本发明涉及衣服的技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种可调温保温的衣服。
背景技术
冬季,人们将毛衣、羽绒服穿上来抵御寒冷,这些厚衣服之所以能使人感到温暖是因为它们起到了保证体温不快速流失的作用,温暖的感觉实质上是来自人体本身,而不是来自服装,故传统的防寒服装属于被动型。随着社会的进步和人们生活质量的提高,人们对于服装的要求也越来越高,夏天要穿的时尚,冬天也要穿的时尚,但是冬天比较冷,衣服就要多穿几件才能达到保暖的效果,这就使得人们看起来很臃肿,穿得多了也显得胖了,对于爱美的女同志来说就很难接受了,怎么样来改变这样的局面呢?目前市场上有许多种保暖服,比如羽绒服,现在的羽绒服很保暖,看起来也不是很厚,比较受大家的欢迎,但是存在一个缺点,有的时候天气太阳比较好,穿上羽绒服就比较热,把羽绒服脱掉又会觉得冷,给人们带来造成不便。
为了避免上述,现有技术中出现了一些可加热的衣服,例如中国专利CN108989864A公开了一种多功能的衣服,其包括衣服本体和袖子,衣服本体包括里层和外层,衣服本体上设有多于一个的红外感应器、微机控制器、可拆卸的电源、多于一个的温度测量模块和加热装置,所述电源(2)为所述红外感应器、微机控制器、所述温度测量模块和所述加热装置提供能量,红外感应器连接所述微机控制器,控制微机控制器的开启,微机控制器控制所述加热装置加热,加热装置设于里层和外层之间,温度测量模块包括指示模块,温度传感器和控制器,指示模块将自身温度与临界温度值的比较,控制器控制所述加热装置加热至临界值,使用时,电源连接至衣服本体,然后所述红外感应器感应到人体红外光谱的变化后,传输信号至微机控制器,微机控制器控制加热装置加热,加热装置为电阻丝加热,温度传感器检测周围环境的温度,通过指示模块对比自身温度与临界温度值后,由控制器控制加热装置加热至临界值。
以上现有技术中,调温是通过控制部件对电阻丝工作的启动或关闭,导致对温度的调节不够精确,调温效果较差;另外,该方式必然地需要依赖电源等电能,无法达到节能之效果。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种可调温保温的衣服,该衣服具有较好的调温效果,较为节能。
一种可调温保温的衣服,包括衣本体,所述衣本体包括外侧的保温层、位于所述包温层之内侧的芯层,所述芯层包括由储热调温纤维交织而成的织物,所述储热调温纤维由包含成纤聚合物和固-固相变材料的原料经纺丝而成。
进一步地,所述储热调温纤维的原料包含40~80wt%成纤聚合物和20~60wt%固-固相变材料。
进一步地,所述固-固相变材料为纤维素丙酸酯-g-二乙二醇正十六烷基醚固-固相变材料、聚氨酯固-固相变材料、壳聚糖-g-月桂酸固-固相变材料中的一种或至少二种。
进一步地,所述储热调温纤维的原料还包含2~6wt%的相容剂,以成纤聚合物和成纤聚合物的总质量为100wt%计。
进一步地,所述相容剂为聚丙烯接枝聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯、聚丙烯接枝马来酸酯、聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯中的一种或至少二种。
进一步地,所述成纤聚合物为共聚丙烯腈、共聚酯、聚丙烯和聚酰胺中的一种或至少两种。
进一步地,所述储热调温纤维的熔融焓为20~45J/g。
进一步地,所述衣本体还设有温度模块,所述加热装置包括一温度执行部件;一电源;一温度测量单元,用以测量所述芯层的温度;一控制部件,用以在不高于预设的温度时控制温度执行部件加热,在低于预设温度时控制温度执行部件制冷。
进一步地,温度执行部件包括石墨烯电加热膜和半导体制冷片。
进一步地,所述保温层由包含纳米陶瓷粉体和涤纶成纤树脂的原料经纺丝所得的纤维交织而成。
本发明的可调温保温的衣服,衣本体的芯层由储热调温纤维交织而成的织物,储热调温纤维所含有的固-固相变材料能对热量储存,在温度较高的环境下吸收热量,在温度较低环境下释放热量,从能使得芯层具有较好的调温效果;保温层可隔绝热量由衣本体外侧进入到芯层以及防止热量散失到外部,由此使得衣本体具有保温效果。另外,储热调温纤维的调温不依赖外界能源,可达到节能之目的。

上述实施例中,可调温保温的衣服100,衣本体20的芯层22由储热调温纤维交织而成的织物,储热调温纤维所含有的固-固相变材料能对热量储存,在温度较高的环境下吸收热量,在温度较低环境下释放热量,从能使得芯层22具有较好的调温效果;保温层21可隔绝热量由衣本体20外侧进入到芯层22以及防止热量散失到外部,由此使得衣本体20具有保温效果。另外,储热调温纤维的调温不依赖外界能源,可达到节能之目的。
形成上述芯层22所包括的织物既可以为织造物和非织造物。织造物是指由经线和纬线按照横纵交叉的方式形成;非织造物是指纤维不按照经线和纬线的方式交叉。对于织造物而言,可将储热调温纤维交织成纤维网,再采用公知的粘合、缝合或热压而成的片状物的织物。对于非织造物的芯层22而言,可将储热调温纤维按照常规的织造方式(例如梭织、针织、三向织物等)得到。
在储热调温纤维中,对其原料的具体含量不做特别严苛的要求,但较好地,可包含40~80wt%成纤聚合物和20~60wt%固-固相变材料。例如,成纤聚合物的含量可为40wt%、42wt%、45wt%、50wt%、60wt%、70wt%、75wt%、78wt%或80wt%等;固-固相变材料的含量可为20wt%、22wt%、25wt%、30wt%、40wt%、50wt%、55wt%、58wt%或60wt%等。
上述固-固相变材料是指相变材料完成储存热量和释放热量的两相均为固相。固-固相变材料可列举出纤维素丙酸酯-g-二乙二醇正十六烷基醚固-固相变材料、聚氨酯固-固相变材料、壳聚糖-g-月桂酸固-固相变材料及其任意组合的实例。当然,还可采用其它的固-固相变材料,例如壳聚糖-脂肪酸固相变材料,其制备方法为:先将壳聚糖溶解于0.05%~2%乙酸水溶液中,得到0.5~5%壳聚糖水溶液;再向壳聚糖水溶液中加入熔融的脂肪酸,反应后得到固一固相变材料,脂肪酸为含有6个以上碳原子的脂肪酸。或者地固-固相变材料还可为(甲基)丙烯酸正烷基酯固-固相变材料,其制备方法为:先将含有羟基、氨基或羧基的高分子化合物中的至少一种加入到分散液中,形成分散均匀的悬浮液,在50~400r/min搅拌下升温至50~95℃反应,再加入高分子化合物质量0.1~2%的催化剂或引发剂,继而加入高分子化合物质量30一300%的(甲基)丙烯酸正烷基酯,同样速度搅拌下反应6~24h,得到的反应产物用去离子水和有机溶剂分别洗涤三次,干燥后,即得到梳形高分子型固一固相变材料;所述含有经基、氨基或羧基的高分子化合物为纤维素、动物毛发、麻或壳聚糖;所述分散液是水、甲酸、乙酸、甲醇或乙醇;所述催化剂或引发剂是指过氧化氢一亚硫酸氢钠、过硫酸按一亚硫酸氢钠、过硫酸钾一亚硫酸氢钠或次氯酸钠一亚硫酸氢钠,或者硫酸铈、硝酸铈或氯化铈;有机溶剂是指能够溶解(甲基)丙烯酸正烷基酯和聚(甲基)丙烯酸正烷基酯的溶剂。
此处,纤维素丙酸酯-g-二乙二醇正十六烷基醚固-固相变材料的制备方法不作特别限定,可列举出一种制备方法:将将4.5g TDI(甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯)和8.25g E2C16(二乙二醇正十六烷基醚)分别加入到适量的DMF(N,N-二甲基甲酰胺)中(TDI与E2C16的摩尔比为1.1:1),在TDI的DMF溶液中加人少量催化剂DBTDL(TDI质量的0.1%),在1h内将E2C16的DMF溶液逐滴加入TDI溶液中,在60℃下继续反应Sh,得到预聚物溶液。将适量纤维素溶解于离子液体AmimCl(氯化1-烯丙基-甲基咪唑离子液体)中,于80℃充分搅拌1h后加人适量丙酸酐继续反应3h,得到纤维素丙酸醋(CP)。将预聚物溶液和纤维素溶液加入三口瓶中,加人少量催化剂DBTDL(二月桂酸二丁基锡)(TDI质量分数为0.2%),于70℃反应6h,停止加热,搅拌,在去离子水中沉淀。于70℃减压抽滤,沉淀物用去离子水洗涤2~3次,除去未反应的E2C16和预聚物,冷却至室温,于50℃真空干燥至恒重,得到接枝共聚物CP-g-E2C16(即纤维素丙酸酯-g-二乙二醇正十六烷基醚固-固相变材料)。
此处,壳聚糖-g-月桂酸固-固相变材料的制备方法不作特别限定,可列举出一种制备方法:将壳聚糖溶解在3%的乙酸水溶液中配制成质量分数为2%的壳聚糖溶液。将壳聚糖溶液加人到高速剪切的凝固浴中,剪切1min,乳化仪转速为4000r/min,凝固浴由质量分数为50%的无水乙醇,5%的氢氧化钠和45%的去离子水组成。待壳聚糖在凝固浴中析出后,用去离子水清洗数次,使得pH为7,用无水乙醇清洗数次,浸泡在无水乙醇中备用。然后,将常压反应工艺:壳聚糖与月桂酸质量比1,在40℃的水、乙醇(水与乙醇比例1:1)混合溶剂中常压搅拌反应3h。
此处,聚氨酯固-固相变材料的制备方法不作特别限定,可列举出一种制备方法:将PEG(聚乙二醇)在100~120℃下真空脱水3~4h后降温至50℃,加入到适量D F中,搅拌溶解后加入计量的MDI(4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯)在氮气保护下,60~70℃反应2h,生成聚氨酯预聚物,再加入经脱水蒸馏处理的BDO(1,4-丁二醇),扩链反应2h后,倒入模具中于80℃真空干燥箱中保持48h,即可。
储热调温纤维的原料还可包含相容剂。相容剂的用量以2~6wt%为佳,以成纤聚合物和成纤聚合物的总质量为100wt%计。例如,相容剂的用量可以为2wt%、2.2wt%、2.5wt%、3wt%、3.5wt%、4wt%、5wt%、5.5wt%、5.8wt%或6wt%等。这里,相容剂又称增容剂,是指借助于分子间的键合力,促使不相容的两种聚合物结合在一体,进而得到稳定的共混物的助剂。可列举出相容剂为聚丙烯接枝聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯、聚丙烯接枝马来酸酯、聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯一种或其任意组合的具体实例。
由纤聚合物、固-固相变材料和相容剂等原料得到织物的方法可采用公知的方式,如可先将成纤聚合物(例如可为塑胶粒子)、固-固相变材料分别干燥除去水分至50~150ppm。接着将干燥后的各原料分别熔融后置入各自的计量泵中。再将熔融后的各原料通过皮芯型复合喷丝板或并列型复合喷丝板挤出,形成纺丝细流。然后采用公知技术对形成的纺丝细流进行冷却、牵伸、加捻、加弹、上油、定型、卷曲、切断等工艺处理,制成不同规格的储热调温纤维短纤维或长丝。
储热调温纤维的熔融焓为20~45J/g,具有较好的储热量。这里,熔融焓为熔融时的热焓值。其断裂强度3.5~5.5cN/dtex、单纤维断裂伸长率100~120%,抽提后纤维的质量损失率小于6%。
为了弥补在极端温度下,例如极端低温或极端高温的温度下,防止芯层22的织物的储热调温纤维部分丧失其储热的作用,可在衣本体20设置温度模块40。温度模块40可包括一温度执行部件41;一电源42;一温度测量单元43,用以测量所述芯层22的温度;一控制部件44,用以在不高于第一预设的温度时控制温度执行部件41加热,在低于第二预设温度时控制温度执行部件41制冷。
这样,在极端低温时,控制部件44启动温度执行部件41进行加热,直至该温度不超过第一预设温度;在出极端高温时,控制部件44启动温度执行部件41制冷,直至低于第二预设温度。可以理解的是,第一预热温度要低于第二预设温度,这样可使得温度模块40将温度控制在合理的范围内。二者可根据需要设定,例如第一预设温度可设定为40℃,第二预设温度可设定为-5℃。那么,在第一预设温度和第二预设温度之间的温度,可不启动温度模块40来调温,而只依靠芯层22的织物完成储热放热来调温。
上述温度执行部件41可包括具有制冷的部件和具有加热的部件。制冷部件可为半导体制冷片。半导体制冷片也叫热电制冷片系利用半导体材料的Peltier效应,当直流电通过两种不同半导体材料串联成的电偶时,在电偶的两端即可分别吸收热量和放出热量,可以实现制冷的目的。加热部件可为石墨烯电加热膜。此处,石墨烯电加热膜是以石墨烯材料作为产生热效应的膜。石墨烯材料具有较好的导电性,例如其电阻率约10-6Ω·cm,具有较好的导热性,例如其导热系数高达5300W/m·K。其导电性和导热性要优于碳纤维,这决定了石墨烯电加热膜具有较好的热效率,电能转化率高,以及加热升温速率较快。石墨烯电加热膜可采用市售的产品或者按照公知的方法来制作。
容易理解的是,温度执行部件41可设置于芯层22的织物中,也可设置于靠近芯层22的位置,例如芯层22的表面等。
控制部件44可为PLC。这里PLC是指可编程逻辑控制器,是一种采用一类可编程的存储器,用于其内部存储程序,执行逻辑运算、顺序控制、定时、计数与算术操作等面向用户的指令,并通过数字或模拟式输入/输出控制各种类型的机械或生产过程。当然,控制部件44还可为CPU、MCU、单片机等其它的形式,于此不详述。
温度测量单元43可既可以采用温度传感器,或者温度计等。
保温层21的材质可列举出纳米陶瓷粉体和涤纶成纤树脂的原料经纺丝所得的纤维交织而成。这里可列举出一种保温层21的制备方法,(1)、将重量份为90-98的聚酯,与重量份为2-10的纳米陶瓷粉体均匀混合形成混合物;
(2)、对步骤1)得到的混合物进行预结晶和充填干燥除湿处理,使所述混合物的含水量不大于30PPM;(3)将步骤2)得到的混合物利用POY纺丝机进行纺丝,POY纺丝机的熔体温度为285~295℃,冷却吹风温度为18~25℃,吹风速度0.2~0.8m/s,纺纱速度2800~3600m/min;(4)使用牵伸加捻机对;将步骤3)得到的纺丝进行牵伸加捻,牵伸加捻速度500~850m/min,拉伸倍数为1.35~2.2,牵伸加捻机的一区温度为160~220℃,二区温度为140~200℃。当然保温层21还可采用其它公知的形式,例如采用由纳米金属粒子和常规纤维熔融再纺丝交织而成,后者采用中空纤维纺丝交织而成等。
当然,上述衣本体20还可包括内衬23。内衬23是指最靠近皮肤的层。内衬23的材质可采用服装领域常规的材质,不作详述。
尽管以上较多使用了表示结构的术语,例如“衣本体”、“保温层”、“芯层”等,但并不排除使用其它术语的可能性。使用这些术语仅仅是为了更方便地描述和解释本发明的本质;把它们解释成任何一种附加的限制都是与本发明精神相违背的。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应所述以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (10)

1.一种可调温保温的衣服,其特征在于,包括衣本体,所述衣本体包括外侧的保温层、位于所述包温层之内侧的芯层,所述芯层包括由储热调温纤维交织而成的织物,所述储热调温纤维由包含成纤聚合物和固-固相变材料的原料经纺丝而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的衣服,其特征在于,所述储热调温纤维的原料包含40~80wt%成纤聚合物和20~60wt%固-固相变材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的衣服,其特征在于,所述固-固相变材料为纤维素丙酸酯-g-二乙二醇正十六烷基醚固-固相变材料、聚氨酯固-固相变材料、壳聚糖-g-月桂酸固-固相变材料中的一种或至少二种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的衣服,其特征在于,所述储热调温纤维的原料还包含2~6wt%的相容剂,以成纤聚合物和成纤聚合物的总质量为100wt%计。
5.根据权利要求1所述的衣服,其特征在于,所述相容剂为聚丙烯接枝聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯、聚丙烯接枝马来酸酯、聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯中的一种或至少二种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的衣服,其特征在于,所述成纤聚合物为共聚丙烯腈、共聚酯、聚丙烯和聚酰胺中的一种或至少两种。
7.根据权利要求5所述的衣服,其特征在于,所述储热调温纤维的熔融焓为20~45J/g。
8.根据权利要求1所述的衣服,其特征在于,所述衣本体还设有温度模块,所述温度模块包括一温度执行部件;一电源;一温度测量单元,用以测量所述芯层的温度;一控制部件,用以在不高于第一预设的温度时控制温度执行部件加热,在低于第二预设温度时控制温度执行部件制冷。
9.根据权利要求8所述的衣服,其特征在于,所述温度执行部件包括石墨烯电加热膜和半导体制冷片。
10.根据权利要求1所述的衣服,其特征在于,所述保温层由包含纳米陶瓷粉体和涤纶成纤树脂的原料经纺丝所得的纤维交织而成。
