Abstract

本发明涉及一种法兰及其连接方法。主要是为解决现有的法兰盘使用一段时间后螺栓锈蚀导致连接松动出现管路断裂现象,造成内部介质外渗,同时杂质等污物进到管内的问题而发明的。法兰包括两个法兰盘,两个法兰盘上都相对应的开有环形的焊接隔热槽,一个法兰盘上还开设有环形的密封圈安装槽,密封圈安装槽位于焊接隔热槽的内侧,密封圈安装槽内装有硅胶阻水密封圈。法兰的连接方法:将两个法兰盘分别焊接在钢塑复合管的两端,一个钢塑复合管上带有硅胶阻水密封圈的法兰盘和另一个钢塑复合管上无硅胶阻水密封圈的法兰盘相对,然后对焊接隔热槽外侧的两个法兰盘进行对焊。优点是不会出现管内介质外渗和杂质等污物进到管中污染介质的问题。

技术领域:
本发明涉及法兰技术领域,特别是涉及一种法兰及其连接方法。
背景技术:
法兰连接就是把两个管道、管件,先各自固定在一个法兰盘上,然后在两个法兰盘之间加上法兰垫,最后用螺栓将两个法兰盘拉紧使其紧密结合起来的一种可拆卸的接头。
传统的通过螺栓将两个法兰盘连接在一起的方式,使用一段时间后螺栓锈蚀导致连接松动,出现管路断裂现象,造成内部介质外渗,同时杂质等污物进到管内,对内部介质造成污染。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种连接牢固,不会出现杂质等污物进入到管中污染介质,不会发生介质渗漏的法兰及其连接方法。
上述目的是这样实现的:所述的法兰包括两个法兰盘,其特征是:两个法兰盘上都相对应的开有环形的焊接隔热槽,一个法兰盘上还开设有环形的密封圈安装槽,所述的密封圈安装槽位于焊接隔热槽的内侧,密封圈安装槽内装有硅胶阻水密封圈。
所述法兰的连接方法:将两个法兰盘分别焊接在钢塑复合管的两端,一个钢塑复合管上带有硅胶阻水密封圈的法兰盘和另一个钢塑复合管上无硅胶阻水密封圈的法兰盘相对,然后对焊接隔热槽外侧的两个法兰盘进行对焊。
本发明的优点是:连接时对位于焊接隔热腔外侧的两个法兰盘的端部进行对焊。由于在连接法兰上装有硅胶阻水密封圈,所以密封效果好,由于在连接法兰上设有焊接隔热槽,所以在对两个钢塑复合管进行对焊时,不会对硅胶阻水密封圈造成影响。由于两个法兰盘是焊接在一起的,所以连接牢固,不会出现管内介质外渗和杂质等污物进到管中污染介质的问题。

参照图1、2,所述的法兰包括两个法兰盘1,其特征是:两个法兰盘上都相对应的开有环形的焊接隔热槽2,一个法兰盘上还开设有环形的密封圈安装槽,所述的密封圈安装槽位于焊接隔热槽的内侧,密封圈安装槽内装有硅胶阻水密封圈3。

1.一种法兰,包括两个法兰盘(1),其特征是:两个法兰盘上都相对应的开有环形的焊接隔热槽(2),一个法兰盘上还开设有环形的密封圈安装槽,所述的密封圈安装槽位于焊接隔热槽的内侧,密封圈安装槽内装有硅胶阻水密封圈(3)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的法兰的连接方法,其特征是:将两个法兰盘分别焊接在钢塑复合管的两端,一个钢塑复合管上带有硅胶阻水密封圈的法兰盘和另一个钢塑复合管上无硅胶阻水密封圈的法兰盘相对,然后对焊接隔热槽外侧的两个法兰盘进行对焊。
