Abstract

一种防水织物加工方法,包括以下步骤:将经纱和纬纱混纺后制成织物;将织物铺开,将织物两面都喷洒浓度5.2%的白醋至湿润,然后将织物用干艾草燃烧后的烟气熏蒸;对织物进行超声波处理10分钟,超声波频率范围为40kHz~50kHz;取附着液加热至75‑85℃,将附着液均匀喷施在织物的两侧表面上;将聚氯乙烯接枝马来酸酐、2‑甲基丙烯酸甲酯和水按1:2:5~1:3:5的比例混合搅拌制得混合物,再加热至79℃~89℃,使织物浸足混合物,然后将织物烘干。本发明方法处理后的织物纤维结构强度好,纤维连接致密,织物能完全防水,而且织物还耐虫蛀,在露天使用环境下,本发明织物能连续使用4‑5年,本发明织物还具有优越的耐化学腐蚀性能。

一种防水织物加工方法
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织织物生产技术领域,具体涉及一种防水织物加工方法。
背景技术
防水织物在生活中会经常使用到,如雨伞、防水雨布、防水隔帘等等,使用防水织物可以为人们带来诸多方便,避免水浸湿的危险。但目前的防水织物总是存在很大问题,使其使用寿命不高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种防水织物加工方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种防水织物加工方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将经纱和纬纱混纺后制成织物;
(2)将织物铺开,将织物两面都喷洒浓度5.2%的白醋至湿润,然后将织物用干艾草燃烧后的烟气熏蒸,待织物干燥为止;
(3)对织物进行超声波处理10分钟,超声波频率范围为40kHz~50kHz;
(4)取附着液加热至75-85℃,将附着液均匀喷施在织物的两侧表面上,然后再将织物烘干;
(5)将聚氯乙烯接枝马来酸酐、2-甲基丙烯酸甲酯和水按1:2:5~1:3:5的比例混合搅拌制得混合物,再加热至79℃~89℃,将织物浸入混合物中,使织物浸足混合物,然后将织物烘干。
经纱和纬纱均由复合纤维制成,复合纤维由涤纶纤维、石墨烯、竹炭纤维按1:1:1的比例经混合纺丝而成。
超声波频率为45kHz。
附着液加热温度为80℃。
所述附着液由如下重量份原料制成:西葫芦籽11份、生军11份、罗布麻叶6份、西河柳6份、荔枝壳6份、瓜蒌皮15份、桑树叶10份、红薯淀粉1份、甘油4份;其制备方法是将除甘油外的各原料混合,然后加入除甘油外的各原料重量份5倍清水煎煮2小时,过滤后滤液自然冷却,然后加入甘油,搅拌混合后即可。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明方法处理后的织物纤维结构强度好,纤维连接致密,织物能完全防水,而且织物还耐虫蛀,在露天使用环境下,本发明织物能连续使用4-5年,本发明织物还具有优越的耐化学腐蚀性能。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
一种防水织物加工方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将经纱和纬纱混纺后制成织物;
(2)将织物铺开,将织物两面都喷洒浓度5.2%的白醋至湿润,然后将织物用干艾草燃烧后的烟气熏蒸,待织物干燥为止;
(3)对织物进行超声波处理10分钟,超声波频率范围为45kHz;
(4)取附着液加热至80℃,将附着液均匀喷施在织物的两侧表面上,然后再将织物烘干;
(5)将聚氯乙烯接枝马来酸酐、2-甲基丙烯酸甲酯和水按1:2.5:5的比例混合搅拌制得混合物,再加热至84℃,将织物浸入混合物中,使织物浸足混合物,然后将织物烘干。
经纱和纬纱均由复合纤维制成,复合纤维由涤纶纤维、石墨烯、竹炭纤维按1:1:1的比例经混合纺丝而成。

(2)将织物铺开,将织物两面都喷洒浓度5.2%的白醋至湿润,然后将织物用干艾草燃烧后的烟气熏蒸,待织物干燥为止;
(3)对织物进行超声波处理10分钟,超声波频率范围为40kHz~50kHz;
(4)取附着液加热至75-85℃,将附着液均匀喷施在织物的两侧表面上,然后再将织物烘干;
(5)将聚氯乙烯接枝马来酸酐、2-甲基丙烯酸甲酯和水按1:2:5~1:3:5的比例混合搅拌制得混合物,再加热至79℃~89℃,将织物浸入混合物中,使织物浸足混合物,然后将织物烘干。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种防水织物加工方法,其特征在于,经纱和纬纱均由复合纤维制成,复合纤维由涤纶纤维、石墨烯、竹炭纤维按1:1:1的比例经混合纺丝而成。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种防水织物加工方法,其特征在于,超声波频率为45kHz。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种防水织物加工方法,其特征在于,附着液加热温度为80℃。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种防水织物加工方法,其特征在于,所述附着液由如下重量份原料制成:西葫芦籽11份、生军11份、罗布麻叶6份、西河柳6份、荔枝壳6份、瓜蒌皮15份、桑树叶10份、红薯淀粉1份、甘油4份;其制备方法是将除甘油外的各原料混合,然后加入除甘油外的各原料重量份5倍清水煎煮2小时,过滤后滤液自然冷却,然后加入甘油,搅拌混合后即可。
