Abstract

本发明涉及一种跑道喷涂用的面层材料及其制备方法。本发明提供的跑道喷涂用的面层材料包括如下重量份组份:聚醚27.5‑38.5份、DOP 10‑15份、微晶粉15‑20份、抗氧剂0.2‑0.3份、MDI 7‑10份、环保溶剂油25‑30份、防沉剂0.3‑0.5份。本发明提供的跑道喷涂用的面层材料放置时间长,可长达6个月以上,其流平性好,与底层及EPDM胶粒粘接稳固,并且其耐候性好,能有效保护底层材料,从而使得跑道的使用寿命延长。并且本发明提供的制备方法工艺流程简单,制作成本低,制备时间短,已经进行了工业化生产,适于普及。

Description

一种跑道喷涂用的面层材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于复合塑胶跑道材料领域,具体涉及一种跑道喷涂用的面层材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
复合型跑道一般使用的铺设材料一般是多层结构,但总体分为底层和面层两层,底层主要作用是透气支撑、具有缓冲性和弹性,其厚度约10mm左右,面层一般为2-3mm厚的聚氨酯胶浆,并撒上EPDM(Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer,三元乙丙橡胶)胶粒作为磨损面层。因为底层的缓冲弹性层耐候性和耐磨性能均不好,且其与EPDM胶粒粘结性也不佳,故需要面层聚氨酯胶浆层与需要与底层的缓冲弹性层和EPDM胶粒具有较好的粘结性,同时也需要具有较好的耐候性和耐磨性。但现有技术中,面层材料的流平性不好,这使得喷涂后的面层材料不能很好地与缓冲弹性层和EPDM胶粒进行粘结和覆盖,导致跑道整体使用年限较短易损坏,并且面层材料在使用前其保存期限较短,容易变质。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本发明提供一种流平性好、放置时间长且环保的跑道喷涂用的面层材料及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
本发明提供的跑道喷涂用的面层材料包括如下重量份组份:聚醚27.5-38.5份、DOP 10-15份、微晶粉15-20份、抗氧剂0.2-0.3份、MDI 7-10份、环保溶剂油25-30份、防沉剂0.3-0.5份。其中,所述DOP即邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、所述MDI即二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,所述环保溶剂油即脱芳烃溶剂油,所述微晶粉成分为二氧化硅和/或三氧化二铝,粒径为微米级,此处优选的微晶粉的粒径小于等于3μm。
进一步的,上述跑道喷涂用的面层材料中所述聚醚由如下重量组份组成:2000D聚醚10-15份,4000D聚醚15-20份,3000D聚醚2.5-3.5份。2000D即表示平均分子量为2000的聚醚,依次类推。采用该分子量配比的聚醚能够使得反应产物流平性更优。
进一步的,上述跑道喷涂用的面层材料中所述防沉剂为白炭黑。
进一步的,上述跑道喷涂用的面层材料还包括如下重量组分:色粉8-10份。色粉即着色剂,用于对面层材料进行着色,其用量不宜过多会影响材料的流平性,但过少会使得着色不均匀。
进一步的,上述跑道喷涂用的面层材料中所述环保溶剂油为D40环保溶剂油。D40即闪点为40℃以上的环保溶剂油,当然也可以使用其他规格的环保溶剂油。使用D40的环保溶剂油能够使得最终制得的产品有毒物质挥发更少,并且反应时间更短,制得的产品稳定性更好,更优选的为D80环保溶剂油。
进一步的,上述跑道喷涂用的面层材料中所述抗氧剂为芳香胺类抗氧剂或受阻酚类抗氧剂。
如上所述的跑道喷涂用的面层材料的制备方法包括步骤:
A.将聚醚、DOP、环保溶剂油投入缸内,将温度升高至80-85℃,然后将微晶粉投入恒温搅拌1.5-2.5h;
B.温度升高到120-135℃抽真空1h,然后降温到70-75℃后加入MDI和抗氧剂搅拌均匀,再加入白炭黑,抽真空状态下在80-85℃温度下保温1.5-2.5h;
C.降至常温出料包装即得产品。
进一步的,上述跑道喷涂用的面层材料的制备方法中所述步骤B中加入白炭黑后在80-85℃温度下保温2h。
综上所述,本发明提供的跑道喷涂用的面层材料放置时间长,可长达6个月以上,其流平性好,与底层及EPDM胶粒粘接稳固,并且其耐候性好,能有效保护底层材料,从而使得跑道的使用寿命延长,且本发明提供的面层材料环保。并且本发明提供的制备方法工艺流程简单,制作成本低,制备时间短,已经进行了工业化生产,适于普及。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。需要说明的是,本发明所记载的实施例仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。下述实施例中所用原料为重量份。
实施例1和实施例2中使用的微晶粉为粒径不大于3μm的二氧化硅粉末,实施例3和实施例4中使用的微晶粉为粒径不大于3μm的三氧化二铝粉末。
实施例1
称取2000D聚醚10kg,4000D聚醚20kg,3000D聚醚2.5kg、DOP12kg、D80环保溶剂油30kg,将其投入反应缸内,搅拌,然后将16kg微晶粉投入搅拌;将反应体系的温度升高到120℃抽真空1h,然后降温到75℃后加入10kgMDI搅拌均匀,再加入300g白炭黑抽真空状态下在80℃温度下保温2h;降至常温出料包装即得产品。
实施例2
称取2000D聚醚15kg,4000D聚醚20kg,3000D聚醚3.5kg、DOP15kg、环保溶剂油28kg,将其投入反应缸内,搅拌,然后将20kg微晶粉投入搅拌;将反应体系的温度升高到130℃抽真空1h,然后降温到70℃后加入7kgMDI搅拌均匀,再加入500g白炭黑抽真空状态下在85℃温度下保温1.5h;降至常温出料包装即得产品。
实施例3
称取2000D聚醚18kg,4000D聚醚16kg,3000D聚醚3kg、DOP10kg、环保溶剂油25kg,将其投入反应缸内,搅拌,然后将16kg微晶粉投入搅拌;将反应体系的温度升高到135℃抽真空1h,然后降温到72℃后加入8kg MDI搅拌均匀,再加入400g白炭黑抽真空状态下在82℃温度下保温2h;降至常温出料包装即得产品。
实施例4
称取2000D聚醚20kg,4000D聚醚16kg,3000D聚醚2.8kg、DOP15kg、环保溶剂油30kg,将其投入反应缸内,搅拌,然后将18kg微晶粉投入搅拌;将反应体系的温度升高到130℃抽真空1h,然后降温到70℃后加入10kg MDI搅拌均匀,再加入500g白炭黑抽真空状态下在85℃温度下保温1.5h;降至常温出料包装即得产品。
实施例1至4所制得的产品用作跑道喷涂用的面层材料经深圳市计量质量检测研究院测试,符合最新标准-《合成材料运动场地面层质量控制标准》(试行)测试标准,证明其环保性能十分显著,能够安全用在学校操场等场地。实施例1的测试结果如表1所示。

实施例1至实施例4制备的产品室温条件下密闭放置6个月后,均未出现聚沉等现象,完全满足喷涂机需要,不会引发堵塞等现象,而一般的市售面漆在放置4个月后就会出现堵塞喷涂机的现象,需要过滤后使用,并且过滤后的产品仍会继续产生聚沉现象,出现颗粒物。
因目前还没有针对跑道喷涂用的面层漆料进行的流平性测试,本发明制备的实施例1参照JBT 3998-1999《涂料流平性刮涂测定法》进行测试,流平等级达到“10”级。

Claims (5)

1.一种跑道喷涂用的面层材料,其特征在于:由如下重量份的组份组成:
聚醚27.5-38.5份,
DOP 10-15份,
微晶粉15-20份,
抗氧剂0.2-0.3份,
MDI 7-10份,
环保溶剂油25-30份,
防沉剂0.3-0.5份,
所述聚醚由如下重量份的组份组成:2000D聚醚10-15份,4000D聚醚15-20份,3000D聚醚2.5-3.5份;所述微晶粉为粒径不大于3μm的二氧化硅粉末和/或三氧化二铝粉末;所述防沉剂为白炭黑;
所述面层材料采用以下方法制得:
A. 将聚醚、DOP、环保溶剂油投入缸内,将温度升高至80-85℃,然后将微晶粉投入恒温搅拌1.5-2.5h;
B. 温度升高到120-135℃抽真空1h,然后降温到70-75℃后加入MDI和抗氧剂搅拌均匀,再加入白炭黑,抽真空状态下在80-85℃温度下保温1.5-2.5h;
C. 降至常温出料包装即得产品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的跑道喷涂用的面层材料,其特征在于:所述环保溶剂油为D40环保溶剂油。
3.根据权利要求1所述的跑道喷涂用的面层材料,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为芳香胺类抗氧剂或受阻酚类抗氧剂。
4.如权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的跑道喷涂用的面层材料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤如下:
A. 将聚醚、DOP、环保溶剂油投入缸内,将温度升高至80-85℃,然后将微晶粉投入恒温搅拌1.5-2.5h;
B. 温度升高到120-135℃抽真空1h,然后降温到70-75℃后加入MDI和抗氧剂搅拌均匀,再加入白炭黑,抽真空状态下在80-85℃温度下保温1.5-2.5h;
C. 降至常温出料包装即得产品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的跑道喷涂用的面层材料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤B中加入白炭黑后在80-85℃温度下保温2h。
