本发明属于聚氨酯合成领域,具体涉及一种无溶剂型单组份自结纹材料及其制备方法。本发明所述的无溶剂型单组份自结纹材料由聚醚多元醇、异氰酸酯、催化剂、增稠剂、潜固化剂、填料、颜料、抗氧剂、消泡剂、紫外线吸收剂、润湿分散剂和除水剂制成。所述的无溶剂型单组份自结纹材料,具有施工简单、环保、强度高、耐候性优良的特性;本发明的制备方法工艺简单、易于实现。

技术领域
本发明属于聚氨酯合成领域,具体涉及一种无溶剂型单组份自结纹材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
塑胶场地以硬度适宜,强度高,颜色艳丽美观,并能显著提高运动员的成绩,自诞生之日起逐步为大家所认可,目前国内塑胶跑道、球场的数量也随着人们生活水平的提高而逐年增加。其中塑胶跑道的铺设面积近些年增长尤为明显,一方面我们看到人们对此产品的认可,另一方面从市场使用反馈来看此产品需要改进的地方还是比较多的,尤其是面层。目前塑胶跑道面层主流施工方式为:浆料/粘合剂+颗粒+颜料混合进行喷涂,铺设的场地使用一段时间后会出现颗粒的脱落,一方面需要清扫,另一方面磨损的场地抗滑值会降低,影响运动效果。在此市场需求下,一种不需要加颗粒的自结纹型面层应运而生,喷涂过程中不需要加入颗粒,施工场地长久使用后也不会出现颗粒脱落的弊病。
目前市场上常规自结纹材料均为双组份或多组份产品,施工麻烦,易出现因配比问题或个别组份漏加导致场地施工效果差、无法满足使用要求的问题;另外大部分厂家产品含有溶剂,施工过程气味较大,损害环境,不够环保;从场地使用年限上看产品质量也是良莠不齐,部分厂家产品施工1-2年即出现场地面层磨平的问题。因为市场上迫切需一种单组份无溶剂型高强度产品,以保证施工过程无味、施工工序简单、施工后场地使用年限长的预期效果。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种无溶剂型单组份自结纹材料,具有施工简单、环保、强度高、耐候性优良的特性;本发明同时提供其制备方法。
本发明所述的无溶剂型单组份自结纹材料,由以下重量百分数的原料组成:

所述的聚醚多元醇为官能度为3,数均分子量为3000~3500和4500~6500的聚氧化丙烯三醇,质量比为3:1。优选N330(江苏钟山化工有限公司)和GPR-6000(江苏钟山化工有限公司)。
所述的异氰酸酯为二苯基甲烷二氰酸酯,优选MDI-50(烟台万华聚氨酯股份有限公司)或MI(BASF公司)的一种或两种。
所述的催化剂为N,N-双(二甲氨基丙基)异丙醇胺和二月桂酸二丁基锡或异辛酸锌,质量比为1:1。
所述的增稠剂为BYK-410(德国毕克化学公司)和德谦229(海明斯德谦化学有限公司),质量比为1:1。
所述的潜固化剂为ALT-101(安乡艾利特化工有限公司)。
所述的填料为800目滑石粉或600目滑石粉中的一种或两种;颜料为氧化铁红。
所述的抗氧剂为1,3,5-三(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苄基)-均三嗪-2,4,6-(1H,3H,5H)三酮;紫外线吸收剂为双(1,2,2,6,6-五甲基-4-哌啶基)癸二酸酯。
所述的润湿分散剂为BYK-306(德国毕克化学公司);除水剂为Zoldine MS-Plus(美国安格斯化学公司);消泡剂为BYK-066N(德国毕克化学公司)。
所述的无溶剂型单组份自结纹材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将聚醚多元醇投入反应釜中,搅拌下依次加入填料、颜料、抗氧剂和紫外线吸收剂,升温至90~100℃,真空脱水至水分0.5~0.8‰,降温至30~40℃,加入异氰酸酯,85~90℃反应2~3h,降温至50~70℃,依次加入消泡剂、除水剂、润湿分散剂、潜固化剂、催化剂、增稠剂搅拌20~30min,装桶制得产品;
(2)施工时,将此产品喷涂于已打磨平整的塑胶底层上即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)本发明为单组份产品,从机理上,不同于常规双组份或多组份产品,不需要加入大量的填料(填料的大量加入会导致脱水困难,额外损耗大量的异氰酸酯),通过催化剂与增稠剂协调作用产生预期的增稠、提触变性的效果,施工简单方便,使用时直接喷涂即可(温度过高时可能需要添加一定胶粉),不会因为配比出错等问题导致场地不固化、强度差、喷涂纹路不理想。
(2)产品强度优异,一方面选取优异的聚醚多元醇和异氰酸酯保证主体结构强度高,另一方面加入填料较少,未加增稠剂前可进行脱水,配合潜固化剂及催化剂,保证铺设的面层机械泡少,强度高(常规体系由于加入大量的填料导致无法脱水,施工场地易存在较多的气泡影响强度)。另加入耐候性优良的抗氧剂和紫外线吸收剂,保证了产品物理性能的长久保持。
(3)使用的原料环保无刺激性气味,施工无味,解决了常规产品依靠加入大量溶剂和填料,喷涂中需要依靠溶剂挥发快速部分挥发以形成较好喷涂效果的弊病。
(4)本发明所述的制备方法,工艺简单,易操作。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例中用到的所有原料除特殊说明外,均为市购。
实施例1
(1)在烧瓶中加入聚醚多元醇N330 375g,聚醚多元醇GPR-6000 125g,搅拌下依次加入800目滑石粉100g、氧化铁红30g、1,3,5-三(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苄基)-均三嗪-2,4,6-(1H,3H,5H)三酮5g和双(1,2,2,6,6-五甲基-4-哌啶基)癸二酸酯5g,升温至90℃,真空脱水2h至水分0.8‰,降温至30℃,加入MDI-50 300g,85℃反应3h,降温至50℃,依次加入BYK-066N 10g、Zoldine MS-Plus 10g、BYK-306 10g、ALT-101 10g、N,N-双(二甲氨基丙基)异丙醇胺5g、二月桂酸二丁基锡5g、BYK-410 5g、德谦229 5g,搅拌20min,装桶制得产品;
(2)施工时,将此产品喷涂于已打磨平整的塑胶底层上即可。
实施例2
(1)在烧瓶中加入聚醚多元醇N330 450g,聚醚多元醇GPR-6000 150g,搅拌下依次加入600目滑石粉103g、氧化铁红32g、1,3,5-三(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苄基)-均三嗪-2,4,6-(1H,3H,5H)三酮10g和双(1,2,2,6,6-五甲基-4-哌啶基)癸二酸酯10g,升温至100℃,真空脱水1h至水分0.5‰,降温至40℃,加入MI 200g,90℃反应2h,降温至70℃,依次加入BYK-066N 5g、Zoldine MS-Plus 5g、BYK-306 5g、ALT-101 5g、N,N-双(二甲氨基丙基)异丙醇胺2.5g、异辛酸锌2.5g、BYK-410 10g、德谦229 10g,搅拌30min,装桶制得产品;
(2)施工时,将此产品喷涂于已打磨平整的塑胶底层上即可。
实施例3
(1)在烧瓶中加入聚醚多元醇N330 390g,聚醚多元醇GPR-6000 130g,搅拌下依次加入800目滑石粉100g、600目滑石粉50g、氧化铁红50g、1,3,5-三(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苄基)-均三嗪-2,4,6-(1H,3H,5H)三酮8g和双(1,2,2,6,6-五甲基-4-哌啶基)癸二酸酯7g,升温至95℃,真空脱水1.6h至水分0.7‰,降温至37℃,加入MDI-50 150g、MI 62g,87℃反应2.5h,降温至60℃,依次加入BYK-066N 6g、Zoldine MS-Plus 8g、BYK-306 9g、ALT-101 7g、二N,N-双(二甲氨基丙基)异丙醇胺4g、二月桂酸二丁基锡4g、BYK-410 7.5g、德谦2297.5g,搅拌25min,装桶制得产品;
(2)施工时,将此产品喷涂于已打磨平整的塑胶底层上即可。
将实施例1-3制得的产品与市场上购买的常规塑胶跑道面层产品及同类自结纹产品进行物理性能测试,测试结果见表1。
表1物理性能测试结果
紫外老化:将样片放置于340nm波长,光照强度0.48W/m2的耐老化箱中168h,后放置于-30℃条件下7天。
TVOC按照国标GB 18587-2001中有害物质释放限量进行检测(TVOC A级限量为0.5μg/m2h)
由表1可以看出,相比于常规塑胶跑道面层产品及同类自结纹产品,此产品物理性能优势明显,气味明显低,能很好的满足国标要求,更加符合市场的需求。
Claims (8)
1.一种无溶剂型单组份自结纹材料,其特征在于:由以下重量百分数的原料组成:
聚醚多元醇 50~60%;
异氰酸酯 20~30%;
催化剂 0.5~1%;
增稠剂 1~2%;
潜固化剂 0.5~1%;
填料 10~15%;
颜料 3~5%;
抗氧剂 0.5~1%;
消泡剂 0.5~1%;
紫外线吸收剂 0.5~1%;
润湿分散剂 0.5~1%;
除水剂 0.5~1%;
所述的催化剂为N,N-双(二甲氨基丙基)异丙醇胺和二月桂酸二丁基锡或异辛酸锌,质量比为1:1;
所述的增稠剂为BYK-410和德谦229,质量比为1:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无溶剂型单组份自结纹材料,其特征在于:所述的聚醚多元醇为官能度为3,数均分子量为3000~3500和4500~6500的聚氧化丙烯三醇,质量比为3:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无溶剂型单组份自结纹材料,其特征在于:所述的异氰酸酯为二苯基甲烷二异 氰酸酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无溶剂型单组份自结纹材料,其特征在于:所述的潜固化剂为ALT-101。
5.根据权利要求1所述的无溶剂型单组份自结纹材料,其特征在于:所述的填料为800目滑石粉或600目滑石粉中的一种或两种;颜料为氧化铁红。
6.根据权利要求1所述的无溶剂型单组份自结纹材料,其特征在于:所述的抗氧剂为1,3,5-三(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苄基)-均三嗪-2,4,6-(1H,3H,5H)三酮;紫外线吸收剂为双(1,2,2,6,6-五甲基-4-哌啶基)癸二酸酯。
7.根据权利要求1所述的无溶剂型单组份自结纹材料,其特征在于:所述的润湿分散剂为BYK-306;除水剂为Zoldine MS-Plus;消泡剂为BYK-066N。
8.一种权利要求1-7任一所述的无溶剂型单组份自结纹材料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)将聚醚多元醇投入反应釜中,搅拌下依次加入填料、颜料、抗氧剂和紫外线吸收剂,升温至90~100℃,真空脱水至水分0.5~0.8‰,降温至30~40℃,加入异氰酸酯,85~90℃反应2~3h,降温至50~70℃,依次加入消泡剂、除水剂、润湿分散剂、潜固化剂、催化剂、增稠剂搅拌20~30min,装桶制得产品;
(2)施工时,将此产品喷涂于已打磨平整的塑胶底层上即可。
