本发明属于弹性地坪涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种流平型地坪材料及其制备方法和喷涂方法。由预聚体A组分和固化剂B组分双组分组成,所述A组分由以下质量百分比的原料组成:45%~65%的异氰酸酯、35%~55%的聚醚多元醇;所述固化剂B组分由以下质量百分比的原料组成:60%~80%的疏水性多元醇、20%~36%的扩链剂、0.3%~1%的流平剂、0.3%~0.6%的催化剂。采用位阻氨扩链剂以及疏水性多元醇,大大降低反应速度,获得良好流平性的平整光洁的表面,又不会发泡;施工效率高,不含有溶剂,非常环保,表面不存在刮痕、气泡等表面缺陷,最终的产品具有良好的耐磨性、弹性,伸长率比环氧地坪高数倍。

技术领域
本发明属于弹性地坪涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种流平型地坪材料及其制备方法和喷涂方法。
背景技术
传统的市场常用的地坪材料如环氧地坪、溶剂型聚氨酯地坪等含有溶剂,污染环境,且多数采用手工施工,施工效率低,而且具有易产生刮痕、表面起小泡等缺陷。而喷涂聚脲技术由于反应速度非常快,凝胶时间常常只有10秒左右,因而喷涂出来的聚脲地坪表面不能流平为平整的表面,表面有很多小的颗粒,这样表面视觉上不美观,更大的缺点是易藏污纳垢、不好清洁。普通的聚氨酯喷涂材料如果延长凝胶时间,常会导致体系发泡,大大影响材料的性能。
因此,为了充分发挥聚氨酯类材料的性能优势,获得一个平整、光洁、易清洁的地坪表面,需要在保证聚氨酯类材料高弹性、高耐磨性的前提下,大大降低其反应速度,使喷涂出来的地坪材料有充分的流平时间。
发明内容
鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种可以获得良好流平性光洁表面的喷涂弹性体地坪材料,该材料无溶剂、弹性好、喷涂施工速度快、流平性好、易清洁。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种流平型喷涂地坪材料,由预聚体A组分和固化剂B组分双组分组成,所述A组分由以下质量百分比的原料组成:45%~65%的异氰酸酯、35%~55%的聚醚多元醇;所述固化剂B组分由以下质量百分比的原料组成:60%~80%的疏水性多元醇、20%~36%的扩链剂、0.3%~1%的流平剂、0.3%~0.6%的催化剂。
预聚体A组分中,所述异氰酸酯为4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、2,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、碳化二亚胺改性的4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯中的一种、两种或三种。
预聚体A组分中,所述聚醚多元醇的分子量为1000-2000,官能度为2,-NCO含量为13~20%。
固化剂B组分中,所述疏水性多元醇为二元醇或三元醇,其分子量为300~1200。
固化剂B组分中,所述疏水性多元醇为德国巴斯夫sovermol系列聚醚&聚酯多元醇和/或德国拜耳聚酯多元醇Desmophen1150。
所述德国巴斯夫sovermol系列聚醚&聚酯多元醇选用sovermol750、sovermol760、sovermol805、sovermol815、sovermol819、sovermol860、sovermol908、sovermol1005、sovermol1052、sovermol1058、sovermol1092、sovermol1102中的一种或两种。
固化剂B组分中,所述扩链剂为3,3’-二氯-4,4’-二氨基二苯甲烷(MOCA)、二乙基甲苯二胺(DETDA)、二甲硫基甲苯二胺(E300)、2,4-二氨基-3,5-二甲硫基氯苯(TX-2)、N,N’-二烷基甲苯二胺(Unilink 4200)中的一种、两种或三种。
固化剂B组分中,所述流平剂为德国Tego有机硅流平剂Glide410、Wet270、KL245、Glide100中的一种或两种。
固化剂B组分中,所述催化剂为二月桂酸酯二丁锡、辛酸亚锡、三辛酸单丁基锡中的一种或两种。
一种流平型喷涂地坪材料的制备方法,所述A组分和B组分分别单独制备:
预聚体A组分的制备:将聚醚多元醇投入反应釜中,于100~120℃减压脱水1小时,然后降温到80℃,再加入异氰酸酯,于80℃保温2小时,取样测试游离-NCO含量达到设计值时,降温过滤出料。
固化剂B组分的制备:将扩链剂、聚醚多元醇、聚酯多元醇、流平剂及催化剂投入搅拌罐中,高速搅拌分散均匀,过滤出料。
一种流平型喷涂地坪材料的喷涂方法,采用专用喷涂设备喷涂,设备自动按照预聚体A组分和固化剂B组分以1:1的体积比喷涂,其中,设定预聚体A组分温度为60~70℃,设定固化剂B组分温度为60~70℃,设定管道温度为60~70℃,设定喷涂压力为1800~2500psi。
喷涂机采用美国固瑞克公司的H-XP3、H-XP2或E-XP2。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优异技术效果:
本发明采用位阻氨扩链剂以及疏水性多元醇,既可以大大降低反应速度,获得良好流平性的平整光洁的表面,又不会发泡。这种喷涂体系施工效率高,不含有溶剂,非常环保,表面不存在刮痕、气泡等表面缺陷,而且最终的产品具有良好的耐磨性、弹性,伸长率比环氧地坪高数倍,不易开裂,使用寿命更长。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步解释:
实施例1
预聚体A组分的制备:按重量份取49份DL2000,投入反应釜中,于100~120℃减压脱水1小时,然后降温到80℃,再滴加51份MDI50,于80℃保温2小时,取样测试游离-NCO含量达到15%时,降温过滤出料。
固化剂B组分的制备:按重量份取16份的扩链剂E300、43.5份的聚酯多元醇Sovermol819、39.3份的聚醚多元醇Sovermol1052、0.5份的流平剂Tego410、0.5份的流平剂Tego245以及0.2份的催化剂三辛酸单丁基锡投入搅拌罐中,高速搅拌分散均匀,过滤出料。
采用美国固瑞克公司的H-XP3喷涂,设备自动按照预聚体A组分和固化剂B组分以1:1的体积比喷涂,其中,设定预聚体A组分温度为65℃,设定固化剂B组分温度为65℃,设定管道温度为65℃,设定喷涂压力为2000psi。
所得产品基本性能:

固化剂B组分的制备:按重量份取14份的扩链剂E300、9份的扩链剂Unilink 4200、75.8份的聚酯多元醇Desmophen1150、0.5份的流平剂Tego410、0.5份的流平剂Tego245以及0.2份的催化剂三辛酸单丁基锡投入搅拌罐中,高速搅拌分散均匀,过滤出料。
采用美国固瑞克公司的H-XP3喷涂,设备自动按照预聚体A组分和固化剂B组分以1:1的体积比喷涂,其中,设定预聚体A组分温度为65℃,设定固化剂B组分温度为65℃,设定管道温度为65℃,设定喷涂压力为2000psi。

固化剂B组分的制备:按重量份取20份的扩链剂MOCA、5份的扩链剂TX-2、36份的聚醚&聚酯多元醇Sovermol815、37.8份的聚酯多元醇Desmophen1150、0.5份的流平剂Tego410、0.5份的流平剂Tego245以及0.2份的催化剂三辛酸单丁基锡投入搅拌罐中,高速搅拌分散均匀,过滤出料。

预聚体A组分的制备:将聚醚多元醇投入反应釜中,于100~120℃减压脱水1小时,然后降温到80℃,再加入异氰酸酯,于80℃保温2小时,取样测试游离-NCO含量达到设计值时,降温过滤出料;
固化剂B组分的制备:将扩链剂、疏水性多元醇、流平剂及催化剂投入搅拌罐中,高速搅拌分散均匀,过滤出料。
9.一种基于权利要求1-7所述的一种流平型喷涂地坪材料的喷涂方法,其特征在于,采用专用喷涂设备喷涂,设备自动按照预聚体A组分和固化剂B组分以1:1的体积比喷涂,其中,设定预聚体A组分温度为60~70℃,设定固化剂B组分温度为60~70℃,设定管道温度为60~70℃,设定喷涂压力为1800~2500psi。
