Abstract

本发明涉及一种连接器加工设备,尤其涉及一种加工连接器时承接上盖冲切装置冲切出的上盖并对该上盖进行转移用旋转接料装置。为减小插针机的设计难度,减小插针机占用空间的增大量,本发明提出一种旋转接料装置,其包括旋转驱动装置、转盘及上盖夹爪,转盘与旋转驱动装置的输出端固定连接,转盘的边缘处设置有夹爪安装台;上盖夹爪安装固定在夹爪安装台上。在插针机上设置该旋转接料装置即可完成对上盖冲切装置冲切下来的上盖的转移,该旋转接料装置结构简单,设计及设置方便,占用空间较小,减小了插针机的占用空间的增大量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种连接器加工设备,尤其涉及一种加工连接器时承接上盖冲切装置冲切出的上盖并对该上盖进行转移用旋转接料装置。
背景技术
目前,常见的插针机中的上盖冲切装置将上盖从上盖料带上冲切下来后,上盖落入上盖槽内。为对上盖进行后续加工,避免上盖在上盖槽内堆积,影响插针机的工作效率,必须将上盖从上盖槽中移走。为将上盖从上盖槽中移走,通常是在上盖槽与后续加工机构之间设置传送机构,并利用该传送机构将上盖从上盖槽内传送到后续加工机构中。这样,虽然能够将上盖从上盖槽中移走,但是,在上盖槽与后续加工机构之间设置传送机构,不仅会增加插针机的设计难度,还会导致插针机的占用空间增大过多,影响使用。
发明内容
为减小插针机的设计难度,减小插针机占用空间的增大量,本发明提出一种旋转接料装置,该旋转接料装置包括旋转驱动装置、转盘及上盖夹爪,所述转盘与所述旋转驱动装置的输出端固定连接,所述转盘上设置有夹爪安装台,且该夹爪安装台位于所述转盘的边缘处;所述上盖夹爪安装固定在所述夹爪安装台上。在插针机中上盖冲切装置后端安装该旋转接料装置,并使旋转接料装置中的一个上盖夹爪位于上盖冲切装置中的冲切位置的下方,在上盖冲切装置从上盖料带上冲切下来的上盖落入到上盖夹爪内后,旋转驱动装置带动转盘旋转即可将上盖移至后续加工机构。这样,在插针机中设置该旋转接料装置即可完成对上盖冲切装置冲切下来的上盖的转移。该旋转结构的结构简单,设计及设置方便,占用空间较小,减小了插针机的占用空间的增大量。
优选地,所述夹爪安装台的中部设置有支撑上盖用的支撑凸台,该支撑凸台朝向所述上盖夹爪的两个侧面上设置有容纳通槽,且所述支撑凸台的顶面低于所述上盖夹爪的顶面。这样,在上盖落入上盖夹爪内时,可利用支撑凸台支撑上盖,增强上盖在上盖夹爪内稳定性。进一步地,所述容纳通槽内设置有支撑台,该支撑台与所述支撑凸台之间设置有导向间隙。进一步优选地,所述支撑凸台的中部设置有导向通孔,且该导向通孔的中心轴线与所述支撑凸台的顶面垂直。这样,在上盖落入上盖夹爪内时,可利用支撑台和支撑凸台配合共同支撑上盖,进一步增强上盖在上盖夹爪内的稳定性,同时可利用承转机构中从导向间隙及导向通孔穿出的承接结构将上盖从上盖冲切位置转运到上盖夹爪内,从而避免上盖在落入上盖夹爪内时因受到冲撞力而发生翻转,进而避免上盖受损,提高插针机的生产合格率。
优选地,所述上盖夹爪包括上盖左夹爪和上盖右夹爪,所述上盖左夹爪安装在所述夹爪安装台上并位于所述支撑凸台的左侧,且所述上盖左夹爪朝向所述支撑凸台的面上设置有左容纳通槽,该左容纳通槽与位于所述支撑凸台左侧的导向间隙连通;所述上盖右夹爪安装在所述夹爪安装台上并位于所述支撑凸台的右侧,且所述上盖右夹爪朝向所述支撑凸台的面上设置有右容纳通槽,该右容纳通槽与位于所述支撑凸台右侧的导向间隙连通。进一步地,所述左容纳通槽和所述右容纳通槽的两侧相对侧面的上部均呈V字型。进一步优选地,所述左容纳通槽的上部槽口的宽度小于所述右容纳通槽的上部槽口的宽度。这样,组装人员在组装该旋转接料装置时,可根据左、右容纳通槽的结构区分上盖左夹爪和上盖右夹爪,便于组装。
优选地,所述转盘上设置有两个夹爪安装台,且该两个夹爪安装台在所述转盘的旋转中心两侧呈对称设置。这样,转盘可设置为长方形,结构简单,且占用空间较小。
优选地,所述旋转驱动机构选用旋转气缸。
本发明还提出一种插针机,该插针机上安装有上述任意一种旋转接料装置,该旋转接料装置安装在所述插针机中的上盖冲切装置的后端,且所述容纳通槽位于所述上盖冲切装置中的上盖冲切位置的下方。

具体实施方式
下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,旨在用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
如图1和2所示,本发明旋转接料装置包括旋转驱动装置1、转盘2及上盖夹爪3,其中,旋转驱动装置1优选用反应及运行速度较快的旋转气缸,以满足旋转接料装置快速转移上盖的需要。转盘2与旋转驱动装置1的输出端固定连接,上盖夹爪3安装固定转盘2上。在插针机中上盖冲切装置后端安装该旋转接料装置,并使旋转接料装置中的一个上盖夹爪3位于上盖冲切位置的下方,在上盖冲切装置从上盖料带上冲切下来的上盖4落入到上盖夹爪3内后,旋转驱动装置1带动转盘2旋转即可将上盖4移至后续加工机构。这样,只需在插针机中增设该旋转接料装置即可完成上盖4的转移,且旋转接料装置的结构简单便于设计及设置,占用空间小,可减小插针机的占用空间的增大量。
如图1和2所示,转盘2的两端设置有两个安装上盖夹爪3用的夹爪安装台,且该两个夹爪安装台位于转盘2的边缘处并在转盘2的旋转中心22两侧呈对称设置。该夹爪安装台的中部设置有支撑上盖用的支撑凸台21,该支撑凸台的顶面低于上盖夹爪3的顶面,且该支撑凸台21朝向上盖夹爪3的两个侧面上均设置有容纳通槽。当上盖4落入上盖夹爪3内时,上盖4的中部由支撑凸台21支撑,上盖4的两端落入容纳通槽内,这样,可增强上盖4在上盖夹爪3内的稳定性,避免上盖4在旋转接料装置旋转过程中在上盖夹爪3内发生晃动甚至从上盖夹爪3内甩出。优选地,在容纳通槽内设置有支撑台,该支撑台位于容纳通槽朝向支撑凸台21的侧面上,且该支撑台与支撑凸台21之间设置有导向间隙(图中未标示),并在支撑凸台21的中部设置有导向通孔211,且该导向通孔211的中心轴线与支撑凸台21的顶面垂直。这样,可在上盖冲切装置的冲切位置下方设置承转机构,且该承转机构的承接结构从导向间隙及导向通孔211中穿出,用于承接上盖冲切装置冲切得到的上盖并将该上盖转运至上盖夹爪3内,从而避免上盖在落入上盖夹爪3内时因受到冲撞力而发生翻转,进而避免上盖受损,提高插针机的生产合格率。同时利用支撑台和支撑凸台21配合共同支撑上盖,进一步增强上盖在上盖夹爪内3的稳定性。当然,转盘2的形状可根据需要设置,同时,还可根据需要设置转盘2上的夹爪安装台的数量及位置。
如图1、2和3所示,上盖夹爪3包括上盖左夹爪31和上盖右夹爪32,其中,上盖左夹爪31安装在夹爪安装台上并位于支撑凸台21的左侧,且上盖左夹爪31朝向支撑凸台21的面上设置有左容纳通槽311,该左容纳通槽311与位于支撑凸台21左侧的导向间隙连通;上盖右夹爪32安装在夹爪安装台上并位于支撑凸台21的右侧,且上盖右夹爪32朝向支撑凸台21的面上设置有右容纳通槽321,该右容纳通槽321与位于支撑凸台21右侧的导向间隙连通。优选地,左容纳通槽311的两个相对的侧面的上部呈V字型,右容纳通槽321的两个相对的侧面的上部均呈V字型。这样,上盖夹爪3上的左、右容纳通槽位于上盖夹爪3的顶面上的上部槽口大于其位于上盖夹爪3的底面上的下部槽口,便于上盖4落入上盖夹爪3内。优选地,左容纳通槽311的上部槽口的宽度小于右容纳通槽321的上部槽口的宽度。这样,组装人员在组装该旋转接料装置时,可根据左容纳通槽和右容纳通槽的结构及大小区分上盖左夹爪31和上盖右夹爪32,便于组装人员区分及安装。
如图1和2所示,转盘与所述旋转驱动装置的输出端固定连接,所述转盘上设置有夹爪安装台,且该夹爪安装台位于所述转盘的边缘处;所上盖夹爪安装固定在所述夹爪安装台上。在插针机中上盖冲切装置后端安装该旋转接料装置,并使旋转接料装置中的一个上盖夹爪位于上盖冲切位置的下方,在上盖冲切装置从上盖料带上冲切下来的上盖落入到上盖夹爪内后,旋转驱动装置带动转盘旋转即可将上盖移至后续加工机构。这样,利用该旋转接料装置对上盖冲切装置冲切下来的上盖进行转移,只需在插针机中增设该旋转接料装置即可,设计简单,设置方便,且旋转接料装置占用的空间较小,进而减小了插针机的占用空间的增大量。
在本发明中,旋转接料装置安装在插针机中的上盖冲切装置的后端,且旋转接料装置中转盘2上的一个容纳通槽22位于上盖冲切装置中的冲切位置的下方。这样,上盖冲切装置冲切出的上盖可直接落入旋转接料装置上的上盖夹爪3内。
尽管上面已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,可以理解的是,上述实施例是示例性的,不能理解为对本发明的限制,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的范围内可以对上述实施例进行变化、修改、替换和变型。

Claims (4)

1.一种旋转接料装置,其特征在于,该旋转接料装置包括旋转驱动装置、转盘及上盖夹爪,所述转盘与所述旋转驱动装置的输出端固定连接,所述转盘上设置有夹爪安装台,且该夹爪安装台位于所述转盘的边缘处;所述上盖夹爪安装固定在所述夹爪安装台上;
所述夹爪安装台的中部设置有支撑上盖用的支撑凸台,该支撑凸台朝向所述上盖夹爪的两个侧面上设置有容纳通槽,且所述支撑凸台的顶面低于所述上盖夹爪的顶面;
所述容纳通槽内设置有支撑台,该支撑台与所述支撑凸台之间设置有导向间隙;
所述支撑凸台的中部设置有导向通孔,且该导向通孔的中心轴线与所述支撑凸台的顶面垂直;
所述上盖夹爪包括上盖左夹爪和上盖右夹爪,所述上盖左夹爪安装在所述夹爪安装台上并位于所述支撑凸台的左侧,且所述上盖左夹爪朝向所述支撑凸台的面上设置有左容纳通槽,该左容纳通槽与位于所述支撑凸台左侧的导向间隙连通;所述上盖右夹爪安装在所述夹爪安装台上并位于所述支撑凸台的右侧,且所述上盖右夹爪朝向所述支撑凸台的面上设置有右容纳通槽,该右容纳通槽与位于所述支撑凸台右侧的导向间隙连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的旋转接料装置,其特征在于,所述左容纳通槽和所述右容纳通槽的两侧相对侧面的上部均呈V字型。
3.根据权利要求2所述的旋转接料装置,其特征在于,所述左容纳通槽的上部槽口的宽度小于所述右容纳通槽的上部槽口的宽度。
4.根据权利要求2所述的旋转接料装置,其特征在于,所述转盘上设置有两个夹爪安装台,且该两个夹爪安装台在所述转盘的旋转中心两侧呈对称设置。
