鲍登拉索支座的紧凑的驱动装置壳体,在该驱动装置壳体中附加地如此安置对于运行重要的传感器或微型开关,即该传感器或微型开关被安全地固定在预设的位置中并且被保护以免受损害。此外也简化了装配,因为传感器或微型开关与封闭用于传感器的井洞状结构的盖共同被推入该井洞状结构中,其中,盖本身通过夹紧的方式与井洞状结构或驱动装置壳体安全地连接。

具体实施方式
