Abstract

新戊基多元醇酯(NPE‑3)与癸二酸异辛酯(1:1)为混合基础油添加五硫化物TDPS532:0‑0.5%、极压抗磨剂T305:0‑0.336%、苯三唑脂肪胺盐T406E:0‑0.336%、二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸酯Rc6340:0‑1.2%、猪油cd‑1:0.05‑1.805%。本发明具有较好抗磨和承载性能。

一种在新戊基多元醇酯与癸二酸异辛酯中添加聚五硫化物和 猪油等添加剂的环保齿轮润滑油
技术领域
本发明涉及润滑油技术领域,特别是涉及一种环保齿轮润滑油。
背景技术
在新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)和癸二酸异辛酯按 1:1 的混合润滑油中添加在新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)和癸二酸异辛酯1:1混合润滑油中添加五硫化物TDPS532 、极压抗磨剂T305、苯三唑脂肪胺盐T406E、二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸酯Rc6340、猪油 cd-1进行配比,进行验证组试验,使用人工神经网络方法优化计算,并进行了复证。由于含有硫磷元素,因此有一定的腐蚀性。
在以新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)和癸二酸异辛酯按 1:1 的混合润滑油中加入五种添加剂的含量配比 采用人工神经网络进行优化设计。在新戊基多元醇酯NPE-3和癸二酸异辛酯按 1:1混合中加入五硫化物TDPS532、极压抗磨剂T305、苯三唑脂肪胺盐T406E、二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸酯Rc6340、猪油 cd-1,最大无卡咬负荷 Pb可达980N。392N/1h=0.337mm,441N/30min=0.37mm.
选新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)与癸二酸异辛酯按 1:1 的混合润滑油为基础油,润滑油添加剂选取五硫化物TDPS532、极压抗磨剂T305、苯三唑脂肪胺盐T406E、二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸酯Rc6340、猪油 cd-1进行配比,进行验证组试验,研究采用5因素9 水平测试。考察目标为Y1=Pb,Y2=D,Y3=D,使用均匀设计表安排试验,试验结果,研究应用于合成油中添加剂在可生物降解基础油中的摩擦学研究,
新戊基多元醇酯(Neopentyl Polyol Ester,NPE-3 NPE-2,是分子结构中酯基邻位为季碳原子的一类合成酯,比双酯具有更优异的热和水解稳定性。包括 NPE-3,NPE-2,新戊基多元醇酯具有优良的高、低温性能,闪点高,倾点低,它的粘度较低 40℃,一般常 用作Ⅱ型航空发动机油,高温链条油,合成空气压缩机油与之环保制冷剂相容的冷冻机油的基础油,也可和聚-烯烃使橡胶收缩和对添加剂相容性不好的缺陷。用作内燃机齿轮油的基础油。NPE-2 特别适合Ⅱ型航空发动机油, NPE-3 适合合成酯高温链条油。新戊基多元醇的其理化性能见表1。
癸二酸二异辛酯(Dioctyl sebacate) 别名:癸二酸二辛酯,癸二酸二(2-乙基己)酯,1,10-癸二酸二(2--乙基己)酯。无色或淡黄色透明油状液体,具体特殊气味。溶于烃类、醇类,酯类、氯代烃类和乙醚,苯等有机溶剂。增塑效率高,挥发性低,既有优良的耐寒性,又有较好的耐热性、耐光性和电绝缘性。癸二酸异辛酯的理化性质见表2。
聚五硫化物(TDPS532)是一种含硫量很高的极压抗磨剂。聚五硫化物(TDPS532)的理化性能见表3。
极压抗磨剂(T305)属于S、P、N型抗磨添加剂。在摩擦过程中,S、P、N与摩擦副金属表面发生反应,生成硫化物、磷化物等极压抗磨化学膜,具有优良的极压性、抗磨性和摩擦改进性,并且与其他添加剂配伍性好。极压抗磨剂(T305)理化性能见表4
多功能添加剂T406E。苯三唑脂肪胺盐(T-406)具有抗腐蚀、抗高温氧化、耐磨、防锈等多种功能。T406E添加剂在常温下为液体,具有抗磨减磨的功能。理化性能见表5
二丁基二硫代氨基甲酰酯(RC6340)是二烃基五硫化物(RC2540)的衍生产品,相比RC2540,RC6340具有更好的摩擦学性能,抗磨减磨效果更为明显。并且相比较RC2540,二丁基二硫代甲酰胺RC6340具有更好的油溶性和脂溶性是非常优异的润滑油添加剂。二丁基二硫代氨基甲酰酯(RC6340)理化性能见6
液体猪油cd-1:油性添加剂是由猪皮和猪油精制而成,黄色油状液体,易溶于醚类溶剂,分子中酯基易于金属表面形成定向吸附层,提高润滑性能,降低磨损程度,适用于轧制油及金属切割油的调配,也可与乳化剂复合,配置乳化油,半合成液,猪油cd-1由上海骋德贸易有限公司提供。液体猪油cd-1的理化性能见附表7。
在新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)与癸二酸异辛酯按 1:1混合油中添加五硫化物TDPS532:0-0.5% 、极压抗磨剂T305:0.02-1.802%:、苯三唑脂肪胺盐(T-406)T406E:0-0.336%:、二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸酯Rc6340:0-1.2%、猪油 cd-1:0.05-1.805%,设计了 5因素9水平的试验,试验结果为:做出Pb值和长磨值,Pb最大921N,长磨值:392N/1h=0.36mm,441N/30min=0.363mm。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种具有优良的高低温承载性能、耐压抗磨性能,满足各种汽车齿轮箱润滑的新戊基多元醇酯((NPE-3)与癸二酸异辛酯按 1:1混合的环保齿轮润滑油。
采用的技术方案是:
一种在新戊基多元醇酯与癸二酸异辛酯按 1:1混合油含有猪油等添加剂的润滑油,在新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)与癸二酸异辛酯按 1:1混合油中添加五硫化物TDPS532:0-0.5% 、极压抗磨剂T305:0.02-1.802%、苯三唑脂肪胺盐(T-406)T406E:0-0.336%:、二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸酯Rc6340:0-1.2%、猪油 cd-1:0.05-1.805%,加热后经混合均匀制成。
其配方为:
在新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)与癸二酸异辛酯按 1:1混合油中加入占新戊基多元醇酯百分比的下述物质五硫化物TDPS532:0-0.5% 、极压抗磨剂T305:0.02-1.802%、苯三唑脂肪胺盐(T-406)T406E:0-0.336%:、二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸酯Rc6340:0-1.2%、猪油 cd-1:0.05-1.805%。
其优点在于:
本发明具有对新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)与癸二酸异辛酯按 1:1混合油润滑性能,承载能力高有提高,并具有较好抗磨和承载性能。
具体实施方式
实施例一
一种在新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)与癸二酸异辛酯按 1:1混合油含有五硫化物的猪油等添加剂的润滑油,以新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)与癸二酸异辛酯按 1:1混合加入占新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3):润滑油添加剂配方选硫五硫化物TDPS532:0.187% 、极压抗磨剂T305:0.416%:、苯三唑脂肪胺盐T406E:0.313%:、二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸酯Rc6340:1.05%、猪油cd-1:1.415%,:,搅拌均匀后80℃加热40分钟,即得。
所述新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)基邻位为季碳原子的一类合成酯,比双酯具有更优异的热和水解稳定性,主要包括新戊二醇酯、三羟甲基丙烷酯和季戊四醇酯。
实施例二
一种在新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)含有猪油等添加剂的润滑油,以新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)与癸二酸异辛酯为(1:1)混合基础油加入占新戊基多元醇酯与癸二酸异辛酯重量百分比:五硫化物TDPS532:0.12% 、极压抗磨剂T305:0.218%:苯三唑脂肪胺盐T406E:0.83%:、二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸酯Rc6340:1.05%、猪油 cd-1:1.22%,混合搅拌均匀后80℃加热40分钟,即得。
实施例三
一种在新戊基多元醇酯NPE-3)与癸二酸异辛酯为混合基础油含有猪油等添加剂的润滑油,其配方为:在新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)与癸二酸异辛酯为混合基础油中加入占新戊基多元醇酯与癸二酸异辛酯(1:1)为混合基础油百分比的下述物质:五硫化物TDPS532:0.25%、极压抗磨剂T305:0.02%:、苯三唑脂肪胺盐T406E:0.35%:、二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸酯Rc6340:0.45%、猪油 cd-1:1.61%,
实施例四
一种在新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)与癸二酸异辛酯为混合基础油含有猪油等添加剂的润滑油,其配方为:在新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)中加入占新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)与癸二酸异辛酯百分比的下述物质:五硫化物TDPS532:0.125 % 、极压抗磨剂T305:0.218%:、苯三唑脂肪胺盐T406E:0.05%、二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸酯Rc6340:1.2%、猪油cd-1: 1.22%。

1.一种在新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)与癸二酸异辛酯为混合基础油中含有猪油等添加剂的润滑油,其特征在于:其配方为:
新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)与癸二酸异辛酯(1:1)中加入占新戊基多元醇酯与癸二酸异辛酯混合基础油占百分比的下述物质:五硫化物TDPS532:0-0.5% 、极压抗磨剂T305:0.02-1.802%、苯三唑脂肪胺盐T406E:0-0.336%、二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸酯Rc6340:0-1.2%、猪油cd-1:0.05-1.805%。
