本发明公开了一种水基金属润滑油组合物,包括以下重量份数的原料:石油树脂改性石蜡乳液20~40份、季戊四醇四油酸酯5~10份、卡波树脂3~8份、油酸钾1~3份、无机改性剂5~10份、改性添加剂1~2份、丙二醇2~6份、柠檬酸钠1~4份、2‑膦酸基丁烷‑1,2,4‑三羧酸1~2份、磺化蓖麻油3~8份、气相二氧化钛1~3份、防闪锈剂1~2份和水40~60份;本发明同时公开了一种水基金属润滑油组合物的制备方法。本发明的润滑油是水基润滑油,具有良好的润滑、清洁、冷却、防锈和缓冲作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及润滑油技术领域,具体涉及一种水基金属润滑油组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
摩擦磨损是自然界普遍存在的现象,目前,全世界生产能源的1/3以上用于克服摩擦阻力。摩擦磨损是机械材料失效的三种主要形式之一,资料表明我国每年因摩擦磨损造成的经济损失超过1000亿美元。金属加工过程中的摩擦磨损尤为严重,需要添加润滑油以减少加工过程中金属之间因接触而产生的磨擦与磨损。润滑油是一种应用于两个相对运动的物体之间用于减少摩擦、保护机械及加工件的液体或半固体润滑剂,主要起润滑、防锈、清洁、辅助冷却、密封和缓冲等作用。
润滑油一般由基础油和添加剂两部分组成。基础油是润滑油的主要成分,决定润滑油的基本性质,添加剂则可弥补和改善基础油性能方面的不足,赋予某些新的性能,为润滑油的重要组成部分。现有的矿物基润滑油的润滑、防锈性能优越,但冷却、清洁性能差;水基切削液具备的冷却、清洁性能较为优良,但其润滑、防锈、缓冲性能需要进一步提高。
发明内容
针对现有技术不足,本发明提供了一种综合性能优良的水基金属润滑油组合物及其制备方法。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:一种水基金属润滑油组合物,包括以下重量份数的原料:石油树脂改性石蜡乳液20~40份、季戊四醇四油酸酯5~10份、卡波树脂3~8份、油酸钾1~3份、无机改性剂5~10份、改性添加剂1~2份、丙二醇2~6份、柠檬酸钠1~4份、2-膦酸基丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸1~2份、磺化蓖麻油3~8份、气相二氧化钛1~3份、防闪锈剂1~2份和水40~60份。
进一步地,所述无机填料为纳米羟基磷灰石粉和纳米云母粉,其质量份比为1:1~3。
进一步地,所述改性添加剂为1%浓度的亚硝酸钠水溶液。
所述的一种水基金属润滑油组合物,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)按照所述重量份数备取原料;
2)将备取好的石油树脂改性石蜡乳液、季戊四醇四油酸酯、卡波树脂、丙二醇、磺化蓖麻油、2-膦酸基丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸和水依次置于反应釜中,高速搅拌30~60min;
3)将油酸钾、柠檬酸钠、无机改性剂、改性添加剂、气相二氧化钛和防闪锈剂加入至反应釜中,于40~60℃、中速条件下连续搅拌2~3h;
4)降至室温,过滤后得到本发明的润滑油。
与现有技术相比,本发明具备的有益效果:
本发明的润滑油是水基润滑油,很容易在金属加工接触面上黏附和展开,具有优良的润滑性能;本发明可根据加工需要采用水作为溶剂进行稀释,使用方便、安全;本发明的润滑油可容易地吸附在金属表面上,可以形成熔点较高、稳定、牢固的润滑膜层,在加工过程的高压、高温和激烈的摩擦作用下也不致被破坏,其润滑及冷却效果较好;本发明在长期贮存或使用过程中不易变质,体系稳定性优良,尤其在夏季使用其保质期长,且对操作人员无毒无害,对环境无污染。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
实施例1:一种水基金属润滑油组合物,包括以下重量份数的原料:石油树脂改性石蜡乳液30份、季戊四醇四油酸酯8份、卡波树脂5份、油酸钾2份、无机改性剂7份、改性添加剂1.5份、丙二醇4份、柠檬酸钠3份、2-膦酸基丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸1.5份、磺化蓖麻油5份、气相二氧化钛2份、防闪锈剂1.5份和水50份。
进一步地,所述无机填料为纳米羟基磷灰石粉和纳米云母粉,其质量份比为1:2;所述改性添加剂为1%浓度的亚硝酸钠水溶液。
所述的一种水基金属润滑油组合物,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)按照所述重量份数备取原料;
2)将备取好的石油树脂改性石蜡乳液、季戊四醇四油酸酯、卡波树脂、丙二醇、磺化蓖麻油、2-膦酸基丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸和水依次置于反应釜中,高速搅拌45min;
3)将油酸钾、柠檬酸钠、无机改性剂、改性添加剂、气相二氧化钛和防闪锈剂加入至反应釜中,于50℃、中速条件下连续搅拌2.5h;
4)降至室温,过滤后得到本发明的润滑油。
实施例2:一种水基金属润滑油组合物,包括以下重量份数的原料:石油树脂改性石蜡乳液20份、季戊四醇四油酸酯5份、卡波树脂3份、油酸钾1份、无机改性剂5份、改性添加剂1份、丙二醇2份、柠檬酸钠1份、2-膦酸基丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸1份、磺化蓖麻油3份、气相二氧化钛1份、防闪锈剂1份和水40份。

进一步地,所述无机填料为纳米羟基磷灰石粉和纳米云母粉,其质量份比为2:5;所述改性添加剂为1%浓度的亚硝酸钠水溶液。

将上述实施例1-5制备的润滑油组合物进行加工性能测试,在本发明的润滑油保护下选用铣刀刀具对铝件进行加工,在加工100件铝件后,测试刀具的使用状况良好,润滑、冷却性能较好,不生锈,而且易于清洁或使用清洁。而采用普通润滑油进行测试,在同样的加工工艺条件下,刀具仅能加工60件铝件,且刀具容易生锈,冷却、清洁性较差。

1.一种水基金属润滑油组合物,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:石油树脂改性石蜡乳液20~40份、季戊四醇四油酸酯5~10份、卡波树脂3~8份、油酸钾1~3份、无机改性剂5~10份、改性添加剂1~2份、丙二醇2~6份、柠檬酸钠1~4份、2-膦酸基丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸1~2份、磺化蓖麻油3~8份、气相二氧化钛1~3份、防闪锈剂1~2份和水40~60份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水基金属润滑油组合物,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:石油树脂改性石蜡乳液30份、季戊四醇四油酸酯8份、卡波树脂5份、油酸钾2份、无机改性剂7份、改性添加剂1.5份、丙二醇4份、柠檬酸钠3份、2-膦酸基丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸1.5份、磺化蓖麻油5份、气相二氧化钛2份、防闪锈剂1.5份和水50份。
